本发明公开了一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块、系统,所述生态护岸模块包括上植物种植池、设置在上植物种植池下方的净化池以及设置在净化池底部一侧的下植物种植池;生态护岸系统由多个上述生态护岸模块串联而成。本发明提供护岸模块、系统,结构简单,便于组装、拆卸和运维管理,应用于雨水管网建设不完善的村镇地区,能够有效净化初期雨水污染,并兼顾护岸功能,无需动力,无需投加化学药剂。

本发明涉及初雨污染物处理技术领域,具体涉及一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块、系统。
背景技术
在现有技术中,通常采用截流井、初雨调蓄池及海绵设施等对初期雨水中的污染物进行分离或净化,但部分村镇地区排水管网仍不完善,或者仅建设污水管网但雨水管网不完善的地区,在这些区域如无足够的空间或无法改造建设上述初雨分离或净化设施,会导致初期雨水未经处理通过地表径流直接排入河道,进而造成对河道的污染。
对雨水管网建设不完善的村镇地区,需要开发一种兼顾护岸功能,占地面积小,无需动力,无需投加化学药剂的初雨污染物处理系统,对初期雨水进行净化处理后再排入河道,减少面源污染对河道水质的影响。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种生态护岸模块、系统,其能够持续净化初期雨水中污染物,且占地面积小,无需动力,无需投加化学药剂。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,所述生态护岸模块包括上植物种植池、设置在上植物种植池下方的净化池以及设置在净化池底部一侧的下植物种植池;
所述上植物种植池上方设置进水口,且内置提篮,提篮内铺设一定厚度的填料,填料上种植湿生或水生植物;
净化池内填加填料,净化池与下植物种植池相邻的侧面设有出水板,出水板上设有出水孔;
下植物种植池内种植湿生或水生植物,下植物种植池顶部设有净水出水口;下植物种植池内设止回水板。
进一步地,上植物种植池的内置提篮由不锈钢网或不锈钢孔板制成,提篮设有提手;网眼或孔眼直径为0.1-5mm。
进一步地,所述填料为砾石或碎石或陶粒。
进一步地,净化池内的填料径略大于出水孔的直径。
进一步地,所述陶粒采用河道或湖库淤泥烧制而成。

本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的生态护岸模块利用自然生态系统中物理、化学和生物的三重共同作用来实现对污水或初期雨水的净化;填料(如砾石、碎石、陶粒等)组成填料床,初期雨水可以在池体的填料缝隙中曲折地流动,或在床体表面流动。在种植池种植具有对污染物去除效果好、成活率高的湿生植物,营造植物-微生物生态环境,对水中的污染物进行处理。
2、本发明的生态护岸模块对有机污染物有较强的降解能力。污水中的不溶性有机物通过系统的沉淀、过滤作用,可以很快地被截留进而被微生物利用;污水中可溶性有机物则可通过植物根系生物膜的吸附、吸收及生物代谢降解过程而去除。随着处理过程的进行,净化池中的微生物也在不断繁殖生长,对初期雨水中的污染物进行降解。填料如出现堵塞,可对填料进行清洗或更换。植物根系吸收污染物,每隔一段时间对部分植物茎叶收割。这种处理系统的出水水质较好,具有景观效果,投资及运行费远低于常规处理技术。
3、本发明提供护岸系统,结构简单,便于组装、拆卸和运维管理,应用于雨水管网建设不完善的村镇地区,能够有效净化初期雨水污染,并兼顾护岸功能,无需动力,无需投加化学药剂。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,所述生态护岸模块包括上植物种植池1、设置在上植物种植池下方的净化池3以及设置在净化池底部一侧的下植物种植池5;所述上植物种植池上方设置进水口8,且内置提篮2,提篮内铺设一定厚度的填料,填料上种植湿生或水生植物,如鸢尾、菖蒲、芦苇、灯芯草等。
如图2所示,内置提篮2为不锈钢网或不锈钢孔板材质,水可透过不锈钢网或孔板,内置提篮2上设有提手10,以便系统出现问题需检修时,可将含填料的内置提篮2提起,对净化池内的填料进行取出更换或清洗。不锈钢提篮网眼或孔眼直径为0.1-5mm。卡块12为与种植池1内部结构共同浇筑,可防止提篮2下滑。
净化池3内填加填料,净化池内的填料径略大于出水孔的直径。净化池与下植物种植池相邻的侧面设有出水板,出水板上设有出水孔7,出水板可拆卸,用于检修。净化池3内靠近出水孔板7的区域放置粒径较大的填料,避免粒径小的填料堵塞出水孔,导致出水较慢或出水无法排出。净化池3可增加隔板,有利于初期雨水净化处理,避免本装置内出现短流。下植物种植池内种植湿生或水生植物,下植物种植池顶部设有净水出水口9;下植物种植池内设止回水板6;净化池和下植物种植池为一体化结构或用法兰连接。
填料通过物理过滤、离子交换、吸附作用、化学沉淀反应等对污染物进行截留,为后续微生物和植物对污染物的进一步分解和吸收创造较好的条件。填料上附着的微生物也是对污水净化的关键之一,填料内部一般都具有疏松多孔、有较大比表面积及孔隙率,可为微生物提供更大的附着面积,进一步提高对污水中污染物CODcr、氮、磷等的去除能力。填料种类不限于砾石、碎石、陶粒等,其材料特性应考虑孔隙率、比表面积、机械强度、稳定性、物理化学性质等。
填料中陶粒属于废弃物再利用,陶粒由河道或湖库清淤的淤泥、黏土等经高温处理所得,表面粗糙,其比表面积大、孔隙率大,减少填料堵塞现象。这些填料内部还有矿物质及微量元素,如钙、镁、铝等,能与污水中的磷酸盐形成不溶物,再通过沉淀去除。同时其通过吸附、过滤、离子交换等作用可达到水质净化的目的。
本模块为钢筋混凝土材质。为了可便于拆装,本模块为拼装式,每个模块主体部分由上植物种植池1和净化池3组成,上述两者由法兰连接,也可根据现场情况改变尺寸,或在上植物种植池1和净化池3之间再增加净化池单元,同样也用法兰连接。净化池3底部连接下植物种植池5,净化池3和下植物种植池5可为一体化连接或用法兰连接。生态护岸模块也可根据应用场地情况及使用需求对上植物种植池的形状做改动及变型。
生态护岸模块长度可为1m或2m等固定长度,作为固定模块。也可根据场地实际情况制作固定长度。模块的前后两面框架上均设有螺栓孔11,相邻的模块通过螺栓固定连接,多个串联的模块形成生态护岸系统。
生态护岸模块内种植的湿生植物或水生植物具有净化水质功能,同时兼具生态护岸和美化景观的双重功能。植物在光合作用产氧、氮循环、沉积物吸附以及为微生物提供生态环境等方面起着重要作用。植物因地制宜选择合适物种,形成种类多样、色彩丰富、层次错落、有规模效应的混式植物群落。
实施例1
参照图1和图5所示,生态护岸模块在初雨处理及护岸工程中的安装按如下步骤进行:
先将生态护岸模块的净化池及下植物种植池安装就位,与钢筋混凝土垫层共同浇筑,钢筋混凝土垫层下方设置护岸底板及桩基;并结合现场护岸结构计算,为加固护岸结构稳定性,护岸侧也可增加挡墙设计。再安装上植物种植池,然后在净化池及种植池内投加砾石、碎石、陶粒等填料。多个生态护岸模块通过连接螺栓依次串联组成生态护岸系统。
工程实施后,初期雨水通过地表径流进入生态护岸系统中,进水污染物浓度为80-300mg/L,氨氮5-15mg/L,总磷浓度0.8-2.2mg/L。
在生态护岸系统中,初期雨水通过上植物种植池1的填料层后进入净化池3内的填料空隙中,经停留时间10-40h,经系统处理后,生态护岸系统内的出水可实现COD去除率55-70%,氨氮去除率40-85%,总磷去除率50-80%。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述生态护岸模块包括上植物种植池、设置在上植物种植池下方的净化池以及设置在净化池底部一侧的下植物种植池;
所述上植物种植池上方设置进水口,且内置提篮,提篮内铺设一定厚度的填料,填料上种植湿生或水生植物;
净化池内填加填料,净化池与下植物种植池相邻的侧面设有出水板,出水板上设有出水孔;
下植物种植池内种植湿生或水生植物,下植物种植池顶部设有净水出水口;下植物种植池内设止回水板。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,上植物种植池的内置提篮由不锈钢网或不锈钢孔板制成,提篮设有提手;网眼或孔眼直径为0.1-5mm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述填料为砾石或碎石或陶粒。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,净化池内的填料径略大于出水孔的直径。
5.一种如权利要求3所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述陶粒采用河道或湖库淤泥烧制而成。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述净化池和下植物种植池为一体化结构或用法兰连接。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,净化池内靠近出水板的区域放置粒径较大的填料,出水板可拆卸;净化池的底板设置一定的倾斜角度。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述的净化池与上植物种植池之间用法兰连接。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸模块,其特征在于,所述净化池内设有隔板。
10.一种具有初雨净化功能的生态护岸系统,其特征在于,所述生态护岸系统由多个如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的生态护岸模块串联而成。
