and updating the volume of the second program by adopting the volume of the third program so as to update a volume file corresponding to the program, and updating the updated volume file to a first volume account book stored in the smart television.
3. The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 1, wherein the smart television private chain is formed by a smart television through a network, and each smart television in the smart television private chain is configured with a volume book, a private key and a public key.

The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 3, wherein the registering the updated first volume ledger in a smart television private chain where the smart television is located, so that a smart television in the smart television private chain synchronizes the first volume ledger comprises:
acquiring a private key carried by the user, and encrypting the first volume account book by adopting the private key;
and issuing the encrypted second volume account book to an intelligent television private chain where the intelligent television is located, so that the intelligent television in the intelligent television private chain synchronizes the second volume account book.

The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 4, wherein the issuing the encrypted second volume ledger into a smart television private chain where the smart television is located so that a smart television in the smart television private chain synchronizes the second volume ledger comprises:
issuing the encrypted second volume account book to a private chain of the smart television where the smart television is located;
and the smart television in the smart television private chain acquires the second volume account book, and decrypts the second volume account book by adopting a public key stored by the smart television private chain so as to synchronize the second volume account book.
6. The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the smart television receives a program signal, acquiring a program identifier corresponding to the program signal;
searching a second program volume corresponding to the program signal in a first volume book stored in the program identifier according to the program identifier;
and setting the searched second program volume as the program volume of the program signal, and playing the program signal at the program volume.
7. The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 6, wherein, when the smart television receives a program signal, the acquiring of the program identifier corresponding to the program signal specifically comprises:
when the intelligent television receives a program signal, acquiring the playing state of the intelligent television;
when the intelligent television is in a channel playing state, judging whether first channel information corresponding to the program signal is the same as second channel information corresponding to the current program signal;
and if the first channel information is different from the second channel information, acquiring a program identifier corresponding to the program signal.
8. The method for adjusting television sound according to claim 7, wherein when the smart television receives a program signal, the obtaining of the program identifier corresponding to the program signal further comprises:
when the intelligent television is in an on-demand playing state, judging whether a first program source corresponding to the program signal is the same as a second program source corresponding to the current program signal;
and if the first program source is different from the second program source, acquiring a program identifier corresponding to the program signal.
9. A computer readable storage medium, storing one or more programs, which are executable by one or more processors, to implement the steps in the method for adjusting television sound according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An intelligent television, comprising: the device comprises a processor, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the memory is stored with a computer readable program which can be executed by the processor;
the communication bus realizes connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps in the method of adjusting television sound of any of claims 1-8.
