The hydraulic device comprises a liquid containing box, a chip receiving hopper, a cover plate, a motor, a coupler, a hydraulic pump, a liquid absorbing pipe, a four-way connecting pipe, an overflow valve, an overflow pipe and a hydraulic meter, wherein the liquid containing box is integrally of a rectangular box structure, a liquid return box and a liquid storage box are arranged on the liquid containing box, a vertical wall is arranged between the liquid return box and the liquid storage box, a filter screen is arranged at the lower part of the vertical wall, a partition plate is arranged at the lower part of the middle position of the liquid storage box, and a rectangular handle flange is arranged at the periphery of the upper part of the liquid storage box; the cover plate is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure, a first rectangular handle plywood and a second rectangular handle plywood are arranged on the cover plate, and a long through hole and a round through hole are formed in adjacent positions on two sides of the second rectangular handle plywood; the two ends of the four-way connecting pipe are respectively provided with a liquid outlet and a flange, and a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe are arranged on the pipe body of the four-way connecting pipe; the cover plate is fixedly connected to a rectangular handle flange of the liquid containing box, the motor is fixedly connected to a first rectangular handle plate of the cover plate, the hydraulic pump is fixedly connected to a second rectangular handle plate of the cover plate, and the coupler is arranged on an output shaft of the motor and an input shaft of the hydraulic pump; one end of the liquid suction pipe is connected with an oil suction port of the hydraulic pump, and the other end of the liquid suction pipe is inserted into a liquid storage tank of the liquid containing tank; the legal flange of the four-way connecting pipe is fixedly connected with the end surface of a liquid outlet of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic gauge is arranged on a first connecting pipe of the four-way connecting pipe, and an overflow valve is arranged on a second connecting pipe of the four-way connecting pipe; one end of the overflow pipe is connected with an overflow port of the overflow valve, and the other end of the overflow pipe is inserted into the liquid storage tank of the liquid storage tank; the whole chip receiving hopper is of a non-cover rectangular box body structure, a filter screen is arranged at the bottom of the chip receiving hopper, and the chip receiving hopper is arranged at the upper part of a liquid return box of the liquid containing box; one end of the liquid pressing pipe is connected to a liquid outlet of a four-way connecting pipe of the liquid pressing device, and the other end of the liquid pressing pipe is connected to a liquid inlet connector of a taper handle body of a drill rod component of the drilling device; one end of the liquid return pipe is connected to a liquid return joint of a taper shank body of a drill rod component of the drilling device, and the other end of the liquid return pipe is placed in a chip receiving hopper of the hydraulic device; one end of the leakage return pipe is arranged on an internal thread joint of a liquid receiving box of the nondestructive leakage preventing device of the drill rod supporting leakage preventing device, and the other end of the leakage return pipe is arranged in a chip receiving hopper of the hydraulic device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the integral structure of the small cutter body is adopted, the small cutter body and the drill body are positioned and connected by pin holes, the rigidity of the blade is good, the cutting stability is good, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient;
2. the rear end of the drill rod is connected with a tip hole of a tailstock of a machine tool by adopting a Morse cone, and the front end of the drill rod adopts an adjustable supporting device, so that the drill rod is easy to install and convenient to adjust; the drill rod is supported by two points, so that the drill rod has good rigidity;
3. the guide channel of the pressure cutting fluid is smooth, the sectional area of the inner pipe is large, and the inner chip removal effect is good;
4. the pressure cutting fluid is small in leakage by adopting a multi-sealing device;
5. collecting the leaked cutting fluid by adopting a nondestructive leakage-proof device and guiding the cutting fluid back to the fluid containing box, so that the working environment is improved;
6. the oil return box and the oil pumping box adopt a communicating vessel structure, and the cutting fluid adopts a multilayer filtering device, so that the cutting fluid has good purifying effect.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is composed of a drilling device 1, a drill rod supporting anti-leakage device 2, a center frame device 3, a hydraulic device 4, a hydraulic pipe 5, a liquid return pipe 6, and a leakage return pipe 7; in the figure, the serial number J1 is a machine tool, the serial number J2 is a tailstock of the machine tool, the serial number J3 is a roller to be processed, the serial number J11 is a rectangular track on the inner side of the machine tool body, one end of the roller J3 is arranged on a chuck of the machine tool J1, the outer circular surface of one end is arranged on a center frame device 3, a drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device 2 and the center frame device 3 are both arranged on a rectangular track J11 on the inner side of the machine tool body, a drilling device 1 is arranged in a taper hole of the tailstock J2 of the machine tool, the front end of the drilling device 1 is supported on the drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device 2, and a pressure pump device 4 is arranged on the ground.

Referring to fig. 1-4 and 6, second sealing cylindrical surface 1234 of inner tube 123 of drill rod assembly 12 is disposed within inner bore 11413 of bit body 114 of drill bit assembly 11, inner rectangular thread 1214 of outer tube 121 of drill rod assembly 12 is disposed on outer rectangular thread section 1141 of bit body 114 of drill bit assembly 11 to form a helical pair, and first inner cylindrical surface 1213 of outer tube 121 of drill rod assembly 12 is disposed on circular boss 1145 of bit body 114 of drill bit assembly 11; the outer conical section 1222 of the shank body 122 of the drill rod assembly 12 of the drilling device 1 is positioned in the central bore of the machine tool tailstock J2 to form a conical coupling.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device 2 is composed of a clamping plate 21, a bracket 22, three adjustable supporting devices 23, a nondestructive leakage preventing device 24, two bolt sets 25, a stop bolt 26 and a retainer ring 27; the clamping plate 21 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure, two rectangular rabbets 211 are arranged on two sides of the clamping plate, and two circular through holes 212 are arranged on the surface of the clamping plate; the bottom of the support 22 is provided with a rectangular plate 221, two rectangular spigots 222 are arranged on two sides of the rectangular plate 221, two circular through holes 223 are arranged on the surface of the rectangular plate 221, a square vertical plate 224 is arranged on the upper portion of the support 22, a circular through hole 225 is arranged at the center of the square vertical plate 224, a circular handle closing and sinking platform 226 and three rectangular handle closing grooves 227 which are concentric with the circular through hole 225 are respectively arranged on two end faces of the circular through hole 225, the three rectangular handle closing grooves 227 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed relative to the circular through hole 225, and a threaded hole 228 is arranged above the circular handle closing and sinking platform 226.
Referring to fig. 10, the adjustable supporting device 23 is composed of a supporting rod 231, a sliding seat 232, a base 233, a screw rod 234, and two bearing caps 235; the supporting rod body 231 is provided with a square flange plate 2311, two ends of the square flange plate 2311 are respectively provided with a first cylindrical section 2312 and a second cylindrical section 2313, the front end of the second cylindrical section 2313 is provided with a supporting cylindrical block 2314, and the outer end face of the supporting cylindrical block 2314 is provided with an arc surface 23141; two sides of the lower part of the sliding seat 232 are respectively provided with an external rectangular guide rail 2321, the middle position of the lower part of the sliding seat 232 is provided with a through half internal thread 2322, and the middle position of the lower part of the sliding seat 232 is provided with a blind hole 2323; the base 233 is integrally of a plate-shaped structure, two sides of the base are respectively provided with a handle plate 2331, the inner sides of the two handle plates 2331 are respectively provided with a rectangular bar 2232, the positions, close to the inner sides, of the two rectangular bars 2232 are respectively provided with an inner rectangular guide rail 2333, and two ends of the middle position of the top surface of the base 233 are respectively provided with a semicircular bearing hole 2334; a first journal 2341 and a square shaft section 2342 are respectively arranged at two ends of the screw 234, a second journal section 2343 is connected with the square shaft section 2342, and an external thread shaft section 2344 is arranged between the first journal 2341 and the second journal section 2343; the first journal 2341 and the second journal 2343 of the screw 234 are respectively arranged on the semicircular bearing holes 2334 of the base 233, the outer rectangular guide rail 2321 of the sliding seat 232 is arranged in the inner rectangular guide rail 2333 of the base 233, and the half internal thread 2322 of the sliding seat 232 is arranged on the external threaded shaft 2344 of the screw 234 to form a screw pair; a half bearing hole 2351 is arranged on the bearing cover 235, the half bearing holes 2351 of the two bearing covers 235 are respectively arranged on the first journal 2341 and the second journal section 2343 of the screw 234, and the two bearing covers 235 are fixedly connected on the base 233; the first cylindrical section 2312 of the support rod 231 is disposed within the blind bore 2323 of the slide carriage 232, and the square shape of the support rod 231 secures the flange 2311 to the slide carriage 232.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 and 10, the bases 233 of the three adjustable support devices 23 are respectively fixed in a rectangular holding groove 227 of the support frame 22, the support cylindrical blocks 2314 of the support rod 231 of the adjustable support devices 23 face the center of the circular through hole 225 of the support frame 22, and the circular arc surfaces 23141 arranged on the three support cylindrical blocks 2314 support the outer tube 121 of the drill rod assembly 12 of the drilling device 1.
Referring to fig. 11, the nondestructive and leak-proof apparatus 24 is composed of a first round nut 241, a flange tube 242, a felt ring 243, a press ring 244, a liquid receiving tank 245, a second round nut 246, a round nut washer 247, two radial bearings 248, a spacer ring 249, a thrust bearing 2410, a press sleeve 2411, an outer sealing ring 2412, a middle sealing ring 2413 and an inner sealing ring 2414, wherein the flange tube 242 is a hollow rotator, a round through hole 2421 is formed in the center of the flange tube 242, a disk 2422 is formed in the middle of the flange tube, a connecting tube 2423 and an external thread section 2424 are respectively formed at two ends of the disk 2422, a legal flange 2425 is connected with the connecting tube 2423, and a neck section 2426 is connected with the external thread section 2424; the liquid receiving tank 245 is provided with a cylindrical tank 2451, two end faces of the cylindrical tank 2451 are respectively provided with a first ring 2452 and a second ring 2453, the first ring 2452 is communicated with the cylindrical tank 2451, the outer end face of the first ring 2452 is provided with a circular sinking platform 2454, the center position of the second ring 2453 is provided with an inner hole 2455 which is communicated with the cylindrical tank 2451, the upper part of the second ring 2453 is provided with a rectangular plate 2456, the rectangular plate 2456 is provided with a circular through hole 2457, the lower part of the outer cylindrical face of the cylindrical tank 2451 is provided with an internal thread joint 2458, and the internal thread joint 2458 is communicated with the cylindrical tank 2451; the whole pressing sleeve 2411 is of a hollow rotating body structure, one end of the pressing sleeve 2411 is provided with an external thread section 24111, a journal section 24112 is connected with the external thread section 24111, a round boss 24113 is connected with the journal section 24112, a pressing disc 24114 is connected with the round boss 24113, and a first sealing round groove 24115, a second sealing round groove 24116 and a third sealing round groove 24117 are sequentially arranged on the outer end surface of the pressing disc 24114 from outside to inside; the shaft ring of the thrust bearing 2410 is arranged on the circular boss 24113 of the pressing sleeve 2411, the inner rings of two radial bearings 248 are arranged on the shaft neck section 24112 of the pressing sleeve 2411, a spacer ring 249 is arranged between the two radial bearings 248, the end surface of the inner ring of one radial bearing 248 abuts against the end surface of the circular boss 24113 of the pressing sleeve 2411, a circular nut gasket 247 and a second circular nut 246 are arranged on the external thread section 24111 of the pressing sleeve 2411, the second circular nut 246 and the external thread section 24111 of the pressing sleeve 2411 form a screw pair and realize the axial fixation of the two radial bearings 248, and the race of the thrust bearing 2410 is arranged in the circular sinking platform 2454 of the liquid receiving tank 245; the first round nut 241 is arranged on the external thread section 2424 of the flange pipe 242 to form a screw pair; the felt ring 243 is provided with a round through hole 2431, a plurality of radial cutting seams 2432 are outwards arranged on the circumference of the round through hole 2431, the felt ring 243 is arranged on the end surface of the flange 2425 of the flange pipe 242, and the press ring 244 tightly presses and fixedly connects the felt ring 243 on the end surface of the flange 2425 of the flange pipe 242; the journal section 2426 of the flange pipe 242 is arranged in the inner hole 2455 of the liquid receiving tank 245, and the end face of the first round nut 241 is pressed against the end face of the second round ring 2453 of the liquid receiving tank 245.
Referring to fig. 1, 7, 8 and 11, the disc 2422 of the flange 242 of the leakage-proof device 24 is fixedly connected to the knob sinking platform 226 of the bracket 22; the stop bolt 26 is fixedly connected in the threaded hole 228 of the bracket 22, the circular through hole 2457 of the liquid receiving tank 245 of the nondestructive leakage-proof device 24 penetrates through the stop bolt 26, and the retainer ring 27 is fixedly connected on the end head of the stop bolt 26; the two rectangular spigots 211 of the clamping plate 21 and the two rectangular spigots 222 of the bracket 22 are combined one by one and are respectively arranged on the lower surface and the upper surface of an inner rectangular rail J11 of a machine tool J1, and the clamping plate 21 and the bracket 22 are clamped on the inner rectangular rail J11 of the machine tool J1 through two bolt groups 25; the pressing disk 24114 of the pressing sleeve 2411 of the damage and leakage prevention device 24 abuts against the axial end face of the roller J3, and the pressing sleeve 2411 is pressed on the roller J3 by screwing the first round nut 241 of the damage and leakage prevention device 24.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the center frame device 3 is composed of a clamping plate 31, a lower bracket 32, an upper bracket 33, eight adjustable roller devices 34, two cylindrical pins 35, and two bolt sets 36, wherein two rectangular spigots 311 are respectively disposed at two ends of the clamping plate 31; the lower bracket 32 is provided with a rectangular plate 321 at the lower part thereof, rectangular rabbets 322 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rectangular plate 321, two circular through holes 323 are arranged on the plate surface of the rectangular plate 321, a circular arc-shaped vertical plate 324 is arranged at the upper part of the lower bracket 32, two rectangular handle grooves 325 are respectively arranged on the plate surfaces at two sides of the circular arc-shaped vertical plate 324, the four rectangular handle grooves 325 are arranged in a centering way relative to the circle center of the circular arc-shaped vertical plate 324, and a circular pin hole 326 is respectively arranged at two ends of the circular arc-shaped vertical plate 324; the upper bracket 33 is integrally in a circular arc structure, a circular arc plate 331 is arranged on the upper bracket, double-lug plates 332 are respectively arranged at two ends of the circular arc plate 331, two rectangular handle grooves 333 are respectively arranged on two side plate surfaces of the circular arc plate 331, the four rectangular handle grooves 333 are arranged in a centering manner relative to the circle center of the circular arc plate 331, and a through circular pin hole 334 is respectively arranged on the two double-lug plates 332; two cylindrical pins 35 are respectively disposed in a circular pin hole 326 of the lower bracket 32 and a circular pin hole 334 of the upper bracket 33 to realize pin coupling of the lower bracket 32 and the upper bracket 33.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 6, 8, 11, 12, 16, 17, one end of the hydraulic tube 5 is connected to the liquid outlet 481 of the four-way connection tube 48 of the hydraulic device 4, and the other end is connected to the liquid inlet 1223 of the taper shank 122 of the drill rod assembly 12 of the drilling apparatus 1; one end of the liquid return pipe 6 is connected to a liquid return joint 1224 of the taper shank body 122 of the drill rod assembly 12 of the drilling device 1, and the other end of the liquid return pipe is placed in a chip receiving hopper 42 of the hydraulic device 4; one end of the leakage return pipe 7 is arranged on the female connector 2458 of the liquid receiving box 245 of the nondestructive leakage preventing device 24 of the drill rod supporting leakage preventing device 2, and the other end is arranged in the chip receiving hopper 42 of the hydraulic device 4.
The working principle and the working process of the embodiment are as follows:
the embodiment provides a deep hole processing machinery system for processing heavy shaft parts and roller parts, the machinery system takes a heavy lathe as a basic platform, utilizes a machine tool tailstock capable of mechanically feeding as a feeding device, and is provided with a spraying and sucking drilling internal chip removal processing in a taper hole of the machine tool tailstock, and the machinery system is mainly provided with a drilling device, a drill rod supporting anti-leakage device, a center frame device, a hydraulic pipe, a liquid return pipe and a leakage return pipe.
The drilling device is a working part of the embodiment, completes drilling processing and has an inner chip removal function, the drilling device is provided with a drill bit assembly and a drill rod assembly, the drill bit assembly is mainly provided with an inner cutter, an outer cutter, a middle cutter, a drill bit body, three guide keys and three sealing rings, the inner cutter, the middle cutter and the outer cutter of the drill bit assembly are arranged in a staggered mode, the three cutters are of a small cutter body integral structure, and a blade and a cutter body in the structure are brazed into a whole. The three cutters are connected with the drill bit body through the cylindrical pin, the small cutter body is tightly attached to the rectangular mounting groove in the drill bit body through adjustment of a fitter during mounting, and the device is connected through the pin. Three guide keys are arranged on the drill body to prevent the drill bit from deflecting during the drilling process. The three sealing rings are arranged on the drill bit body, so that the leakage amount of pressure cutting fluid from the drill bit body and the processed hole wall can be reduced, and the cutting fluid pressure of a cutting area is improved to meet the requirement of effectively carrying out required pressure by a spray-suction effect. The drill rod component is provided with an outer pipe, a taper shank body and an inner pipe, the outer pipe and the taper shank body are welded into a whole, the main parts of the outer pipe and the taper shank body are subjected to finish machining after welding, and the coaxiality of the outer circular surface of the outer pipe and the outer cone of the taper shank body can be ensured, so that after the drilling device is arranged at a working position, the coaxiality precision of the drill bit component, the drill rod component and a machine tool main shaft is high. The pressure cutting fluid generated by the hydraulic device enters the liquid inlet joint of the taper shank body of the drill rod component through the hydraulic pipe, and then enters the gap formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the drill rod component, wherein about two thirds of the pressure cutting fluid enters the front end of the drill rod and then passes through six longitudinal rectangular grooves of the drill head body, then enters six axial diversion holes of the drill bit body, enters a circular ring concave table of the drill bit body through a flat-bottom circular counter bore of the drill bit body, and then sprays pressure cutting fluid into a cutting area at the front end of the drill bit body through a plurality of diversion trenches of the drill bit body, cooling and lubricating the drilling process, leading the pressure cutting fluid to carry cuttings to enter the inner pipe through the two cuttings leaking holes of the drill body, so that the cutting fluid with chips is guided into a liquid return pipe through a liquid return joint of the taper shank body of the inner pipe and drill rod assembly, and then the cutting fluid with chips is guided into a chip receiving hopper of a hydraulic device through the liquid return pipe; in order to improve the chip removal effect, about one third of the pressure cutting fluid entering the drill rod assembly is sprayed backwards through a plurality of circular inclined holes arranged on the inner tube to enter the rear end of the inner tube, a negative pressure area is generated at the end close to the drill body, and the suction effect is generated on the cutting fluid at the front end of the inner tube and even the cutting area. Under the action of the spraying and sucking of the cutting fluid, the cuttings are quickly discharged out of the drill rod along with the pressure cutting fluid, and the inner cuttings discharging process is completed. Six flat-bottom round counter bores arranged on the drill bit body have the function of flow guiding and also serve as mounting holes of a special wrench.
The drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device provides support for the drill rod assembly and collects leaked cutting fluid, three adjustable supporting devices are arranged in the device for facilitating accurate adjustment of the installation position of the drill rod, the device is connected with the end face of a shaft head of a workpiece for facilitating machining, machining preparation time and machining cost are reduced, and a lossless connection mode of the lossless leakage preventing device and the workpiece is adopted. The drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device is mainly provided with a clamping plate, a support, three adjustable supporting devices, a lossless and leakage preventing device, two bolt groups, a stop bolt and a check ring, a supporting point can be provided for the front end of a drill rod component through the three adjustable supporting devices of the drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device so as to improve the rigidity of the drill rod component, and further improve the drilling stability, the adjustable supporting devices are provided with independent spiral adjusting mechanisms and can be matched with an alignment dial indicator to realize the accurate adjustment of the position of the drill rod component relative to a machine tool main shaft; the nondestructive leakage-proof device is provided with a first round nut, a flange pipe, a felt ring, a press ring, a liquid receiving box, a second round nut, a round nut gasket, two radial bearings, a spacer ring, a thrust bearing, a pressing sleeve, an outer sealing ring, a middle sealing ring and an inner sealing ring, wherein the outer end face of a disc of the pressing sleeve is provided with three sealing round grooves in which the inner, middle and outer sealing rings are arranged; the liquid receiving box is arranged on the journal section of the flange pipe through an inner hole arranged on the liquid receiving box, the first round nut is arranged on the external thread section of the flange pipe, and when the first round nut is screwed, the liquid receiving box can be pushed to slide forwards on the journal section of the flange pipe, so that the pressing sleeve is pressed on the end face of a workpiece through the liquid receiving box and the thrust bearing; the flange pipe is fixedly connected to the support, in order to prevent the liquid receiving box from rotating along with the pressing sleeve and the workpiece, a stop bolt is fixedly connected to the support and penetrates through a round through hole of the liquid receiving box, and a check ring is arranged at the front end of the stop bolt to prevent the liquid receiving box from sliding forwards along the shaft neck section of the flange pipe for an overlarge distance to separate the liquid receiving box from the shaft neck section of the flange pipe; the drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device is arranged on an inner side rectangular guide rail of the machine tool through a rectangular spigot of a clamping plate arranged on the drill rod supporting and leakage preventing device and a rectangular spigot arranged on a support, and clamping can be achieved through two bolt groups.
The center frame device plays a supporting role for shaft and roller workpieces, and is mainly provided with a clamping plate, a lower bracket, an upper bracket, eight adjustable roller devices, two cylindrical pins and two bolt groups, wherein the eight adjustable roller devices are equally divided into two groups which are respectively arranged on the lower bracket and the upper bracket, each adjustable roller device is provided with an independent spiral adjusting mechanism, the adjustment is convenient, the size adjustment range is large, four sealing bearings on the lower bracket bear the weight of the workpiece, the four sealing bearings on the upper bracket can effectively improve the supporting rigidity of the workpiece, the vibration of the workpiece in the processing process is reduced, and the processing stability can be improved.
The hydraulic device provides pressure cutting fluid for the drilling process, filters and cools the returned cutting fluid with scraps, and is mainly provided with a fluid containing box, a scrap receiving hopper, a cover plate, a motor, a coupler, a hydraulic pump, a pipette, a four-way connecting pipe, an overflow valve, an overflow pipe and a hydraulic gauge, wherein the motor drives the hydraulic pump to rotate through the coupler to pump up the cutting fluid in the fluid containing box, cutting fluid is fed into the fluid pressure pipe through a fluid outlet of the four-way connecting pipe to provide pressure cutting fluid for the drilling device, the returned cutting fluid with chips and the leaked cutting fluid are guided into the chip receiving hopper, performing primary filtration, retaining the chips in the chip receiving hopper, allowing the cutting fluid to enter the fluid storage tank through a filter screen arranged between a fluid return tank and the fluid storage tank of the fluid storage tank, arranging a partition plate in the fluid storage tank, the cutting fluid in the liquid storage tank can be further precipitated, and the cutting fluid with chips is prevented from entering a hydraulic device to damage hydraulic components. The chip receiving hopper can be lifted by a crane so as to remove chips.
