本发明公开了高炉冶炼过程中,减小热风炉火焰 脉动的方法,特别是在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上部装设减 震装置的方法。本发明通过装设一至四级环状体,有 效地减小了火焰燃烧脉动,并且使陶瓷燃烧器的燃烧 能力增加50%,使空气预热温度可达300—600℃, 提高了热风炉的效率。

Description

本发明涉及高炉冶炼过程中,减小热风炉火焰脉动的方法,特别是在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上部装设减震装置的方法。
热风炉陶瓷燃烧器的燃烧性能好坏对热风炉的使用效率及寿命都是至关重要的。现有的一些热风炉陶瓷燃烧器的燃烧稳定性不够理想,燃烧过程中产生的25-100HZ的低频震动使热风炉内掉砖严重,尤其是当助燃空气预热温度较高时,脉动燃烧引起的低频震动更为突出,使热风炉使用寿命大大降低。鉴于此项原因,目前只好降低空气预热温度,减小燃烧器的燃烧能力,从而使热风炉效率降低。目前国内外资料表明还没有办法使现有燃烧器适合于超过300℃的空气预热温度。
本发明为解决脉动燃烧所引起的低频震动问题,提供了一种减小燃烧脉动的方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上部装设耐火材料环状体。该环状体可控制燃烧室下部回旋区内不同高度的高温气体回旋量,使原来回旋区下部单环点火源分成多环点火源。多环点火源可把回旋区内的热量分成几级传递给进入燃烧室内的可燃气体,使之逐渐预热并燃烧,从而降低由于集中于燃烧室底部强化燃烧引起的低频震动。使燃烧过程均匀稳定。
本发明使燃烧脉动显著减小,延长了炉体使用寿命。另外,可使陶瓷燃烧器的燃烧能力增加50%,空气预热温度可达300-600℃
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步描述。
图1是在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上装设四级环状体的示意图。
图2是在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上装设四级环状体的俯视图。
图3是未加环状体时,回旋区底部只有一级点火源,燃烧室底部点火强度大的情况。
图4是加一级环状体时,回旋区底部有上下两级点火源。降低了燃烧室底部点火能力,使进入燃烧室的气体逐渐预热并点燃的情况。
图5是加四级环状体时,回旋区由上到下有五级点火源,使各级点火源均匀分布在燃烧室底部,使进入燃烧室的可燃气体逐步预热并燃烧,燃烧过程更稳定的情况。
本发明最佳实施方式是:环状体取四级,用堇青石组合砖砌成,组合砖上下部加子母扣使各砌体稳定。环的总高度为燃烧器中心通道出口d的2-6倍,厚度为d的0.2-0.5倍。环状体由下向上呈阶梯形,下厚上薄。图1中,1、2为陶瓷燃烧器空、煤气入口。3、4、5、6分别为第一级、第二级、第三级、第四级环状体。7是气体分布帽。8是中心通道直线段。9是燃烧器外部砌体。10是中心通道锥台段。11是燃烧器底座。d是燃烧器中心通道出口直径。

Claims (4)

1、一种减小热风炉燃烧脉动的方法,其特征在于在热风炉陶瓷燃烧器上部装设耐火材料环状体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的减小燃烧脉动的方法,其特征在于装设的环状体为一至四级。
3、根据权利要求2所述的减小燃烧脉动的方法,其特征在于装设的环状体总高度为燃烧器中心通道出口d的2-6倍,厚度为d的0.2-0.5倍。
4、根据权利要求3所述的减小燃烧脉动的方法,其特征在于装设的环状体为二至四级,由下向上呈阶梯形,下厚上薄。
