Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of water-based paint for automobile windshield wipers, which comprises priming paint and finish paint, wherein metered water-based polyurethane adhesive is taken, cosolvent and flatting agent are added in a stirring state, distilled water, wetting agent and defoaming agent are added after uniform stirring, and the priming paint is obtained after uniform stirring and filtering by a filter screen; adding distilled water, graphite powder, pigment and filler, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a wetting agent and agate beads into a sanding tank, sanding and dispersing for 1 hour, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain a mixture; taking the mixture, adding the polyurethane resin, the cosolvent and the thickening agent under a stirring state, stirring, dispersing uniformly, and filtering to obtain finish paint; the preparation method is simple and easy to construct; the coating is divided into primer and finish, and the automobile windshield wiper rubber strip sprayed with the coating has the advantages of good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, low noise and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a coating, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a water-based coating for an automobile windshield wiper.
Background
With the further development of the automobile industry, the price of automobiles is gradually reduced, and the holding amount of automobiles in China is further increased. The automobile provides great comfort and quickness for the trip of people, and meanwhile, has certain potential safety hazard. The necessary condition for ensuring the safety is to ensure the good visual field of the driver. The automobile windshield wiper can effectively remove rainwater, dirt and snow on the windshield, and the good vision of a driver is ensured.
The rubber strip is an important component of the windshield wiper, and the rubber product is basically used at present, but the rubber product has certain defects. Therefore, a protective layer needs to be sprayed on the edge part of the rubber strip to protect the rubber strip, improve the wear resistance of the rubber strip and reduce the friction coefficient and noise.

the primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of water-based polyurethane adhesive, 30-50 parts of distilled water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 0.5-1 part of defoamer, 0.3-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-1 part of wetting agent and 0.3-1 part of adhesion promoter;
stirring the weighed waterborne polyurethane adhesive at the speed of 800r/min, adding the cosolvent in a stirring state, adding distilled water, a leveling agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent and an adhesion promoter after all the components are uniformly stirred, stirring for 30min at the speed of 800r/min, and filtering by using a filter screen after uniform stirring to obtain the primer;
the finish paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of polyurethane resin, 30-50 parts of distilled water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 5-15 parts of graphite powder, 5-10 parts of pigment and filler, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-1 part of flatting agent and 0.3-1 part of wetting agent;
adding metered distilled water and a dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring for 5min at the speed of 500r/min, then sequentially adding graphite powder, pigment and filler, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a wetting agent and agate beads, sanding and dispersing for 60min at the speed of 3500r/min, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain black slurry;
adding the measured black slurry, polyurethane resin, distilled water, cosolvent and thickening agent into a beaker, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 20min, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
Furthermore, isocyanate used by the aqueous polyurethane adhesive in the primer is toluene diisocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
Furthermore, a cosolvent in the primer is diethylene glycol butyl ether.
Further, the polyurethane resin in the finish paint is a blocked polyurethane resin.
Furthermore, a cosolvent in the finish paint is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and butyl glycol.
Further, the pigment filler in the finish paint is molybdenum disulfide and gas phase nano silicon dioxide.
Furthermore, the thickener in the finish paint is polyacrylate thickener and polyurethane thickener.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method is simple and easy to construct; the coating is divided into primer and finish, and the automobile windshield wiper rubber strip sprayed with the coating has the advantages of good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, low noise and the like.

stirring 40 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive at the speed of 800r/min, adding 5 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether in a stirring state, uniformly stirring, adding 32.4 parts of distilled water, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent and 0.3 part of adhesion promoter, uniformly stirring, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain a primer;
adding 32.4 parts of distilled water and 1 part of dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 5min, then sequentially adding 15 parts of graphite powder, 2 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 3 parts of fumed nano-silica, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent and 50 parts of agate beads, sanding at the speed of 3500r/min for 1h, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain black slurry; taking black slurry, adding 32 parts of blocked polyurethane resin, 4 parts of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 4 parts of butyl glycol, 0.2 part of polyacrylate thickener and 0.3 part of polyurethane thickener under the stirring state, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 20min, stirring, dispersing uniformly and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
Example 2:
taking 50 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, stirring at the speed of 800r/min, adding 5 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether in a stirring state, uniformly stirring, adding 43.5 parts of distilled water, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent and 1 part of adhesion promoter, uniformly stirring, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain a primer;
adding 32.4 parts of distilled water and 1 part of dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 5min, then sequentially adding 15 parts of graphite powder, 3 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2 parts of fumed nano-silica, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent and 50 parts of agate beads, sanding at the speed of 3500r/min for 1h, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain black slurry; taking black slurry, adding 40 parts of blocked polyurethane resin, 2 parts of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 3 parts of butyl glycol, 0.05 part of polyacrylate thickener and 0.05 part of polyurethane thickener under the stirring state, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 20min, stirring, dispersing uniformly and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
Example 3:
taking 47 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, stirring at the speed of 800r/min, adding 10 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether in a stirring state, uniformly stirring, adding 30 parts of distilled water, 0.3 part of wetting agent, 0.7 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent and 0.7 part of adhesion promoter, uniformly stirring, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain a primer;
adding 30 parts of distilled water and 0.5 part of dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 5min, then sequentially adding 5 parts of graphite powder, 4 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 6 parts of fumed silica, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.3 part of wetting agent and 50 parts of agate beads, sanding at the speed of 3500r/min for 1h, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain black slurry; taking black slurry, adding 30 parts of blocked polyurethane resin, 2 parts of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 4 parts of butyl glycol, 0.4 part of polyacrylate thickener and 0.6 part of polyurethane thickener under the stirring state, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 20min, stirring, dispersing uniformly and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
Example 4:
taking 43 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, stirring at the speed of 800r/min, adding 7 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether in a stirring state, uniformly stirring, adding 50 parts of distilled water, 1 part of wetting agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of flatting agent and 0.4 part of adhesion promoter, uniformly stirring, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain a primer;
adding 50 parts of distilled water and 0.8 part of dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 5min, then sequentially adding 10 parts of graphite powder, 3 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 5 parts of fumed nano-silica, 0.7 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of flatting agent, 1 part of wetting agent and 50 parts of agate beads, sanding at the speed of 3500r/min for 1h, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain black slurry; taking black slurry, adding 38 parts of blocked polyurethane resin, 5 parts of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 5 parts of butyl glycol, 0.1 part of polyacrylate thickener and 0.2 part of polyurethane thickener under the stirring state, stirring at the speed of 800r/min for 20min, stirring, dispersing uniformly and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
The prepared coating is prepared by firstly spraying a primer on the adhesive tape with the treated surface by using a spraying machine, curing for 5min at 100 ℃, spraying a finish after the adhesive tape is cooled to room temperature, and curing for 10min at 110 ℃ to obtain the finished product of the adhesive tape for the windshield wiper. The following table is a test table of the properties of the strips after spraying the coatings prepared in examples 1 and 2.

The data measured in the table show that the automobile windshield wiper rubber strip shows excellent performances in the aspects of wear resistance, friction coefficient, noise and scraping degree after being sprayed with the coating provided by the invention.

the primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of water-based polyurethane adhesive, 30-50 parts of distilled water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 0.5-1 part of defoamer, 0.3-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-1 part of wetting agent and 0.3-1 part of adhesion promoter;
taking the measured water-based polyurethane adhesive, adding the cosolvent in a stirring state, adding distilled water, a flatting agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent and an adhesion promoter after all the components are uniformly stirred, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain the primer after the components are uniformly stirred;
the finish paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of polyurethane resin, 30-50 parts of distilled water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 5-15 parts of graphite powder, 5-10 parts of pigment and filler, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-1 part of flatting agent and 0.3-1 part of wetting agent;
adding metered distilled water and a dispersing agent into a sanding tank, stirring, sequentially adding graphite powder, pigment and filler, a defoaming agent, a flatting agent, a wetting agent and agate beads, sanding and dispersing, and filtering with a filter screen to obtain black slurry;
and adding the measured black slurry, polyurethane resin, distilled water, cosolvent and thickening agent into a beaker, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and filtering to obtain the finish paint.
2. The method for producing a water based paint for automobile wipers according to claim 1, characterized in that: the isocyanate used by the aqueous polyurethane adhesive in the primer is toluene diisocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
