In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the foldable side gusset member preferably includes a first flap 106 non-removably and rotatably coupled to the bottom panel 102, and the input device is disposed on the first flap 106; the bottom plate 102 is provided with a wire inlet hole (not shown) communicated with the accommodating cavity, and a wire with one end connected with an input device extends into the accommodating cavity through the wire inlet hole and is connected with the processor.
In this embodiment, it is specifically defined that the foldable enclosure comprises a plastic first flap 106, the input device is disposed on the first flap 106, and the first flap 106 is non-detachably and rotatably connected with the bottom plate 102, so that the input device can be reliably connected with the processor through a wire when the laundry basket is folded and stored or opened, thereby ensuring the use reliability of the laundry basket. As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, basket 10 preferably further comprises: and the wire box 108 is positioned on the surface of the first baffle 106, the wire box 108 is communicated with the wire inlet hole, and the wire passes through the wire box 108.
In this embodiment, the independent wire box 108 is disposed on the surface of the first baffle 106, so that the wires are protected from being damaged, the safety of use is ensured, the service life of the washing basket is prolonged, the strength of the first baffle 106 is prevented from being damaged due to the opening of the wire channel on the first baffle 106, and the service life of the washing basket is further prolonged. Specifically, the wire box 108 is located inside the space enclosed by the basket body 10, i.e. the inner surface of the first baffle 106, which helps to protect the integrity of the outer surface of the basket body 10, so that the laundry basket is simple and beautiful.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first flap 106 and the base plate 102 are preferably connected by a rotational connection 110; a first reinforcing rib 112 is arranged between the first baffle 106 and the rotating connector 110, and/or a second reinforcing rib 114 is arranged between the bottom plate 102 and the rotating connector 110.
In this embodiment, it is specifically defined that the first flap 106 is connected to the bottom plate 102 by a rotating connector 110, which may be a non-detachable hinge, to meet the folding requirements of the laundry basket. Since the first baffle 106 and the bottom plate 102 are often in a state of rotating or supporting the laundry, the reinforcing ribs are provided to improve the strength of the first baffle 106 and the bottom plate 102 and prolong the service life of the washing basket.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, preferably, the foldable side gusset further comprises: a second baffle 116 detachably connected to the base plate 102, the second baffle 116 being disposed opposite to the first baffle 106; the third baffle 118 and the fourth baffle 120 are arranged oppositely, and the third baffle 118 and the fourth baffle 120 are detachably connected with the first baffle 106, the second baffle 116 and the bottom plate 102.
In the embodiment, a scheme that other parts of the foldable side wall part are made of plastic materials is specifically limited, and the plastic materials enable the integral form of the washing basket to be stable and can reliably support clothes. The other parts of the foldable side enclosing member comprise a second baffle 116, a third baffle 118 and a fourth baffle 120 which are independent, at this time, the basket body 10 is composed of four independent parts, namely the second baffle 116, the third baffle 118, the fourth baffle 120, and the base plate 102 and the first baffle 106 which are rotatably connected, and the four parts are detachably connected, so that the foldable basket body 10 made of plastic materials is formed, the volume of a single part is reduced, the manufacturing and production are convenient, and a user can conveniently store the washing basket after folding.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second flap 116 is detachably hinged to the base plate 102; and/or the third baffle 118 is detachably hinged with the first baffle 106, the second baffle 116 and the bottom plate 102; and/or the fourth flap 120 is removably hinged to the first flap 106, the second flap 116, and the base 102.
The laundry basket on the market is heavier and unattractive in structure, and although a small amount of foldable laundry baskets exist, the laundry basket has more components and is difficult to produce in batches. In this embodiment, a detachable hinged counterpart is specifically defined. The positions of other plate bodies needing to be connected on the bottom plate 102 and the first baffle plate 106 are provided with cylindrical hinged supports 122, the second baffle plate 116 is provided with a cylindrical shaft 124 except the bottom edge connected with the bottom plate 102, other connecting positions are also provided with the cylindrical hinged supports 122, the third baffle plate 118 and the fourth baffle plate 120 are identical in structure, and the connecting positions are provided with the cylindrical shafts 124, so that the detachable hinged structures on the single plate body are identical as much as possible, the efficiency of processing and quality inspection is improved, and the checking and installation by a user are facilitated. In addition, the detachable connection structure of the cylindrical shaft 124 and the cylindrical hinged support 122 can be integrally formed with the corresponding baffle or the bottom plate 102, and no redundant parts are needed, so that the detachable connection structure is convenient to process, contributes to improving the production efficiency, is convenient to install, and is convenient for a user to operate. Meanwhile, since the cylindrical shaft 124 and the cylindrical hinge support 122 extend along the side of the corresponding baffle or base plate 102, the matching surface of the detachable connection can be increased, and the reliability of the connection after assembly can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the foldable side gusset further comprises: a flexible side frame member (not shown) having a bottom edge connected to the bottom plate 102; two ends of the flexible side wall member are connected to the first baffle 106, the flexible side wall member and the first baffle 106 enclose a side wall of the basket body 10, or the flexible side wall member encloses a side wall of the basket body 10, and the first baffle 106 is disposed on an outer surface of the flexible side wall member.
In this embodiment, two schemes that the other parts of the foldable side enclosing member are made of flexible materials are specifically defined, one scheme is that two ends of the flexible side enclosing member are connected with the first baffle 106, so that the consumption of the flexible materials can be reduced; the other is that the flexible side wall member integrally encloses the side wall of the basket body 10, and the first baffle 106 is arranged on the outer surface of the flexible side wall member, so that the integrity of the side wall of the basket body 10 can be ensured, and the processing is convenient. In addition, the flexible material has the foldable and storable performance, so that the operation of folding the laundry basket can be simplified, and the use by a user is facilitated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that basket 10 further comprises: a partition connected to the bottom plate 102 and the foldable side wall members, the partition dividing the space inside the basket body 10.
In this embodiment, the basket body 10 further includes a partition for dividing the space, so as to facilitate the classified storage of the clothes, facilitate the classified washing of the clothes, and avoid the cross contamination caused by the close contact of different kinds of clothes (such as underwear and socks), thereby improving the practicability of the washing basket. Alternatively, the spacer may be made of plastic or flexible material, and may be detachably connected to the bottom plate 102 and the foldable side members. Specifically, when the partition and the foldable side surrounding member are both made of plastic materials, the connection mode of the cylindrical shaft 124 and the cylindrical hinged support 122 can be adopted, that is, the cylindrical shaft 124 is arranged on two longitudinal side edges and bottom edges of the partition, and the cylindrical hinged support 122 is arranged at the corresponding position of the foldable side surrounding member; when at least one of the separator and the foldable side wall part is made of flexible materials, the detachable connecting structure can be formed by a magic tape.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a plurality of ventilation holes 128 are formed on the foldable side wrapping member; and/or at least two handles are provided at the end of the foldable side gusset element facing away from the bottom panel 102.
In this embodiment, through set up a plurality of bleeder vents 128 on collapsible side wall spare, help strengthening the circulation of air in the laundry basket, keep the laundry basket inside dry, reduce bacterial growing. An embodiment of another aspect of the present invention provides a washing machine assembly, including the washing basket according to any one of the above embodiments and the washing machine 7 shown in fig. 7, where the washing machine 7 includes a second communication device (not shown), a water inlet valve (not shown), and a controller (not shown), the second communication device is in communication connection with the first communication device of the washing basket, the second communication device is configured to receive a water inlet instruction, and specifically, the second communication device is also a WIFI module; the controller is in communication connection with the second communication device and the water inlet valve, and the controller is used for responding to a water inlet instruction, opening the water inlet valve and closing the water inlet valve when the water inlet quantity meets the water inlet instruction.
The washing machine assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the washing basket in any one of the embodiments, so that the washing machine assembly has all the beneficial technical effects of the washing basket. In addition, the washing machine assembly further comprises a washing machine 7, the washing machine 7 comprises a second communication device capable of receiving a water inlet instruction, a water inlet valve serving as a water inlet switch and a controller for controlling water inlet amount, so that the washing basket and the washing machine 7 are combined, water can be fed in advance to avoid the problems of corrosion and color fading of clothes caused by the fact that a detergent is directly put on the surfaces of the clothes, the final water inlet amount of the washing machine 7 and the weight of the clothes weighed by the washing basket are in a certain proportion, a weighing structure does not need to be arranged in the washing machine 7, the structure of the washing machine 7 is simplified, production procedures are reduced, and production cost is reduced. Optionally, the washing machine 7 is a pulsator washing machine or a drum washing machine, preferably a pulsator washing machine, and the second communication module is a WIFI module.
The following describes a washing machine assembly including a washing basket and a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The pulsator washing machine is provided with a WIFI module, and the appearance of the pulsator washing machine is shown in fig. 7.
The external structure of the laundry basket mainly comprises a display screen 40, a first baffle 106, a second baffle 116, a third baffle 118, a separating baffle 126, a fourth baffle 120 and a bottom plate 102, wherein the plate bodies are made of plastics, the overall structure of the laundry basket is shown in fig. 1, and the display screen 40 is positioned on one side of the upper part of the first baffle 106 close to the fourth baffle 120.
The inner side of the first baffle 106 is provided with a wire box 108, the bottom plate 102 is provided with two weighing plates 104, and the bottom plate 102 is internally provided with a weighing sensor 20, a microprocessor 30, a signal conversion module 60 and a power supply 50. The display screen 40 is connected to the microprocessor 30 inside the base plate 102 via wires running inside the wire box 108, and the detailed structure inside the laundry basket is shown in fig. 2. The microprocessor 30 is provided with a WIFI module which can transmit the clothes weight signal to the impeller washing machine.
The first baffle 106 is connected to the bottom plate 102 by a non-detachable plastic hinge, the non-detachable structure is designed to facilitate the display screen 40 to arrange a wire inside the first baffle 106, the other end of the wire is connected to the microprocessor 30 inside the bottom plate 102, and the non-detachable hinge structure is shown in fig. 3.
The connection mode of the first baffle 106 and the third baffle 118, the connection mode of the separating baffle 126 and the fourth baffle 120, the connection mode of the second baffle 116 and the third baffle 118, the connection mode of the separating baffle 126 and the fourth baffle 120 and the base plate 102, the connection mode of the third baffle 118 and the base plate 102, the connection mode of the separating baffle 126 and the base plate 102, and the connection structure of the fourth baffle 120 and the base plate 102 are all the matching of a detachable cylindrical shaft 124 and a cylindrical hinged support 122. The material of the baffle is plastic, when a user installs the baffle, the cylindrical shaft 124 on one baffle is directly clamped into the other baffle or the cylindrical hinged support 122 on the bottom plate 102 along the arrow direction shown in fig. 4, and the installation mode of the cylindrical shaft 124 and the cylindrical hinged support 122 is shown in fig. 4.
Three cylindrical hinged supports 122 are longitudinally arranged on the first baffle plate 106, three cylindrical hinged supports 122 are longitudinally arranged on the second baffle plate 116, a cylindrical shaft 124 is arranged on the bottom edge of the second baffle plate 116, and the detailed structure of the second baffle plate 116 is shown in fig. 5.
The third baffle 118 and the fourth baffle 120 have the same structure, three sides of the third baffle are respectively provided with a cylindrical shaft 124, three sides of the separating baffle 126 are respectively provided with a cylindrical shaft 124, and the detailed structure of the third baffle 118 is shown in fig. 6.
The installation operation flow of the washing basket is as follows:
first, the first flap 106 is installed, and the first flap 106 is lifted up to form an angle of 90 ° with the bottom plate 102.
And secondly, installing a third baffle 118, namely forming an included angle of 90 degrees between the third baffle 118 and the bottom plate 102, matching a cylindrical shaft 124 on the side surface of the third baffle with a cylindrical hinged support 122 on the side, far away from the display screen 40, of the first baffle 106, and matching a cylindrical shaft 124 on the bottom of the third baffle with the cylindrical hinged support 122 on the bottom plate 102.
And thirdly, mounting a fourth baffle 120, namely forming an included angle of 90 degrees between the fourth baffle 120 and the bottom plate 102, matching a cylindrical shaft 124 on the side surface of the fourth baffle with a cylindrical hinged support 122 on the other side of the first baffle 106, and matching a cylindrical shaft 124 on the bottom of the fourth baffle with the cylindrical hinged support 122 on the bottom plate 102.
Fourthly, installing the separating baffle 126, namely, forming an included angle of 90 degrees between the separating baffle 126 and the bottom plate 102, then matching the cylindrical shaft 124 on the side surface of the separating baffle 126 with the cylindrical hinged support 122 of the first baffle 106 in sequence, and matching the cylindrical shaft 124 on the bottom with the cylindrical hinged support 122 on the bottom plate 102.
Fifthly, the second baffle plate 116 is installed, three cylindrical hinged supports 122 on the second baffle plate 116 are sequentially matched with the cylindrical shafts 124 of the third baffle plate 118, the fourth baffle plate 120 and the separating baffle plate 126, and then the cylindrical shaft 124 at the bottom of the second baffle plate is matched with the cylindrical hinged support 122 on the bottom plate 102.
Sixthly, pressing down a switch button on the display screen 40 to set the weight of the clothes when the washing basket is reminded, and the weight is recommended to be set to be 50% of the load weight of the washing machine 7 or 80% of the load weight.
The operation flow of the washing machine assembly is as follows:
the user puts the inner and outer clothes to be washed into the washing basket in a partition mode, the washing basket display screen 40 displays the weight of the clothes to be washed, and when the weight reaches a weight threshold (such as 4kg, 6kg and 8 kg) preset by the user, the washing basket reminds the user of the clothes to be washed at the moment in a voice mode.
After the user presses the 'confirm' key, the WIFI module on the laundry basket micro-processor 30 transmits the clothes weight signal to the WIFI module of the pulsator washing machine.
The water inlet valve of the pulsator washing machine is opened, water in a certain proportion to the weight of clothes enters the inner drum, a user puts the clothes to be washed into the pulsator washing machine, and the pulsator washing machine starts washing.
After the pulsator washing machine is used, the inner barrel is dried, and the washing basket can be folded and stored in the inner barrel of the pulsator washing machine when not used, so that the space is saved.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a laundry basket which has functions of weighing and reminding, has a WIFI module, can be used for holding clothes in a partitioned manner, is foldable, occupies a small space, and is convenient to assemble, and is used as an auxiliary device when a user washes clothes, and is combined with a washing machine 7, and the laundry basket and the washing machine 7 are connected through WIFI to transmit signals. The user puts the clothes to be washed into the laundry basket, when the weight of the clothes reaches the set weight threshold value, the laundry basket prompts (such as voice prompt) that the user can wash the clothes at the moment, after the user presses an 'enter' key, the washing machine 7 which is also provided with the WIFI module starts to work according to the clothes weight signal transmitted by the WIFI module of the laundry basket, water which is in a corresponding proportion to the weight of the clothes is put into the washing machine through the water inlet valve, and the washing program is started after the user puts the clothes into the washing machine. The laundry basket provided by the embodiment of the invention combines the folding laundry basket with the weighing reminding function, has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation, high realizability and the like, and avoids the problem that the existing laundry basket cannot work normally due to the fact that too many clothes are placed in the laundry basket, and a user puts all the clothes to be cleaned into the laundry basket 7, and meanwhile, the problems of corrosion, color fading and the like of the clothes generated by directly putting detergent on the clothes are avoided by means of advanced water inflow.
