However, the additional integration of the devices not only increases the hardware cost, but also complicates the control logic, which is not conducive to maintenance. In addition, the current strategy for controlling humidity adjustment only distinguishes whether dehumidification is performed or not, and does not consider the problem of how to coordinate dehumidification and air conditioning performance.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 1, which is a block diagram of an air conditioner 1. The air conditioner 1 comprises a memory 2, a processor 3, a collection unit 4, a compressor 5 and an internal fan 6. The memory 2, the processor 3, the acquisition unit 4, the compressor 5 and the inner fan 6 are electrically connected with each other directly or indirectly to realize data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines.
The memory 2 is used for storing programs or data. The Memory 2 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 3 is used to read/write data or programs stored in the memory 2 and perform corresponding functions.
The collecting unit 4 can be used for collecting indoor ambient temperature and indoor real-time humidity information. In other words, the acquisition unit 4 may include a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. The temperature sensor can be arranged at the air return inlet of the indoor unit of the air conditioner 1, so that the required indoor environment temperature can be acquired. The humidity sensor can also be arranged at the air return inlet of the indoor unit of the air conditioner 1, so that the required real-time humidity information can be acquired.
It should be understood that the configuration shown in fig. 1 is merely a schematic configuration of the air conditioner 1, and that the air conditioner 1 may include more or less components than those shown in fig. 1, or have a different configuration than that shown in fig. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a method for controlling humidity of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air conditioner humidity control method is applied to the air conditioner 1. As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner humidity control method may include the steps of:
and step S101, determining the humidity level according to the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information.
The real-time humidity information may be indoor ambient humidity. It is understood that the above-mentioned indoor ambient humidity may be the humidity of the indoor space served by the indoor unit of the air conditioner 1. The set humidity may be a humidity that the user desires to maintain.
In some embodiments, the real-time humidity information may be collected by a humidity sensor in the collecting unit 4 at preset time intervals. The set humidity information may be determined according to a humidity set value received by the air conditioner 1. The humidity setting value needs to reflect the requirement of the user on the environmental humidity, and may be a humidity value set by the user through a remote control device communicating with the air conditioner 1, or a humidity value configured by the user through a touch panel of the air conditioner 1.
The above humidity level may be preset. The humidity levels include a highest humidity level and a second highest humidity level representing dehumidification. Of course, the air conditioner 1 may be operated with excessive dryness, and therefore, the humidity levels may include a second lowest humidity level and a lowest humidity level representing the need for humidification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the humidity level may be determined according to a comparison result between the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set thresholds.
As an example, when the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information is greater than 1.3, the associated humidity level is determined as the highest humidity level. And when the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information is more than 1.1 and not more than 1.3, determining that the affiliated humidity level is the sub-high humidity level. And when the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information is less than 0.9 and not more than 0.85, determining that the humidity level is the next lower humidity level. And when the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information is less than 0.85, determining the affiliated humidity level as the lowest humidity level. It should be noted that 1.3, 1.1, 0.9, and 0.85 mentioned in this example are all numerical values for example, and do not represent a limitation to the embodiment of the present invention, and in an actual application process, the value of the threshold for distinguishing the humidity level may be adjusted according to actual requirements. Of course, in general, the first threshold for determining the highest humidity level (i.e., 1.3 in the example) needs to be greater than the second threshold for determining the second highest humidity level (i.e., 1.1 in the example), and both are greater than 1. The third threshold (i.e., 0.9 in the example) for determining the next lowest humidity level needs to be greater than the fourth threshold (i.e., 0.85 in the example) for determining the lowest humidity level, and both are less than 1. In other words, the humidity ratios belonging to the highest humidity levels are all greater than the humidity ratios belonging to the second highest humidity levels, and the humidity ratios belonging to the second lowest humidity levels are all greater than the humidity ratios belonging to the lowest humidity levels.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention does not simply distinguish the humidity level by using the real-time humidity information and the fixed threshold value, but distinguishes the humidity level according to the difference between the actual humidity condition and the humidity condition expected by the user. The humidity control is more flexible and fully takes into account the actual needs of the user.
Further, the humidity level may also include a humidity level without intervention. The humidity environment corresponding to the humidity without intervention meets the requirements of users. The humidity value corresponding to the humidity without intervention is between the second threshold and the third threshold.
Step S102, when the determined humidity level is the highest humidity level, controlling a compressor 5 of the air conditioner 1 to select and start a high-frequency operation mode or a free frequency mode according to the real-time temperature control condition of the air conditioner 1; and controlling the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1 to selectively operate at a user-set wind range or a low wind range.
The real-time temperature control condition can be understood as the current temperature control condition of the air conditioner 1. In some embodiments, the real-time temperature control condition can be judged according to the difference between the return air temperature and the set temperature.
In other possible embodiments, the real-time temperature control condition may also be determined according to a difference between the real-time cooling output (or the real-time cooling output) and the required cooling output (or the required cooling output) of the air conditioner 1.
It should be noted that, the above two ways of determining the real-time temperature control condition have advantages, and the real-time temperature control condition is determined based on the difference between the return air temperature and the set temperature, so that the implementation is simple and efficient. The real-time temperature control condition is judged based on the difference between the real-time refrigerating output quantity (or the real-time refrigerating output quantity) and the required refrigerating output quantity (or the required refrigerating output quantity), and the judgment is more accurate.
The high-frequency operation mode is such that the compressor 5 is operated with its highest frequency value. The above-described free frequency mode may mean that the variation of the operating frequency of the compressor 5 of the air conditioner 1 is not additionally restricted. That is, the compressor 5 may control the compressor 5 to operate at the available compressor 5 frequency depending on normal demand (e.g., heating, cooling demand). In other words, the frequency of the compressor 5 at this time is not affected by dehumidification or humidification.
The user-set profile may be a user-selected profile. The low wind level is the lowest wind level of the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the priority degree between dehumidification and temperature control can be judged according to the quality of the real-time temperature control condition under the highest humidity level. For example, the real-time temperature control condition indicates that the real-time temperature control effect is poor (for example, the return air temperature exceeds the set temperature or the real-time refrigeration output is less than the required refrigeration output), and then the dehumidification is considered while the temperature control is preferentially considered. On the contrary, simultaneous temperature control of dehumidification is prioritized.
As shown in fig. 3, the step S102 includes:
and a substep S102-1, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the high-frequency operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate in the wind gear set by the user when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not less than the first judgment temperature. Thus, the air conditioner 1 has a certain dehumidification effect while the temperature control is preferentially ensured. The first determination temperature is a sum of the set temperature and the first value. The first value may be set according to the user's requirement, and may be set to 2, for example.
It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, when the real-time temperature control condition includes that the real-time cooling output amount is smaller than the first determination cooling amount, the high-frequency operation mode may also be selectively enabled by controlling the compressor 5, and the inner fan 6 is controlled to selectively operate at the user-set wind gear. The air conditioner 1 has a certain dehumidification effect while the air conditioner 1 preferentially ensures temperature control. The first determination cooling capacity is a difference between the required cooling output capacity and a third value.
And a substep S102-2, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the high-frequency operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a low wind gear when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is lower than the first judgment temperature and higher than the second judgment temperature. The second determination temperature is a sum of the set temperature and a second value, and the second determination temperature is lower than the first determination temperature. In this way, the air conditioner 1 emphasizes temperature control and also emphasizes dehumidification.
It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, when the real-time temperature control condition includes that the real-time cooling output amount is not less than the first determination cooling amount and is less than the required cooling output amount, the high-frequency operation mode may also be selectively enabled by controlling the compressor 5, and the inner fan 6 is controlled to selectively operate at the low wind level.
And a substep S102-3, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the free frequency mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to operate at a low wind gear when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not greater than the second judgment temperature. Therefore, the dehumidification effect is preferentially ensured, and meanwhile, the temperature control is considered.
It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, when the real-time temperature control condition includes that the real-time cooling output is greater than the required cooling output, the free frequency mode may also be selectively enabled by controlling the compressor 5, and the inner fan 6 is controlled to selectively operate at a low wind level.
And step S103, when the determined humidity level is the sub-high humidity level, controlling the compressor 5 of the air conditioner 1 to select and start the high-frequency operation mode or the free frequency mode and controlling the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1 to select and operate in the wind gear or the high wind gear set by the user according to the real-time temperature control condition of the air conditioner 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the priority degree between dehumidification and temperature control can be judged according to the quality of the real-time temperature control condition under the sub-high humidity level.
As described in step S102, the real-time temperature control condition can be represented by the difference between the return air temperature and the set temperature, and can also be represented by the difference between the real-time cooling output and the required cooling output. An embodiment of the step S103 is described below by taking an example of evaluating a real-time temperature control condition based on a return air temperature and a set temperature, and as shown in fig. 4, the step S103 includes:
and a substep S103-1, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the high-frequency operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a high wind gear when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not less than the first judgment temperature.
The high wind level is the highest wind level of the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1.
And a substep S103-2, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the high-frequency operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate in the user-set wind gear when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is lower than the first judgment temperature and higher than the second judgment temperature.
And a substep S103-3, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the free frequency mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to operate at the wind gear set by the user when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not greater than the second judgment temperature.
In step S103 and step S102, the compressor 5 and the inner fan 6 are engaged, but the engagement form therebetween is different. Therefore, the effect achieved when coordinating temperature control and humidity control is also different. For example, step S103 gives more priority to temperature control than step S102. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, under different humidity levels, the matching mode between the compressor 5 and the inner fan 6 which achieve different effects is selected, so that the optimal compatible effect of temperature control and humidity control is achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling humidity of an air conditioner may further include:
step S104, when the determined humidity level is the next-lowest humidity level, controlling the compressor 5 of the air conditioner 1 to select a low-frequency operation mode, a free-frequency mode or a stop operation mode according to the real-time temperature control condition of the air conditioner 1; and controlling the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1 to operate at a high wind level.
The low frequency operation mode is such that the compressor 5 is operated at its lowest frequency value. The stop operation mode is a stop operation of the compressor 5.
In the embodiment of the invention, the priority degree between the humidification and the temperature control can be judged according to the quality of the real-time temperature control condition under the condition of the secondary low humidity level.
An embodiment of the above step S104 is described below by taking an example of evaluating a real-time temperature control condition based on the return air temperature and the set temperature:
and when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not less than the first judgment temperature, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the free frequency mode, and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a high wind gear. Therefore, on the premise of preferentially ensuring the temperature control effect, humidification is performed.
And when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is lower than the first judgment temperature and higher than the set temperature, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the low-frequency operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a high wind gear. Therefore, the temperature control effect and the humidification effect are considered.
And when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not higher than the set temperature, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the stop operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a high wind gear. Thus, the humidifying effect is preferentially ensured.
Understandably, the condensed water in the water pan arranged below the heat exchanger can be accelerated to enter the room under a high wind shield, so that the humidifying effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the compressor 5 is matched with low frequency or stopped, so that the dew point of the return air temperature is higher than the surface temperature of the heat exchanger, the condensed water is increased, and the humidity in the environment is increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the method for controlling humidity of an air conditioner may further include:
and S105, when the determined humidity level is the lowest humidity level, controlling the compressor 5 of the air conditioner 1 to select a low-frequency operation mode or a stop operation mode according to the real-time temperature control condition of the air conditioner 1, and controlling the inner fan 6 of the air conditioner 1 to operate at a high wind level.

And when the real-time temperature control condition comprises that the return air temperature is not higher than the set temperature, controlling the compressor 5 to select to start the stop operation mode and controlling the inner fan 6 to select to operate at a high wind gear.
As can be seen from the above, when the humidity level is the lowest humidity level, only humidification is prioritized.
In some embodiments, the step S101 may be that after the air conditioner 1 operates for a specified time period, the humidity level is determined periodically according to the humidity ratio between the real-time humidity information and the set humidity information.
In addition, when the humidity level is determined to be a humidity level without intervention, the compressor 5 is controlled to enter a free frequency mode, and the inner fan 6 operates according to a wind gear set by a user.
