Abstract
The invention discloses a textile auxiliary stirring device capable of uniformly stirring, which comprises a base, wherein a feeding box and a mixing box are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base through bolts, the feeding box is communicated with the mixing box, two sides of the base are respectively connected with a shaft bracket and a balance shaft bracket, a same group of stirring shafts are connected between the shaft bracket and the inner wall of the balance shaft bracket, a servo motor is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base through bolts, and an output shaft of the servo motor is connected with a speed reducer. According to the invention, stirring is carried out through a double-roller occlusion structure, the solvent can be extruded and dissolved at the feeding end in the stirring process at an accelerated speed, the solvent enters the mixing box through two sides, convection mixing is utilized, the occlusion extrusion arm is arranged at the feeding end, the swing fork arm is continuously occluded with the outer wall of the roller body, the adhesion between the auxiliary agent and the roller body is reduced, the roller body is fully stirred, the auxiliary material feeding bin can ensure the auxiliary material addition during the production of the auxiliary agent, and the proportion disorder of the raw material addition is reduced.
