The side wall of the gun body 03 can also be provided with two through holes corresponding to the two through holes one to one. The other end of the target gun body connector 02 can be rotatably connected to the gun body 03 by two connecting shafts 06.
In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the through-hole in the side wall of the gun body 03 is equal to the diameter of the through-hole in each target gun body connector 02. When each target gun body connector 02 is connected with the gun body 03, two through holes on each target gun body connector 02 can be respectively aligned with corresponding through holes on the gun body 03, and each connecting shaft 06 can be arranged in a pair of aligned through holes, so that the gun body 03 and each target gun body connector 02 are rotatably connected.
In another alternative implementation, the diameter of the through hole on the side wall of the gun body 03 is smaller than that of the through hole on each target gun body connector 02, and the through hole on the side wall of the gun body 03 is a threaded hole. Accordingly, each connecting shaft 06 may be a screw. When each target gun body connecting piece 02 is connected with the gun body 03, two through holes on each target gun body connecting piece 02 can be respectively aligned with corresponding threaded holes on the gun body 03, each screw rod can be arranged in a pair of aligned holes and is in threaded connection with the threaded holes on the side wall of the gun body 03, and the target gun body connecting piece 02 can be rotationally connected with the gun body 03 through the screw rods.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the target gun body connector 02 is rotatably connected to the gun body 03, the rotation angle of each target gun body connector 02 can be adjusted in different ways, so that the spray area of the sand blasting gun can be adjusted.
As an alternative implementation, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the blasting gun may include a plurality of supporting bolts 07, the gun body 03 may be provided with a plurality of supporting threaded holes (not shown in fig. 2 and 3), each supporting bolt 07 may be disposed in one supporting threaded hole and contact one target gun body connector 02, and the adjustment of the spraying area of the blasting gun may be achieved by adjusting a contact portion of each supporting bolt 07 and the target gun body connector 02. Moreover, each target gun body connecting piece 02 is at least contacted with two bolts 07 with intersecting axes, so that after each target gun body connecting piece 02 rotates relative to the gun body 03 by taking the connecting shaft 06 as an axis, the target gun body connecting piece 02 is supported from different directions, and the stability of the target gun body connecting piece 02 after rotation is ensured. As an example, each target gun body coupler 02 may be in contact with two support bolts 07 having mutually perpendicular axes.
As another alternative implementation, the blasting gun may include at least one adjusting bolt 08, and referring to fig. 4, the other end of each target gun body connector 02 may be provided with a plurality of adjusting threaded holes 09, and the plurality of adjusting threaded holes 09 are not parallel to the axis of the target gun body connector 02. Illustratively, the plurality of adjustment threaded holes 09 may be collinear.

The gun body 03 can be a hollow cube, and the length direction of the gun body 03 is parallel to the first direction, that is, the length direction of the gun body 03 is parallel to the arrangement direction of the two gun body connectors 02. In addition, of the two gun body connectors 02, the target gun body connector 02 may be rotatably connected to the gun body 03 through a connecting shaft 06, and the other gun body connector 02 is fixedly connected (e.g., welded) to the gun body 03.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another blasting gun according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the blasting gun may further include: 2 support bolts 07. After the target gun body connector 02 is rotated, each supporting bolt 07 can be screwed into the corresponding supporting threaded hole and contacted with the target gun body connector 02, so that the target gun body connector 02 is supported, and the included angle between the axis of the target gun body connector 02 and the axis of the adjacent gun body connector 02 is fixed, so that the stability of the target gun body connector is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a supporting threaded hole may be formed in each of the first side wall 031 and the second side wall 032 of the gun body 03, and each supporting bolt 07 may be disposed in one supporting threaded hole and contact the target gun body connector 02. The 2 supporting bolts 07 can support the target gun body connector 02 after the target gun body connector 02 rotates relative to the gun body 03, so that the spraying area of the sand blasting spray gun can be adjusted. The second sidewall 032 is connected to the first sidewall 031, the wall of the first sidewall 031 is parallel to the first direction, the wall of the second sidewall 032 is perpendicular to the first direction, and the target gun connector 02 is close to the second sidewall 032 relative to the other gun connector 02.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target gun body coupler 02 may be rotated in a direction approaching or separating from the adjacent gun body coupler 02, and the angle between the axis of the target gun body coupler 02 and the axis of the adjacent gun body coupler 02 may range from 0 ° (degree) to 20 °.
By adjusting the rotation angle of the target gun body connecting piece 02, the maximum effective rust removal width of the sand blasting spray gun can be changed to be about 100 mm. Compared with the maximum effective rust removal width of the single spray gun of 60mm under the condition of the same compressed air flow and pressure, the spray area of the sand blasting spray gun provided by the embodiment of the invention is increased by 40mm compared with the maximum effective rust removal width of the single spray gun, so that the efficiency of the sand blasting spray gun provided by the embodiment of the invention is improved by about 67% compared with the efficiency of the single spray gun.

Each sealing member 10 is connected to the gun body 03 and a corresponding one of the target gun body connectors 02, and each sealing member 10 is used to seal the gun body 03 so as to prevent sand ejected from the nozzle 01 from being ejected from the connecting hole.
For example, the sealing member 10 may be a sealing ring, which may be sleeved on the target gun body connector 02 and connected with the gun body 03, so as to seal the gun body 03.
Alternatively, the seal 08 may be made of a metallic material or a composite material.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sand material in the sand storage tank connected to the sand blasting spray gun may be a breakable sand material, such as brown corundum, quartz sand, garnet, and the like. After the sand material which is easy to break is sprayed on the surface of a workpiece to be derusted, the degree of breakage is high, and the sand material cannot be reused. Alternatively, the sand material may be a sand material that is not easily broken, and may be steel grit or steel shot, for example. After the sand materials which are not easy to break are sprayed on the surface of the workpiece to be derusted, the degree of breakage is low, and the sand materials can be recycled and reused. On one hand, the utilization rate of resources can be improved, and on the other hand, environmental pollution can be avoided.
