In some embodiments, the adjusting base 23 is provided with scales marked along the lower edge of the adjusting base 23; the zero point of the scale is positioned in the middle of the adjusting base 23; a reference line positioned at the center is arranged on one surface of the base body 21 close to the adjusting base 23. By comparing the datum line and the scale, the eccentricity of the base body 21 can be read, whether the eccentricity meets the machining requirement is rapidly determined, and rapid positioning of the part 3 to be machined is achieved.
