The pressurization water pump set 2 and the matched water outlet closing valve check valve 21 are connected with the water storage tank and the water supply pipeline and are arranged with valves, when the pipe network supplies water normally, the pressurization pump set 2 is not started, the water pressure of an external pipe network is fully utilized, the water pressure condition of the external pipe network is not influenced, and energy and water are saved. When the stainless steel storage tank is overhauled and cleaned, the bypass pipeline valve 4 needs to be opened, the access pipeline valve 6 and the tank top water outlet valve port 14 are closed, the electromagnetic valve group 3 is opened, the sewage discharge and water discharge port 13 is opened, and sewage is discharged.
