The sleep can eliminate fatigue, protect the brain, and is beneficial to beauty, and the sweet sleep can make the skin glossy, the eyes have spirit and the face moist in the next day. The use of medical pillows has a long history in China, and the Ming dynasty great medical scientist Li Shizhen records a plurality of medical pillows in the compendium of materia medica. The content of the medical pillow is mostly crushed volatile traditional Chinese medicine, and flowers, leaves and seeds of plants are most commonly used. However, the existing pillow with medical pillow therapy has slow effect, only has the effect of soothing the nerves after being used for a long time, the treatment effect is not obvious, and the effect of soothing the nerves cannot be continuously maintained, which is a common problem of most of sleep-aiding pillow interiors, so that a sleep-aiding pillow interior capable of solving the problems and a preparation method thereof are needed to be found.
