(4) adding the sodium selenite solution obtained in the step (2) into the mother liquor, adding a stirrer, reacting for 2 hours at 50 ℃, and cooling to normal temperature;
(5) freezing in refrigerator overnight;
(6) and taking out the refrigerating fluid from the refrigerator for suction filtration, drying the filter cake in a drying oven at 50 ℃, grinding and weighing to obtain 40g of glucosamine selenium.

(3) weighing 100g of glucosamine hydrochloride, dissolving the glucosamine hydrochloride in 600ml of methanol, adding the sodium methoxide solution obtained in the step (1), quickly stirring for 2min, and performing suction filtration to obtain mother liquor;
(4) adding the sodium selenite solution obtained in the step (2) into the mother liquor, adding a stirrer, reacting for 2 hours at 50 ℃, and cooling to normal temperature;
(5) freezing in refrigerator overnight;
(6) and taking out the refrigerating fluid from the refrigerator for suction filtration, drying the filter cake in a drying oven at 50 ℃, grinding and weighing to obtain 40g of glucosamine selenium.
