The invention provides a universal rapid switching mechanism for laser etching, which comprises a base fixed with laser etching equipment, a positioning support plate mechanism fixed with the base, and a pressing and fixing mechanism fixed with the positioning support plate mechanism; the positioning carrier plate mechanism is used for positioning a product to be laser etched; and the material pressing and fixing mechanism is used for leveling a laser etching area of the product to be subjected to laser etching.
