Abstract

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a seal ring having a stronger sealing performance to solve the above problems, based on the conventional seal ring.

According to the specific improvement scheme, an arc line 1 is additionally arranged on and below the rectangular cross section of the rectangular O-shaped sealing ring respectively, and the contact positions of the arc line 1 and the straight line 3 have the characteristic of arc transition 4, so that the cross section is in an oblong shape (the circle is tangent to the straight line), the oblong sealing ring can obtain a larger compression ratio, and the purpose of more reliable sealing is achieved. The invention is improved on the basis of the common rectangular sealing ring. Compared with a rectangular sealing ring and an O-shaped sealing ring, the compression ratio of the rectangular sealing ring is equivalent, the pressure of the sealing contact surface is larger, the area of specific surface pressure is larger and more continuous, and the purpose of more reliable sealing performance compared with the common rectangular sealing ring is achieved. The arc transition 4 can effectively avoid the occurrence of the squeezing condition formed by the contact surfaces of the cover plate 5 and the fixed disk 7 during the installation process. The sealing ring shown in fig. 1 is suitable for the occasion of detachable static sealing.
