Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated structure of an integral cylinder sleeve and a cylinder cover. It includes: the integrated cylinder cover is provided with a cylinder hole, the inner wall of the cylinder hole is processed to form a cylinder sleeve, and the whole stroke of the piston is performed in the cylinder hole; and a crankcase disposed below the integrated cylinder head and transmitting power of the piston to a crankshaft through a piston connecting rod. The cylinder sleeve of the integrated structure of the whole cylinder sleeve and the cylinder cover is integrated in the cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, and cylinder hole deformation caused by cylinder sleeve installation is eliminated. And the cooling water jacket is arranged around the cylinder hole, so that the heat dissipation effect is better. The main bearing bolt integrates the function of the cylinder cover bolt, the cylinder cover bolt is cancelled, the structure of the cylinder cover is greatly simplified, and meanwhile, the fault caused by the cylinder cover bolt is eliminated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engines, in particular to an integrated structure of an integral cylinder sleeve and a cylinder cover.
Background
The general cylinder head is mainly used to close the upper part of the cylinder block to form a combustion chamber. The contact surface of the engine body and the cylinder cover is sealed mainly through a cylinder cover gasket, the motion stroke of the piston is mainly in a cylinder sleeve, and the cylinder sleeve is arranged in a cylinder hole of the engine body. The structure of a conventional cylinder head determines that the conventional cylinder head has a fault risk caused by a cylinder head gasket, such as cylinder gasket flushing, water leakage, air leakage and oil leakage. Because the existence of cylinder head gasket, the intensity, the compress tightly of bolt to the cylinder head require more. And raising the detonation pressure of the engine will tend to have an effect on the cylinder head gasket and the bolts.
There is also a new cylinder head technology-composite cylinder head structure, which integrates a part of the cylinder bores into the cylinder head 11 and another part of the cylinder bores in the engine block 12, as shown in fig. 3, the cylinder bores of the cylinder head and the cylinder bores of the engine block being connected by the cylinder liner 13. The combined type cylinder head structure does not have a cylinder head gasket, is stronger than the traditional engine in strength, does not have so high requirement on the cylinder head bolt, can solve the fault risk brought by the traditional cylinder head gasket, and can also improve the engine power. However, the composite cylinder head also brings some inevitable problems while bringing gain, and the interference fit of the cylinder liner and the cylinder hole of the cylinder head easily brings deformation of the cylinder hole, thereby causing strain on the inner walls of the cylinder liner and the air piston. In addition, the cylinder sleeve is a dry cylinder sleeve, so that the heat dissipation effect of the engine is poor. Meanwhile, the combined cylinder cover with the structure is very difficult to assemble on the piston connecting rod.

In a preferred embodiment, the outer periphery of the cylinder bore of the integrated cylinder head is provided with a cooling water jacket.
In a preferred embodiment, the crankcase is fixedly connected to the integrated cylinder head by its main bearing bolts.
Compared with the prior art, the integrated structure of the integral cylinder sleeve and the cylinder cover has the following beneficial effects: the cylinder sleeve of the integrated structure of the integral cylinder sleeve and the cylinder cover is integrated in a cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, the whole stroke of a piston is generated in the cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, and a crankcase is only used as a support frame and a power output module of a crankshaft and the cylinder cover, so that the deformation of the cylinder hole caused by cylinder sleeve installation is eliminated. And the cooling water jacket is arranged around the cylinder hole, so that the heat dissipation effect is better. The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the specific structure of the integrated cylinder liner and cylinder head structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the cylinder head 21, the cylinder bore 22, and the crankcase 23 are integrated. The cylinder sleeve is integrated in a cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, and after the cylinder hole is honed, the whole stroke movement of the piston occurs in the cylinder hole of the cylinder cover. The crankcase is only used as a support frame and a power output module of the crankshaft and the cylinder cover, and cylinder hole deformation caused by cylinder sleeve installation is eliminated. And the cooling water jacket is arranged around the cylinder hole, so that the heat dissipation effect is better. The main bearing bolt integrates the function of the cylinder cover bolt, the cylinder cover bolt is cancelled, the structure of the cylinder cover is greatly simplified, and meanwhile, the fault caused by the cylinder cover bolt is eliminated.
Specifically, the integrated cylinder head 21 functions to seal the cylinder, form a combustion space together with the piston, and receive high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The cylinder head is subjected to mechanical loads caused by gas forces and tightening of the cylinder bolts, and also to high thermal loads due to contact with the hot gases. In order to ensure a good sealing of the cylinder, the cylinder head can neither be damaged nor deformed. For this reason, the cylinder head should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
The cylinder bore 22 opens into the integrated cylinder head 21, the inner wall of which is machined to form a cylinder liner, the entire stroke movement of the piston taking place in the cylinder bore of the cylinder head. The integral cylinder sleeve is integrated on the cylinder cover. The risk of failure caused by the cylinder head gasket is eliminated. Such as a ram pad. And the fault risk caused by the cylinder sleeve, such as piston pull caused by cylinder hole deformation, is eliminated.
In one embodiment, the inner wall of cylinder bore 22 is honed to form a cylinder liner. Honing (h & ng & m & Lo) is a finishing process of a finish-machined surface by using an oilstone (also called honing bar) embedded on a honing head. The contact area between the honing and the hole surface is large, and the processing efficiency is high. Under certain conditions, a plane can also be processed. The cylinder cover behind the integrated cylinder jacket does not have the integrated cylinder cover structure of cylinder jacket promptly, and its cylinder hole passes through the honing, satisfies the cylinder hole reticulation requirement. The entire travel of the piston occurs within the cylinder head bore.
In one embodiment, the outer periphery of the cylinder bore 22 is provided with a cooling water jacket. The wall thickness direct contact cooling water around the cylinder hole, the radiating effect is better.
The crankcase 23 is provided below the integrated cylinder head 21, and serves only as a support frame and a power output module for the crankshaft and the cylinder head, and transmits power of the piston to the crankshaft through a piston connecting rod.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the crankcase 23 is provided with a main bearing bolt through-bolt hole 24, and the integrated cylinder head 21 is provided with a main bearing bolt connection threaded hole 25. The crankcase 23 is fixedly connected with the integrated cylinder cover 21 through main bearing bolts, the main bearing bolts integrate the functions of the cylinder cover bolts, the cylinder cover bolts are eliminated, the structure of the cylinder cover is greatly simplified, and meanwhile faults caused by the cylinder cover bolts are eliminated.
In conclusion, the cylinder sleeve of the integrated structure of the integral cylinder sleeve and the cylinder cover is integrated in the cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, the whole stroke movement of a piston occurs in the cylinder hole of the cylinder cover, and the crankcase only serves as a support frame and a power output module of the crankshaft and the cylinder cover, so that the deformation of the cylinder hole caused by the installation of the cylinder sleeve is eliminated. And the cooling water jacket is arranged around the cylinder hole, so that the heat dissipation effect is better.
