The end of the lever 242 is provided with a threaded hole, and the top end of the operating rod 243 is provided with an external thread, so that the connection reliability and operation convenience can be guaranteed by screwing the external thread between the external thread and the operating rod.

Referring to fig. 10, the chain guide fixing frame 25 includes a connecting plate 251, a supporting plate 252, an operating lever stopper 253, a chain guide mounting plate 254, and the like, wherein the connecting plate 251 and the suspension ring plate 232 are connected by a fastening member; the support frame 252 is provided with a lever shaft 244 in a penetrating manner, and an operating lever stopper 253 for penetrating the operating lever 243 is welded on the support frame.
The chain guide pipe 26 is positioned right below a chain outlet of the hoist motor 28, so that the chain of the electric chain hoist 2 can be conveniently folded and unfolded. Meanwhile, the chain guide pipe 26 is fastened by using two crescent chain guide pipe locking blocks 27, and the connection stability is ensured.
In a non-working state, the locking block 237 and the rubber block 238 in the parking locking mechanism 23 of the electric chain hoist 2 extend upwards under the action of the spring 235, so that the upper surface of the rubber block 238 is tightly abutted against the lower surface of the H-shaped steel 111 in the welding joint 11 of the track beam, the friction force between the rubber block 238 and the H-shaped steel is increased, and the parking locking function is achieved.
When the electric chain hoist 2 needs to walk, the operating rod 243 is held by a hand to move upwards, the pressing plate 241 moves downwards under the action of the lever 242, the locking block 237 is driven to compress the spring 235 to move downwards, so that the rubber block 238 is separated from the H-shaped steel 111 in the track beam welding joint 11, the electric chain hoist 2 is in a non-parking state at the moment, then the chain guide pipe 26 is held by a hand to apply force in the front-back direction, and the electric chain hoist 2 can walk on the track beam 1 in the front-back direction.
When the circular chain 29 and the hook 30 of the electric chain hoist 2 reach the hanging point, the chain guide pipe 26 is loosened, the hand-held operating rod 243 is pulled downwards, at the same time, the pressing plate 241 moves upwards under the action of the movement of the lever 242 and the extension of the spring 235, the locking block 237 is driven to move upwards, and therefore the rubber block 238 and the H-shaped steel 111 in the track beam welding joint 11 are tightly abutted, and the parking locking effect is achieved. The electric chain hoist 2 can be manually parked at any position, the parking efficiency is high, and the reliability is very high, so that the hoisting at any position in the range of the engine room is met.
The embodiment of the invention aims to protect a wind generating set ring chain electric hoist assembly, which has the following effects:
the sliding connection between the electric chain hoist and the track beam is realized through the walking support frame, so that the problem of eccentricity of the electric chain hoist in the middle ring chain in the prior art is solved; the chain-pulling structure is replaced by the electric hoist structure, so that the operation efficiency is improved; through setting up parking locking mechanism, improved the security of system.
