The water jet cutting machine with the anti-blocking and anti-freezing functions according to claim 1, wherein the friction assembly comprises a heat pipe (19), a friction block (10), a support sleeve (17), a spring (18) and a moving rod (16), the axis of the heat pipe (19) is perpendicular to and intersects with the axis of a connecting shaft (21), the heat pipe (19) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base (5), the support sleeve (17) and the moving rod (16) are coaxially arranged with the heat pipe (19), the support sleeve (17) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of one end of the heat pipe (19) close to the turntable (9), the moving rod (16) passes through the support sleeve (17), the moving rod (16) is slidably connected with the support sleeve (17), the friction block (10) is matched with the heat pipe (19), and the friction block (10) is arranged inside the heat pipe (19), friction block (10) and heat pipe (19) sliding connection, the one end and the friction block (10) fixed connection of carriage release lever (16), the other end of carriage release lever (16) supports with the periphery of carousel (9) and leans on, carriage release lever (16) and carousel (9) sliding connection, spring (18) cover is established on carriage release lever (16), support sleeve (17) are through spring (18) and friction block (10) fixed connection, spring (18) are in tensile state.
