the sewage treatment device is arranged in the side wall body, and comprises an upper water tank for storing water and a lower water tank for draining water, wherein the upper water tank is respectively connected with a water inlet of the toilet bowl and a water outlet of the wash basin through a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe, the lower water tank is respectively connected with a water outlet of the toilet bowl and a water outlet of the water storage chamber through a third connecting pipe and a fourth connecting pipe, the lower water tank further comprises a drainage pump, and one end of the drainage pipe of the drainage pump is arranged in the lower water tank, and the other end of the drainage pipe of the drainage pump extends to the outside of the toilet body.
