Claims (10)
1. The convenient road tamping equipment with the dust collection function comprises a main body (1), a connecting pipe (2) and a handle (3), wherein the connecting pipe (2) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the main body (1), the handle (3) is arranged on one side of the main body (1), a power device is arranged on the main body (1), and drives the connecting pipe (2) to reciprocate along the axial direction of the connecting pipe (2), and the road tamping equipment is characterized in that a tamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting pipe (2), and an auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the connecting pipe (2);
the tamping mechanism comprises a connecting box (4), an exhaust assembly and at least two air suction assemblies, wherein the connecting box (4) is cylindrical and is coaxially arranged with the connecting pipe (2), the connecting box (4) is fixed at the bottom end of the connecting pipe (2), and the air suction assemblies are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the periphery of the connecting box (4) by taking the axis of the connecting pipe (2) as a center;
the exhaust assembly comprises a fixed pipe (5), a push disc (6), a push rod (7), a moving disc (8), a first spring (9) and at least two first one-way valves (10), the fixed pipe (5), the push disc (6), the push rod (7) and the moving disc (8) are coaxially arranged with a connecting pipe (2), a mounting hole is formed in the top of the connecting box (4), the fixed pipe (5) penetrates through the mounting hole, the fixed pipe (5) is hermetically and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mounting hole, the moving disc (8) is arranged in the fixed pipe (5), the moving disc (8) is slidably and hermetically connected with the inner wall of the fixed pipe (5), a through hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting box (4), the push rod (7) penetrates through the through hole, the push rod (7) is slidably and hermetically connected with the inner wall of the through hole, the top end of the push rod (7) is fixed to the top of the moving disc (8), the push disc (6) is fixed at the bottom end of the push rod (7), a gap is formed between the push disc (6) and the connecting disc, the bottom of the movable disc (8) is connected with the bottom in the connecting box (4) through a first spring (9), at least two air outlet holes are formed in the movable disc (8), the air outlet holes are circumferentially and uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the push rod (7) as the center, the first one-way valves (10) are in one-to-one correspondence with the air outlet holes and are installed in the air outlet holes, a groove is formed in the bottom of the connecting box (4), and the groove is matched with the push disc (6);
the air suction assembly comprises an air inlet pipe (11), a second one-way valve (12) and an air inlet hole, the air inlet hole is formed in the connecting box (4), clear water is arranged in the connecting box (4), one end of the air inlet pipe (11) is inserted into the air inlet hole, the other end of the air inlet pipe (11) is arranged in the clear water, the air inlet pipe (11) is hermetically and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the air inlet hole, and the second one-way valve (12) is installed in the air inlet hole;
the auxiliary mechanism comprises a moving ring (13), a connecting rod (14) and two auxiliary components, the moving ring (13) and the connecting pipe (2) are coaxially arranged, the moving pipe penetrates through the moving ring (13) and is in sliding connection with the moving ring (13), the axis of the connecting rod (14) is perpendicular to and intersected with the axis of the connecting pipe (2), two through grooves are formed in the connecting pipe (2), the connecting rod (14) sequentially penetrates through the two through grooves and is in sliding connection with the inner walls of the through grooves, two ends of the connecting rod (14) are fixed on the inner wall of the moving ring (13), and the auxiliary components are circumferentially and uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the connecting pipe (2) as a center;
the auxiliary assembly comprises a supporting plate (15), a rotating rod (16), a rotating shaft (17), a bearing (18), a fixing rod (19) and a locking unit, the rotating rod (16) is parallel to the connecting pipe (2), the axis of the rotating shaft (17) is perpendicular to the axis of the connecting pipe (2) and the axis of the connecting rod (14) respectively, the bottom end of the rotating rod (16) is provided with a connecting hole, the rotating shaft (17) penetrates through the connecting hole and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connecting hole, the inner ring of the bearing (18) is installed on the rotating shaft (17), the outer ring of the bearing (18) is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe (2), the supporting plate (15) is perpendicular to the connecting rod (14), the supporting plate (15) is arranged on one side of the rotating rod (16) far away from the connecting pipe (2) and is fixedly connected with the rotating rod (16), the top, dead lever (19) are parallel and match with the blind hole with connecting pipe (2), insert in the blind hole the bottom of dead lever (19), the bottom at shift ring (13) is fixed on the top of dead lever (19), the locking unit sets up the bottom at dwang (16).

The portable road compaction device with the dust absorption function according to claim 1, wherein the locking unit comprises a locking rod (20), a second spring (21), a transmission block (22), an auxiliary hole and a transmission unit, the bottom end of the rotation rod (16) is arc-shaped and is coaxially arranged with the rotation shaft (17), the bottom end of the rotation rod (16) is provided with the locking hole, the locking hole is coaxially arranged with the rotation rod (16), the auxiliary hole is arranged on the connection pipe (2), the locking rod (20) is parallel to the connection rod (14), the axis of the locking rod (20) is perpendicular to and intersected with the axis of the rotation shaft (17), the locking rod (20) passes through the auxiliary hole and is slidably connected with the inner wall of the auxiliary hole, one end of the locking rod (20) far away from the axis of the connection pipe (2) abuts against the rotation rod (16), the transmission block (22) is fixed at the other end of the locking rod (20), one side of the transmission block (22) far away from the axis of the connecting pipe (2) is connected with the inner wall of the connecting pipe (2) through a second spring (21), the second spring (21) is in a stretching state, and the bottom of the connecting rod (14) is connected with one side of the transmission block (22) close to the axis of the connecting pipe (2) through a connection transmission unit.
3. The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 2, wherein an inner wall of the auxiliary hole is coated with a lubricating oil.

The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a connection line (23) and a fixed pulley (24), one end of the connection line (23) is fixed to the bottom of the connecting rod (14), the other end of the connection line (23) is fixed to the transmission block (22) by passing the fixed pulley (24), and the fixed pulley (24) is fixed to the inner wall of the connecting pipe (2).
5. The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 4, wherein the connection line (23) is a wire rope.
6. The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the fixing tube (5) is coated with sealing grease.
7. The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 1, wherein a bottom end of the fixing rod (19) is provided with a chamfer.
8. The handy road tamper with dust suction function according to claim 1, wherein the material of the handle (3) is rubber.
9. The portable road compaction device with the dust absorption function according to claim 1, wherein the connecting pipe (2) is provided with an anti-corrosion zinc coating.
10. The handy road tamper with dust collection function according to claim 1, wherein the moving ring (13) is provided with anti-slip threads.
