The technical scheme for realizing the aim of the invention is that the circuit board spraying device comprises a support leg, a spraying platform fixed on the support leg, a support frame fixed on the side part of the spraying platform, a guide rod fixed on the top surface of the support frame, the guide rod being parallel to the spraying platform, a chute with a T-shaped section formed on the bottom surface of the guide rod, a spraying rod, a T-shaped slide block arranged at the top center of the spraying rod, a ball screw rod arranged in the chute, a driving motor connected with the ball screw rod and fixed on the end part of the guide rod, the slide block being in threaded connection with the ball screw rod, spraying holes uniformly fixed on the bottom surface of the spraying rod, a spraying inlet pipe connecting terminal fixed on the end part of the spraying rod, a rib rod arranged in the middle part of the support frame, and a net body arranged on the end part of the rib rod, the bottom surface of the net body is uniformly fixed with small screw holes, and is also provided with a pressing rod with the diameter smaller than that of a pin on the circuit board, the top surface of the pressing rod is connected into the small screw holes through threads, and the bottom surface of the pressing rod is fixed with a separation blade with the same size as the pin on the circuit board.
The support frame is provided with a vertical adjusting sliding groove, an adjusting slide block is fixed at the end part of the rib rod, a locking screw rod is fixed at the end part of the vertical adjusting sliding groove, and the adjusting slide block is locked and fixed through the locking screw rod when the adjusting slide block goes up and down in the vertical adjusting sliding groove.
The diameter of the net wire of the net body is smaller than that of the pin on the circuit board and slightly larger than that of the pressing rod.
The top of the spraying rod is fixed with a semicircular block, the semicircular block is connected with the sliding block through a movable shaft and is fixed with a rotating motor on the sliding block, a gear is fixed on a main shaft of the rotating motor, tooth grooves are uniformly formed in the arc-shaped edge of the semicircular block, the gear is meshed with the tooth grooves, and the spraying rod realizes the adjustment of a spraying angle under the action of the rotating motor.
The sliding block is provided with two limiting rods, a convex rod is fixed on a main shaft of the rotating motor, and the convex rod is arranged between the two limiting rods.
The limiting rod is provided with a pressing switch, the rotating motor is a forward and reverse rotating motor, and the pressing switch is connected with the rotating motor and enables the rotating motor to rotate reversely.
And a limiting depressed area for placing the circuit board is fixed on the spraying platform and is positioned under the net body.
A switch panel is fixed on the spraying platform, and a driving motor control button and a rotating motor start-stop switch are fixed on the switch panel.
The invention has the positive effects that: the structure of the invention is reasonably arranged, the small screw holes are arranged on the net body, and different small screw holes can be selected for use according to different pins on a circuit, so that the spraying use of different circuit lines can be met, the shielding of the pins of the circuit board due to spraying can be effectively prevented, the spraying quality and the spraying efficiency can be improved, the applicability is strong, and the practicability is good; meanwhile, the rotary motor is arranged, so that the spraying angle of the spraying rod can be controlled by the rotary motor while spraying is performed, a spraying blind area caused by the net body can be reduced, the spraying quality is improved, and the practicability is high.

Referring to fig. 1, a circuit board spraying device comprises a support leg 1, a spraying platform 2 fixed on the support leg, a support frame 3 fixed on the side of the spraying platform, a guide rod 4 fixed on the top surface of the support frame, the guide rod parallel to the spraying platform, a chute 5 with a T-shaped cross section formed on the bottom surface of the guide rod, a spraying rod 6, a T-shaped slide block 7 arranged at the top center of the spraying rod, a ball screw 8 arranged in the chute, a driving motor 9 connected with the ball screw and fixed on the end of the guide rod, a screw thread connected with the ball screw, spraying holes 10 uniformly fixed on the bottom surface of the spraying rod, a spraying inlet pipe connecting terminal 11 fixed on the end of the spraying rod, a rib 27 arranged in the middle of the support frame, and a net 12 arranged on the end of the rib, the bottom surface of the net body is uniformly fixed with small screw holes 13, and is also provided with a pressing rod 14 with the diameter smaller than that of a pin on the circuit board, the top surface of the pressing rod is connected in the small screw holes through threads, and the bottom surface of the pressing rod is fixed with a separation blade 15 with the same size as the pin on the circuit board.
The support frame is provided with a vertical adjusting sliding groove 16, an adjusting slide block 28 is fixed at the end part of the rib rod, a locking screw rod 17 is fixed at the end part of the vertical adjusting sliding groove, and the adjusting slide block is locked and fixed through the locking screw rod when lifting in the vertical adjusting sliding groove.
The diameter of the net wire of the net body is smaller than that of the pin on the circuit board and slightly larger than that of the pressing rod. In this embodiment, the diameter of the mesh wire of the mesh body is small, so that the spraying is not greatly affected.
A semicircular block 18 is fixed at the top of the spraying rod, the semicircular block is connected with the sliding block through a movable shaft 19, a rotating motor 20 is fixed on the sliding block, a gear 21 is fixed on a main shaft of the rotating motor, tooth grooves 22 are uniformly formed in the arc-shaped edge of the semicircular block, the gear is meshed with the tooth grooves, and the spraying rod realizes the adjustment of the spraying angle under the action of the rotating motor.
Two limit rods 23 are arranged on the sliding block, and a convex rod 24 is fixed on a main shaft of the rotating motor and is arranged between the two limit rods.
The limiting rod is provided with a pressing switch, the rotating motor is a forward and reverse rotating motor, and the pressing switch is connected with the rotating motor and enables the rotating motor to rotate reversely.
And a limiting depressed area 25 for placing a circuit board is fixed on the spraying platform and is positioned right below the net body.
A switch panel 26 is fixed on the spraying platform, and a driving motor control button and a rotating motor start-stop switch are fixed on the switch panel.
