an outer container comprising a cylindrical cavity capable of containing a liquid dye and a cylindrical inner part;

6. A method of wetting and dyeing a textile, comprising:
coating and fixing the textile on the outer surface of the cylindrical inner member;
putting liquid dye into the cylindrical cavity of the outer container;
placing the inner cylindrical member in the cylindrical cavity;
