Abstract
The invention provides cigarette case lining paper which sequentially comprises a first aluminum layer, a first water-based adhesive layer, a raw paper layer, a second water-based adhesive layer and a second aluminum layer from outside to inside. The application provides cigarette case lining paper and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, and on the premise of not modifying packaging equipment, the cigarette case lining paper improves the problem of adsorption of aluminium-free lining paper to cigarette aroma substances and moisture, and improves the problem of cigarette smoking quality reduction caused by adhesive glue.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cigarette material, in particular to cigarette case lining paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lining paper is a cigarette auxiliary material which is in direct contact with cigarettes in the cigarette small box, mainly plays a role in wrapping cigarettes and forming the small box, and has the functions of preserving fragrance, preserving moisture, being attractive and preventing counterfeiting and the like. The lining paper for the cigarette, which is commonly used in the industry at present, is divided into compound aluminum lining paper, transfer aluminized lining paper, vacuum direct-plated lining paper, aluminum-free lining paper, compound aluminum lining paper with laser anti-counterfeiting function and self-adhesive moisture-retaining package lining paper. These interior papers suffer from the following disadvantages: the aluminum-coated lining paper, the transfer aluminum-coated lining paper, the vacuum direct-plated lining paper and the aluminum-free lining paper have the adsorption of cigarette aroma substances and moisture by contacting the cigarette with the aluminum-free paper, and simultaneously, the chemical substances of the paper layer are transferred into the cigarette, so that the smoking quality of the cigarette is continuously changed along with the storage time; the moisture-retaining package lining paper needs to be matched with upgraded packaging equipment, so that the production loss is large, and the equipment investment is increased; the problems of insufficient moisture and fragrance retention performance of transfer aluminized lining paper, vacuum direct-plated lining paper and aluminum-free lining paper exist; the problem of insufficient moisture retention performance is solved by the compound aluminum or transfer lining paper with laser anti-counterfeiting function, but the smoking quality of the cigarettes is reduced due to glue used for adhering the aluminum layer.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a cigarette case lining paper and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, and which improve the problem of adsorption of cigarette aroma substances and moisture by lining aluminum-free paper and the problem of cigarette smoking quality reduction caused by adhesive glue on the premise of not modifying packaging equipment.
To achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions.
The invention provides cigarette case lining paper which sequentially comprises a first aluminum layer, a first water-based adhesive layer, a raw paper layer, a second water-based adhesive layer and a second aluminum layer from outside to inside.
According to the technical scheme, the first aluminum layer is a vacuum aluminum-plated layer or an aluminum foil layer.

Preferably, when the laser information layer is arranged between the first aluminum layer and the first water-based adhesive layer and the first aluminum layer is a vacuum aluminum-plated layer, the laser information is firstly molded on the surface of the plastic film through a hot pressing principle to form the laser information layer, then the laser information layer is subjected to vacuum aluminum plating to form the vacuum aluminum-plated layer, and then the plastic film is peeled off after the laser information layer is adhered to the raw paper layer through the first water-based adhesive layer.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 2, the cigarette case lining paper provided by the invention comprises a first aluminum layer 1, a first water-based adhesive layer 3, a raw paper layer 4, a second water-based adhesive layer 5 and a second aluminum layer 6 from outside to inside in sequence.
In a specific embodiment, the first aluminum layer 1 is a vacuum-plated aluminum layer or an aluminum foil layer, and as in the specific embodiment shown in fig. 2, the first aluminum layer 1 is an aluminum foil layer. In another embodiment as shown in fig. 2, the first aluminum layer is a vacuum plated aluminum layer.

In a specific embodiment, the second aluminum layer 6 is a vacuum-plated aluminum layer or an aluminum foil layer.
