The present invention relates to a hair iron, and more particularly, to a hair iron having a double rod structure, in which elastic pressure is applied to hair by a clip coupled to a shaft of a hair iron body, the hair is styled into straight hair, curly hair, and curly hair by heat of a heater, and a user can style hair more effectively by adjusting a pressing force of the clip by additionally pulling an auxiliary rod.
Background
As described above, a hair iron is one of beauty tools for styling hair into various styles such as straight hair, wave curls, and curls.
As described above, hair irons are widely used in beauty rooms or homes.
As shown in fig. 6, in the conventional hair iron, a fixed handle 3 is formed at the rear of a hair iron body 2 having a heater formed therein, a clip 5 which is vertically elastically rotated by an elastic force of a spring and applies pressure to hair is coupled to an upper portion of the hair iron body, a rod 6 is integrally formed at the rear of the clip, and a user presses the rod to axially rotate the clip 5 and unfold the clip in the hair iron body 2, and then, an external force which presses the rod 6 is removed to rotate the clip 5 at a fixed position by the elastic force of the spring to apply pressure to hair, thereby styling the hair into straight hair, curly hair, and the like by heat of the heater.
However, in the conventional hair iron, the clip 5 rotates by the elastic force of the spring to apply pressure to the hair, and the elastic pressing force of the clip is provided by the elastic force of the spring, so that the clip cannot apply pressure at a strength larger than the elastic force of the spring.
In particular, the clip cannot apply pressure to the hair more effectively due to the weakening of the elastic force caused by the repeated use of the spring, and the performance of styling the hair gradually decreases, and there has been no means for improving such a problem.

The invention comprises the following steps: a cylindrical iron body; a fixed handle formed extending behind the hair iron body; a clip coupled to the hair iron body to surround an upper portion of the hair iron body, coupled to hinge shafts at both rear sides, and performing vertical elastic shaft rotation by a tension spring; and a rod formed to extend along the upper portion at the rear of the clip to press the clip up and down, wherein an auxiliary rod protruding and extending along the lower portion is formed at the rear of the clip, and the elastic pressure is applied to the hair by the clip, and then the auxiliary rod is additionally pulled to adjust the pressurizing force of the clip.
The present invention is characterized in that a left and right extension part is formed at the rear of the clip so as to protrude along a left and right lower part, and the auxiliary lever is assembled by inserting the left and right extension part of the clip by forming an operation plate at the center and forming a left and right assembly groove at both upper parts.
The present invention is characterized in that the operation plate of the auxiliary lever is formed in a horizontal direction so that the hair iron can be erected.
In the present invention, the upper part of the cylindrical hair iron body is coupled to the clip shaft, thereby pressing the rod extending along the upper part at the rear of the clip and applying elastic pressure to the hair to style the hair into various shapes, and the auxiliary rod is inserted into the left and right extending parts protruding along the lower part at the rear of the clip and assembled.
In particular, even if the clip is weakened in elastic force by repeated use of the spring, the pressing force of the clip can be improved by using the auxiliary lever, and thus the hair can be styled more effectively.
Also, the auxiliary rod has a horizontal structure, so that it can be simply stood up to be placed when the hair iron is not used, and thus the convenience of use will be more excellent.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the hand-pressurized type hair iron of the present invention includes a hair iron body 10, a fixing handle (20), a clip 30, a rod 40, and an auxiliary rod 50.
The hair iron body 10 has a cylindrical structure, and a heater (not shown) is disposed inside the hair iron body to shape hair into various shapes such as straight hair, curly hair, and the like by heat of the heater.
The fixing handle 20 is extended from the rear of the hair iron body, connected to a power cord, and has a power button 22.
The clip 30 is bent from a metal plate, coupled to the hair iron body 10 to surround the upper portion of the hair iron body 10, and axially coupled to the hinge shaft 11 protruding along both sides of the rear of the hair iron body, and is rotated up and down by the elastic force of a tension spring (not shown) to apply elastic pressure to the hair of the hair iron body.
The rod 40 extends along the upper portion at the rear of the clip to press the clip up and down.
The auxiliary lever 50 protrudes and extends along the lower portion at the rear of the clip, and after elastic pressure is applied to the hair by the clip, the pressing force of the clip is adjusted by additional pulling.
That is, the left and right extending portions 32 are formed to protrude along left and right lower portions at the rear of the clip 30, and the auxiliary lever 50 is assembled by inserting the left and right extending portions 32 of the clip by forming the operation plate 51 at the center and forming the left and right assembling grooves 52 at upper portions of both sides.
It is preferable that a shaft protrusion 32a is formed to protrude outside the left and right extending portions 32, and a shaft hole 52a is formed in the assembly groove 52 of the auxiliary lever to prevent the shaft from coming off when the shaft is inserted.
The operation plate 51 of the auxiliary lever is formed in a horizontal direction so that the hair iron can stand upright.
As unexplained reference numeral 45 is a coupling member coupled to the rear of the lever 40 for preventing sliding when the lever is pressed.
Next, the operation and action of the present invention as described above will be described.
First, the hair iron of the present invention is simply assembled and used by assembling the auxiliary rod 50, and is simply assembled and used by inserting the left and right extension parts 32 formed to protrude along the left and right lower parts behind the clip 30 into the left and right assembly grooves 52 formed at both sides of the upper part of the auxiliary rod.
In the case of styling hair by the hair iron of the present invention as described above, the fixing handle 20 is held and the rod 40 formed to extend along the upper portion behind the clip is pressed.
As described above, when the lever is pressed, the clip 30 elastically presses the tension spring (not shown) and rotates about the hinge shaft 11 to spread the clip 30 on the hair iron body 10.
In the above state, after the hair is inserted between the hair iron body 10 and the clip 30, when the external force of the pressing lever 40 is removed, the clip 30 is returned to the original position by being axially rotated by the elastic force of the tension spring and the hair is shaped by applying pressure to the hair by the elastic force of the tension spring.
In this state, according to the present invention, the user additionally pulls the operation plate 51 of the auxiliary lever connected to the rear lower portion of the clip 30 to further rotate the clip 30 about the hinge shaft and increase the pressing force of the clip 30, so that the hair can be more effectively styled into straight hair, curly hair, and the like.
In particular, when the tension spring of the clip is weakened due to repeated use and thus cannot apply sufficient pressure to the hair, the auxiliary rod 50 can be used to further press and adjust the hair by the clip, thereby effectively styling the hair.
Further, when the hair iron of the present invention is not used, since the operating plate 51 of the auxiliary lever 50 is formed in a horizontal direction, the hair iron is simply erected by using it.
Therefore, in the present invention, the upper portion of the cylindrical hair iron body is axially coupled to the clip 30, and thus the rod 40 extending along the upper portion at the rear of the clip is pressed to apply elastic pressure to the hair to thereby be styled in various forms, and the auxiliary rod 50 is further formed along the lower portion at the rear of the clip to apply elastic pressure to the hair by the clip, and then the auxiliary rod is additionally pulled to adjust the pressurizing force of the clip, thereby making it possible to more effectively style straight hair, curls, and the like.
