Abstract
The invention relates to the field of straight welded pipe processing, in particular to a welding seam guide roller for a straight welded pipe production line. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) the invention is designed aiming at the characteristics of a straight welded pipe production line, can be conveniently installed on a frame of a seam welding machine, and can correct the central direction and deflection angle of a welding seam before seam welding. 2) The guide rollers with different sizes are continuously arranged on a welded pipe product production line, so that the guide rollers are suitable for the production of thick-wall welded pipes and thin-wall welded pipes, and the universality of the production line is stronger.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of straight welded pipe processing, in particular to a welding seam guide roller for a straight welded pipe production line.
Background
The welded steel pipe is also called as welded pipe, and is made by welding a steel plate or strip steel after being curled and formed, and is generally 6 meters in length. The welded steel pipe has simple production process, high production efficiency, various types and specifications and less equipment investment, but the general strength is lower than that of a seamless steel pipe. With the rapid development of high-quality strip steel continuous rolling production and the progress of welding and inspection technology, the quality of welding seams is continuously improved, the variety and the specification of welded steel pipes are increased day by day, and seamless steel pipes are replaced in more and more fields since the 30 s of the 20 th century. The welded steel pipe is divided into a straight welded pipe and a spiral welded pipe according to the form of a weld. The production method comprises the process classification of arc welding pipes, resistance welding pipes, (high frequency, low frequency) gas welding pipes, furnace welding pipes and the like. Generally, the welded pipe with smaller diameter adopts straight seam welding, and the welded pipe with large diameter adopts spiral welding mostly.
In the production of straight welded pipes, the method of controlling the position of the weld seam mainly includes a forming roll method, a guide roll method, a sizing roll dislocation method and the like. The guide roll method is to control the position of the welding seam of the constant diameter section by changing the positions of the hole pattern and the rolling center line of the guide roll, and the method is divided into a deviation method and a deflection method. In the offset method, after the guide roll is offset to the right side of the rolling center line, the welded pipe is subjected to a leftward thrust action in the squeeze roll, and after the thrust is combined with the traction force on the welded pipe, a leftward and forward force is formed, which forces the pipe body including the welded joint to deflect leftward. The deflection method is characterized in that a rolling center erection plane is used as a reference, and a guide roller deflects counterclockwise or clockwise by an angle, so that the hole-type pipe blank generates corresponding torsion, and the position deviation of a welding seam is realized. The deflection method has the advantages of high control sensitivity, larger pipe, thicker wall, more positive response and easily controlled deflection amount, and has the defects of influencing the butt joint state of the welding seam and removing external burrs and needing to be adjusted correspondingly. The advantages and the disadvantages of the offset method are similar to those of the offset method, but the action response is more sensitive than that of the offset method, and the adjustment of the position of the weld joint of the thin-walled tube is more facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weld guide roller for a straight welded pipe production line, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, adopts a deflection method to adjust the position of a weld on a welded pipe aiming at the characteristics of the straight welded pipe production line, is suitable for the production of thick-wall welded pipes and thin-wall welded pipes, and ensures that the production line has stronger universality.

a welding guide roller for a straight welded pipe production line is characterized by comprising a support, a lifting mechanism, a moving frame, a guide roller, a roller shaft and a bearing seat, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged on the support and connected with the moving frame through a hinge, two guide posts are arranged between the movable frame and the bracket and are respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting mechanism, two side edges of the movable frame are connected with a track arranged on the bracket in a sliding way, the bottom of the movable frame is connected with the roll shaft through a bearing seat, a guide roll is arranged on the roll shaft, a self-aligning bearing is arranged between the guide roll and the roll shaft, deflection screws are arranged at corresponding positions on the two bearing seats, the roller surface of the guide roller is provided with a boss in the middle, arc-shaped roller surfaces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the boss, two side edges of the boss correspond to steel plate ends of a welding seam, and the arc-shaped roller surfaces are attached to the outer wall of the pipe diameter of the welded pipe.
And a linear bearing is arranged between the bracket and the guide pillar.
The lifting mechanism is a worm gear screw rod lifter, wherein a screw rod is vertically arranged, and a worm gear central shaft is horizontally arranged.
Scales are arranged on the track, and pointers corresponding to the scales are arranged on the movable frame.
The self-aligning bearing is a self-aligning cylindrical roller bearing.
The worm wheel of the lifting mechanism is connected with one end of the operating rod through the spline shaft and the coupler, and the other end of the operating rod is provided with a hand wheel.
And a colloid telescopic protective sleeve is arranged at the exposed part outside the screw rod of the elevator.
The deflection screw enables the center line of the guide roller to deflect within an adjusting range of 0-10 degrees.
The included angle of the two side edges of the boss is 30-40 degrees.
The support can be conveniently installed on the frame of the seam welding machine in the scheme, the centered position and the deflection angle of a welding seam can be corrected before seam welding by operating two deflection screws, and guide rollers with different sizes are arranged along a production line of welded pipe products, so that a good welding seam deflection adjusting effect can be realized.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) the invention is designed aiming at the characteristics of a straight welded pipe production line, can be conveniently installed on a frame of a seam welder, and can correct the central direction and the deflection angle of a welding seam before seam welding by adopting a deflection adjusting method. 2) The guide rollers with different sizes are continuously arranged on a welded pipe product production line, so that the guide rollers are suitable for the production of thick-wall welded pipes and thin-wall welded pipes, and the universality of the production line is stronger.

as shown in fig. 1-3, which are schematic structural diagrams of an embodiment of a weld guide roll for a straight welded pipe production line according to the present invention, the weld guide roll comprises a support 1, a lifting mechanism 11, a moving frame 19, a guide roll 8, a roll shaft 4 and a bearing seat 3, wherein the lifting mechanism 11 is arranged on the support 1, the lifting mechanism 11 is connected with the moving frame 19 through a hinge, and the hinge comprises a hinge seat 12 and a pin shaft 13. The track 28 is provided with a scale 18, and the pointer 17 corresponding to the scale is arranged on the movable frame 19 and can be used for monitoring the adjusting movement distance of the movable frame 19.
A linear bearing 15 is arranged between the bracket 1 and the guide post 16, the linear bearing 15 is positioned in a linear bearing seat 14, and the linear bearing seat 14 is fixedly connected with the bracket 1. The lifting mechanism 11 is a worm screw lifter in which the screw 2 is vertically disposed and a central axis of a worm wheel (not shown) is horizontally disposed.
The self-aligning bearing 5 is a self-aligning cylindrical roller bearing, an end cover 6 with an oil seal 7 is arranged on the outer side of the self-aligning bearing 5, and the outer side of the end cover is axially positioned by a positioning sleeve 9. Because of existence of self-aligning bearing 5, operating two deflection screws 10, can make the central line of guide roll 8 deflect the control range and be 0~ 10. The deflection angle can be monitored by arranging a bubble level gauge on the movable frame or by adopting other measuring means.
A worm wheel of the lifting mechanism 11 is connected with one end of an operating rod 24 through a spline shaft 22 and a coupler 23, a hand wheel 25 is arranged at the other end of the operating rod 24, the operating rod 24 is connected with the support 1 through a sliding support 27, and the hand wheel 25 is adjusted to enable the movable frame 19 to move up and down relative to the support 1 until the arc-shaped roller surface 21 is attached to the outer wall of a semi-finished product of the coiled straight welded pipe. The exposed part of the lead screw 2 of the lifting mechanism 11 is provided with a colloid telescopic protective sleeve 26, so that the protection effect is achieved.
When the invention is applied to a straight welded pipe production line, guide rollers with different sizes can be continuously arranged on a welded pipe product production line, and the aim of correcting the central direction and deflection angle of a welding seam before the seam welding is realized.

A welding guide roller for a straight welded pipe production line is characterized by comprising a support, a lifting mechanism, a moving frame, a guide roller, a roller shaft and a bearing seat, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged on the support and connected with the moving frame through a hinge, two guide posts are arranged between the movable frame and the bracket and are respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting mechanism, two side edges of the movable frame are connected with a track arranged on the bracket in a sliding way, the bottom of the movable frame is connected with the roll shaft through a bearing seat, a guide roll is arranged on the roll shaft, a self-aligning bearing is arranged between the guide roll and the roll shaft, deflection screws are arranged at corresponding positions on the two bearing seats, the roller surface of the guide roller is provided with a boss in the middle, arc-shaped roller surfaces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the boss, two side edges of the boss correspond to steel plate ends of a welding seam, and the arc-shaped roller surfaces are attached to the outer wall of the pipe diameter of the welded pipe.
2. The welding guide roll for the straight welded pipe production line according to claim 1, wherein a linear bearing is provided between the support and the guide post.
3. The welding guide roll for a straight welded pipe production line according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism is a worm screw lifter, wherein the screw is vertically arranged, and the central axis of the worm gear is horizontally arranged.
