communication information between the central control device 10 and the air conditioner controller 20 is acquired, and whether the central control device 10 is halted or not is judged according to the communication information. When the central control device 10 is halted, the large central control screen of the central control device 10 may be in a black screen state or an inoperable state, and at this time, the air conditioning system cannot be controlled on the central control device 10 of the vehicle, which may cause the possibility of fogging of the vehicle window.
The communication information monitor 30 for monitoring the communication information between the central control device 10 and the air conditioner controller 20 specifically includes: monitoring a communication signal value between the central control device 10 and the air conditioner controller 20, and when the communication signal value is 1, indicating that the air conditioner controller 20 is in normal communication with the central control device 10; when the communication value is 0, it indicates that the central control device 10 is in a dead halt state.
When the central control device 10 is in the crash state, the air conditioner controller 20 determines whether the humidity in the vehicle reaches the fogging critical value, and if not, the communication information between the central control device 10 and the air conditioner controller 20 is continuously acquired. The humidity sensor 41 is disposed in the vehicle, and the air conditioning controller 20 obtains the humidity in the vehicle through the humidity sensor 41 connected thereto and determines whether the humidity in the vehicle reaches a fogging critical value.
When the air conditioner controller 20 judges that the humidity in the vehicle reaches the fogging critical value, the air conditioner is judged whether to be in an open state before the central control device 10 is halted, and if the air conditioner is not opened before the central control device 10 is halted, the air conditioner is firstly started and then is controlled to enter the anti-fogging mode through the air conditioner controller 20. When the central control device 10 is in a dead halt state and the humidity in the vehicle does not reach the fogging critical value, the air conditioner controller 20 controls the air conditioner to maintain the air conditioner parameters before the dead halt.
The step after entering the anti-fogging mode may further include:
judging the type of the anti-fogging mode according to the temperature outside the vehicle, wherein the type of the anti-fogging mode comprises a first demisting mode and a second demisting mode; when the temperature outside the vehicle is above a first preset value, the vehicle enters a first demisting mode, and when the temperature outside the vehicle is less than the first preset value, the vehicle enters a second demisting mode. Specifically, the air conditioning controller 20 acquires the temperature outside the vehicle and determines the specific type of the anti-fogging mode by the temperature sensor 42 provided outside the vehicle. In this embodiment, the first preset value is greater than or equal to 16 degrees celsius or less than or equal to 20 degrees celsius, and the first preset value is preferably 18 degrees celsius.
When the air conditioner is in the first defogging mode, the external circulation damper 62 is controlled to be opened so that the air conditioner is in the external circulation state, the compressor 43 is controlled to be opened, and the air conditioner is controlled to be in the foot blowing/defrosting blowing mode, that is, the foot blowing damper 52 and the defrosting damper 53 are both opened. This is because, when the outdoor temperature is lower than the first preset value, usually in a time (spring or autumn or winter) when the temperature is lower, the blowing mode of the air conditioner is not suitable for blowing air to the face of the passenger, and therefore, when the air conditioner is in the first defogging mode, the air conditioner is controlled to be in the blowing mode of blowing feet/defrosting, which not only can achieve the defrosting effect, but also can improve the comfort of the passenger.
In addition, when the air conditioner is in the first demisting mode, the temperature of the air conditioner is controlled to be at a second preset value, in this embodiment, the second preset value is greater than or equal to 20 degrees celsius or less than or equal to 24 degrees celsius, and the first preset value is preferably 22 degrees celsius.
In other embodiments, when the air conditioner is in the first demisting mode, to reduce the power, the air conditioner may be controlled to be in the defrosting blowing mode, i.e., the foot blow door 52 may be closed.
When the air conditioner is in the second demisting mode, the external circulation damper 62 is controlled to be opened so that the air conditioner is in the external circulation state, the compressor 43 is controlled to be opened, and the air conditioner is controlled to be in the face blowing/defrosting blowing mode, namely, the face blowing damper 51 and the defrosting damper 53 are both opened. This is because, when the outdoor temperature is higher than the first preset value, the temperature is usually high (generally in summer), and at this time, if the blowing mode of the air conditioner is blowing air to the face of the passenger, the passenger may feel cool air, thereby improving comfort. Therefore, when the air conditioner is in the second demisting mode, the air blowing mode for controlling the air conditioner to be in the face blowing/defrosting mode can achieve the defrosting effect and improve the comfort of passengers.
In addition, when the air conditioner is in the second demisting mode, the temperature of the air conditioner is controlled to be at a second preset value, in this embodiment, the second preset value is greater than or equal to 20 degrees celsius or less than or equal to 24 degrees celsius, and the first preset value is preferably 22 degrees celsius.
In other embodiments, when the air conditioner is in the second demisting mode, the air conditioner may also be controlled to be in the defrosting blowing mode, that is, the face blowing door 51 may be closed.
The invention also provides a vehicle comprising the air conditioning control system.
According to the air conditioner control method, the air conditioner control system and the vehicle based on the vehicle-mounted central control, the communication information of the central control device 10 and the air conditioner controller 20 is monitored, the air conditioner controller 20 detects the humidity in the vehicle through the humidity sensor 41 after the central control device 10 is judged to be in the halt state according to the communication information, and when the humidity reaches the fogging critical value, the fog-proof mode is entered, so that the problem that the window fogging of the vehicle is caused by the fact that the central control large screen is black due to sudden halt of the central control device 10 in the driving process of the vehicle, the air conditioner system cannot be controlled, and excellent riding experience can be brought to passengers.
