Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of vortex detection of heat transfer tubes of heat exchangers, and particularly discloses a device for installing a vertical tube plate positioner of a heat exchanger. The device comprises a bearing platform, a supporting and fixing mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a rotating and limiting mechanism, wherein the guiding mechanism is a horizontal channel from a manhole to a tube plate in the shape of two guide rails, and the part of the guiding mechanism outside the manhole is connected with the supporting and fixing mechanism in a direction, so that the guiding mechanism can be fixed on the manhole of a water chamber of a heat exchanger; the rotation and limiting mechanism is arranged on the guide mechanism, can move the bearing platform from the manhole to the tube plate accessory along the guide mechanism, and can rotate 90 degrees to reach the installation state. The device can horizontally move the positioner from the inside of the water chamber, then rotate 90 degrees to be switched into the installation state, personnel are not required to enter the water chamber in the whole installation process, and the radioactive irradiation suffered by the personnel during installation is greatly reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vortex detection of heat transfer tubes of heat exchangers, and particularly relates to a device for installing a vertical tube plate positioner of a heat exchanger.
Background
The passive waste heat discharge heat exchanger is main equipment in an passive waste heat discharge system in an AP1000 third-generation nuclear power plant, and when an accident or a shutdown occurs, the heat exchanger utilizes a natural circulation mode to transfer decay heat of a reactor core to the atmosphere through water in a built-in refueling water tank, air in a containment and a steel containment, thereby playing an important role in safe operation of the reactor. The C-shaped heat transfer tube is used as an important part of the waste heat discharging heat exchanger, so that a loop coolant flowing through the inside of the heat transfer tube transfers heat to the material-changing water outside the tube wall, and is also an important barrier between a loop and the outside. The primary coolant flowing through the core is radioactive due to activation of the coolant after irradiation and possible breakage and leakage of small amounts of fuel cladding, and once the heat transfer tube leaks, the system such as the refueling water tank is subjected to radioactive contamination with even more serious consequences. Therefore, nondestructive testing of the heat transfer tube of the heat exchanger is an important monitoring means, and the most effective testing method for the heat transfer tube in China is eddy current testing at present.
When vortex inspection is carried out, a special inspection device positioner is required to be mounted on a tube plate to realize automatic inspection, and the conventional method for mounting the positioner is that the positioner is pulled to the tube plate by a supporting long rod matched rope in a manual mode to finish the mounting, but the mounting mode is only suitable for a vertical heat exchanger with the tube plate in a horizontal direction, such as a vertical steam generator, and cannot be used for a vertical tube plate of a waste heat discharge heat exchanger. Because this heat exchanger manhole size is less, and there is higher radioactivity in the hydroecium during in-service inspection, personnel can't get into hydroecium internally mounted locator. Accordingly, to complete the installation of the locator on the vertical tube sheet and to avoid high dose rate radiation exposure by personnel entering the water chamber, it is desirable to develop a heat exchanger vertical tube sheet locator installation apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for installing a vertical tube plate positioner of a heat exchanger, which can solve the problem of realizing vortex inspection of a heat transfer tube by operating outside a manhole of the heat exchanger and avoid radioactive irradiation and in-vivo pollution with high dosage rate caused by personnel entering a water chamber.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the device comprises a bearing platform, a supporting and fixing mechanism, a guide mechanism and a rotating and limiting mechanism, wherein the guide mechanism is a horizontal channel from a manhole to a tube plate in a shape of two guide rails, and the part of the guide mechanism outside the manhole is connected with the fixing mechanism in a direction through the supporting and fixing mechanism, so that the guide mechanism can be fixed on a manhole of a water chamber of the heat exchanger; the rotation and limiting mechanism is arranged on the guide mechanism, the bearing platform can be moved to the tube plate accessory from the manhole along the guide mechanism and can rotate 90 degrees to reach the installation state, and the cam matching piece on the bearing platform can be firmly connected with the vortex inspection positioner and separated when required.
The guiding mechanism comprises 2 cylindrical guide rails, wherein the two guide rails are parallel to each other, one end of the guide rail is inserted into a specified heat transfer pipe after penetrating into a manhole, and the other end of the guide rail is positioned outside the manhole and connected with the supporting and fixing mechanism.
The supporting and fixing mechanism comprises a supporting frame, one end of the supporting frame is connected with the end part of the guiding mechanism outside the manhole, and the other section of the supporting frame is fixed on the manhole through bolts.
The support and fixing mechanism also comprises guide cones, the guide cones are arranged on the front section flat plate of the support frame, a plurality of through holes are formed in the flat plate between the guide cones, the guide cones guide the support frame to the flange surface of the manhole of the heat exchanger, and the support frame is fixed on the manhole of the heat exchanger through bolts.
The rotating and limiting mechanism comprises a supporting plate and a base, wherein the supporting plate is arranged on the guide rail through a linear bearing, so that the supporting plate can linearly move along the guide rail, one side of the base is connected with the front end of the supporting plate through a rotating shaft, and the base can rotate from a horizontal state to a vertical state.
The rotation and limiting mechanism further comprises a limiting pin, the limiting pin is inserted into the base under the action of the elastic force of the pressure spring, so that the base is kept in a certain state, and when the state of the base needs to be changed, the rotation is completed by pulling a rope connected to the tail of the limiting pin and then matching with external force.
The upper end face of the base is provided with a cam matching piece female head and an annular clamping groove, the wheel matching piece female head and the annular clamping groove are respectively matched with a cam matching piece male head and a protruding structure on the end face of the vortex detection positioner, and the cam matching piece female head and the cam matching piece male head are connected and separated through air filling or air supplying.
The invention has the remarkable effects that: according to the heat exchanger vertical tube plate positioner mounting device, the positioner can be horizontally moved from the inside of the water chamber and then rotated by 90 degrees to be switched into a mounting state, personnel are not required to enter the water chamber in the whole mounting process, and radioactive irradiation to be received by the personnel during mounting is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the horizontal position is fixed by adopting the support frame and the guide rail, the rotating structure is accurately calculated, so that the positioner can not collide with the heat exchanger when rotating in the water chamber, and after the positioner is switched to the installation state, the claws of the positioner can be accurately inserted into the pipe holes, thereby installing the positioner on the vertical pipe plate; in addition, the invention can also realize the function of taking out the positioner from the tube plate to the outside of the water chamber.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the installation device of the vertical tube plate positioner of the heat exchanger comprises a bearing platform, a supporting and fixing mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a rotating and limiting mechanism, wherein the guiding mechanism is a horizontal channel formed by two guide rails from a manhole to a tube plate, and the part of the guiding mechanism outside the manhole is connected with the supporting and fixing mechanism in a direction, so that the guiding mechanism can be fixed on the manhole of a water chamber of the heat exchanger; the rotation and limiting mechanism is arranged on the guide mechanism, the rotation and limiting mechanism can move the bearing platform from the manhole to the tube plate accessory along the guide mechanism, the bearing platform can rotate 90 degrees to reach the installation state, and the cam matching piece on the bearing platform can be firmly connected with the vortex inspection positioner and separated when required; the guiding mechanism comprises 2 cylindrical guide rails 6, one ends of the guide rails are parallel to each other, the guide rails are inserted into a specified heat transfer pipe after penetrating into a manhole, and the other ends of the guide rails are positioned outside the manhole and are connected with the supporting and fixing mechanism, wherein the supporting and fixing mechanism comprises a supporting frame 14 and a guiding cone 13, a plurality of guiding cones 13 are arranged on a flat plate at the front section of the supporting frame 14, a plurality of through holes are formed in the flat plate between the guiding cones 13, the guiding cones 13 guide the supporting frame 14 to a flange surface of the manhole of the heat exchanger, and the supporting frame 14 is fixed on the manhole of the heat exchanger through bolts 12; the rotation and limiting mechanism comprises a supporting plate 9, a base 7 and a limiting pin 10, wherein the supporting plate 9 is arranged on a guide rail 6 through a linear bearing, the supporting plate 9 can linearly move along the guide rail 6, one side of the base 7 is connected with the front end of the supporting plate 9 through a rotating shaft, the limiting pin 10 is inserted into the base 7 under the elastic action of a pressure spring, the base is kept in a certain state, and when the state of the base 7 needs to be changed, a rope connected to the tail of the limiting pin 10 is pulled, and then the rotation is completed by matching with external force; the upper end face of the base 7 is provided with a cam matching piece female head 8 and an annular clamping groove, the cam matching piece female head 8 and the annular clamping groove are respectively matched with a cam matching piece male head 16 and a protruding structure on the end face of the vortex detection positioner, and the cam matching piece female head 8 and the cam matching piece male head 16 are connected and separated through air filling or air supplying.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the specific operation process of the installation device of the vertical tube plate positioner of the heat exchanger provided by the invention is as follows: the guide cone of the support frame is inserted into the bolt hole on the flange surface of the manhole, and the support frame is fixed on the manhole by two bolts. The two guide rails sequentially penetrate through the support frame and the support plate, and the other ends of the guide rails are horizontally inserted into the pipe holes in the pipe plates, so that the fixing of the mounting device is finished. The base is rotated to be in a horizontal state, the positioner is placed in the base, and the positioner is aerated so that the male head of the cam matching piece on the positioner is connected with the female head of the cam matching piece on the base. The stay bar is inserted into the supporting plate, the positioner is slowly pushed into a certain area in the water chamber, the limiting pin rope is pulled, the positioner is rotated to be in an installation state by external force, the rope is loosened, the installation state is kept, and then the positioner is pushed to the tube plate through the stay bar until the claws of the positioner are inserted into the tube holes. After the locator is grasped on the tube plate, the locator is separated from the base by loosening air, and the supporting plate is retracted through the supporting rod, so that the installation of the locator is successfully completed.

A vertical tube sheet positioner installation device of heat exchanger, its characterized in that: the device comprises a bearing platform, a supporting and fixing mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a rotating and limiting mechanism, wherein the guiding mechanism forms a horizontal channel from a manhole to a tube plate for two guide rails, and the part of the guiding mechanism outside the manhole is connected with the supporting and fixing mechanism in a direction, so that the guiding mechanism can be fixed on the manhole of a water chamber of the heat exchanger; the rotation and limiting mechanism is arranged on the guide mechanism, the bearing platform can be moved from the manhole to the tube plate accessory along the guide mechanism and can be rotated by 90 degrees to reach an installation state, and the cam matching piece on the bearing platform can be firmly connected with the vortex inspection positioner and separated when required; the rotation and limiting mechanism comprises a supporting plate (9) and a base (7), wherein the supporting plate (9) is arranged on the guide rail (6) through a linear bearing, so that the supporting plate (9) can linearly move along the guide rail (6), one side of the base (7) is connected with the front end of the supporting plate (9) through a rotating shaft, and the base (7) can rotate from a horizontal state to a vertical state; the rotation and limiting mechanism further comprises a limiting pin (10), the limiting pin (10) is inserted into the base (7) under the action of the elastic force of the pressure spring, the base (7) is kept in a certain state, and when the state of the base (7) needs to be changed, the rotation is completed by pulling a rope connected to the tail of the limiting pin (10) and then matching with external force; the upper end face of the base (7) is provided with a cam matching piece female head (8) and an annular clamping groove, the wheel matching piece female head (8) and the annular clamping groove are respectively matched with a cam matching piece male head (16) and a protruding structure on the end face of the vortex detection positioner, and the cam matching piece female head (8) and the cam matching piece male head (16) are connected and separated through air filling or air supplying.
