the control module is used for sending a locking instruction to the target positioning terminal when the position characteristic parameter is determined to meet a preset condition, wherein the locking instruction is used for indicating the target positioning terminal to lock at least one of a positioning function, a screen display function and a communication function;
the target positioning terminal is a positioning terminal in a target group, and the target group comprises at least two positioning terminals;
determining a movement parameter of the target positioning terminal according to the position information, wherein the movement parameter is used for indicating a movement range of the target positioning terminal within a target time length;
and when the mobile parameter is determined not to be in the preset value range, sending a locking instruction to the target positioning terminal.

the processing module is used for determining a distance value between the target positioning terminal and other positioning terminals in the target group according to the position information of the positioning terminal in the target group;
and the control module sends a locking instruction to the target positioning terminal when the distance value is determined to be larger than a preset threshold value.

and the control module is used for sending a locking instruction to the target positioning terminal when the position of the target positioning terminal is determined to exceed the coverage range of the electronic fence.
