2. The BIM-based construction management equipment according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the bottom end of the workbench (3) are fixed with both sides of the top end of the fixed seat (18) through elastic columns (32).

The BIM-based building construction management device according to claim 1, wherein a first control button, a second control button and a third control button are fixed on one side of the outer portion of the base (1), the first control button is electrically connected with the first motor (8), the second control button is electrically connected with the second motor (29), and the third control button is electrically connected with the third motor (19).

The BIM-based building construction management device according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting rod (25) and the second connecting rod (26) are fixed with one end of the cover plate (24) through a clamping plate (40), and the clamping plate (40) and the cover plate (24) are fixed through a fixing bolt.
