By adopting the technical scheme, the waterborne anti-cracking wood sealing primer disclosed by the invention adopts polyurethane-acrylic emulsion, and auxiliary agents such as hydantoin, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, ammonia-containing zirconium salt and the like are added into the polyurethane-acrylic emulsion to form an anti-cracking and anti-permeation system, and the anti-cracking and anti-permeation system is excellent in anti-cracking performance, sealing performance and construction process performance.
In a specific embodiment of the invention: the polyurethane emulsion is prepared from 50-70 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 2-6 parts of dipropyl alcohol n-butyl ether, 0.2-1 part of modified polysiloxane, 0.03-0.1 part of hydantoin, 1.2-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2-0.5 part of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 1.5-5 parts of ammonia-containing zirconium salt and 20-50 parts of water.

In a specific embodiment of the invention: and stirring and dispersing the polyurethane emulsion, dipropyl alcohol n-butyl ether, modified polysiloxane hydantoin, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, ammonia-containing zirconium salt and water in a dispersion machine at the rotating speed of 600-1200 rpm for 60-90 min, and stopping dispersing to obtain the water-based anti-cracking wood sealing primer.
By adopting the technical scheme, materials such as polyurethane emulsion, dipropyl alcohol n-butyl ether, modified polysiloxane hydantoin, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, ammonia-soluble zirconium salt, water and the like are dispersed in a high-speed dispersion machine to prepare the water-based anti-cracking wood sealing primer with excellent sealing performance.
