for example, if the automatic cleaning mode is the basic cleaning mode, control information of the cleaning apparatus associated with the basic cleaning mode is acquired;
or, if the automatic cleaning mode is the standard cleaning mode, acquiring control information of the cleaning equipment associated with the standard cleaning mode; or, if the automatic cleaning mode is the thorough cleaning mode, acquiring control information of the cleaning apparatus associated with the thorough cleaning mode.
In this step, since the types of the automatic cleaning modes are different and the included cleaning apparatuses are different, the control information of the cleaning apparatuses associated with the automatic cleaning modes is also different, and therefore, the control information of the cleaning apparatuses associated with the automatic cleaning modes is acquired.
Step S502, controlling the cleaning equipment to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information;
in this step, the cleaning device is controlled to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information.
For example, the automatic cleaning mode is a basic cleaning mode, and the acquired control information of the cleaning device associated with the basic cleaning mode is to control the sweeping robot to clean the floor, so that the sweeping robot is controlled to clean the floor of the shared kitchen according to the control information.
In step S503, if a damaged item image of the damaged item in the shared kitchen, which is uploaded by the maintenance staff, is received, a charge settlement list is generated based on the damaged item image.

therefore, in this step, when a damaged item image of a damaged item of the shared kitchen is received, which is uploaded by the maintenance person, a charge settlement list is generated based on the damaged item image.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the kitchen cleaning mode is the automatic cleaning mode, the control information of the cleaning equipment associated with the automatic cleaning mode is acquired, the cleaning equipment is controlled to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information, and if a damaged article image of damaged articles in the shared kitchen, which is uploaded by a maintainer, is received, a charge settlement list is generated based on the damaged article image.

step S601, if a selection instruction for selecting the cleaning equipment is received, acquiring control information of the selected cleaning equipment;
in the embodiment of the invention, the user-defined cleaning mode refers to a cleaning mode generated by cleaning equipment selected by a user, and exemplarily, the user-defined cleaning mode refers to a mode for controlling a sweeping robot and a range hood selected by the user to clean.
In this step, if a selection instruction to select a cleaning apparatus is received, control information of the selected cleaning apparatus is acquired.
Step S602, controlling the cleaning device to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information;
step S603, if a damaged item image of the damaged item in the shared kitchen, uploaded by the maintenance staff, is received, a charge settlement list is generated based on the damaged item image.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the kitchen cleaning mode is the self-defined cleaning mode, if a selection instruction for selecting the cleaning equipment is received, the control information of the selected cleaning equipment is obtained, and the cleaning equipment is controlled to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information, so that the self-defined cleaning mode can be flexibly generated according to the requirements of users, further, the user use of different consumer capacity groups can be facilitated, more users can use the shared kitchen conveniently, and the cleaning difficulty of the shared kitchen is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the present invention also provides a cleaning control apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, including:
an obtaining module 71, configured to obtain a user identifier of the shared kitchen currently used;
a determining module 72, configured to determine a consuming capability group to which the user identifier belongs;
a pushing module 73 for pushing a kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumer ability group;
an activation module 74 configured to activate the kitchen cleaning mode if a confirmation instruction confirming use of the kitchen cleaning mode is received.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the user identification of the current shared kitchen; determining a consuming capacity group to which the user identification belongs; pushing a kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumer capability group; and if a confirmation instruction for confirming the use of the kitchen cleaning mode is received, starting the kitchen cleaning mode.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the consumption capacity group to which the user identification belongs can be determined by acquiring the user identification of the currently used shared kitchen, and different consumption capacity groups correspond to respective kitchen cleaning modes, so that the kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumption capacity group can be pushed to the user, and when a confirmation instruction is received, the corresponding kitchen cleaning mode is started. Therefore, the kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumption ability group to which the user belongs can be provided for different users by determining the consumption ability group to which the user belongs, so that the kitchen cleaning mode can be conveniently used by the users of different consumption ability groups, more users can conveniently use the shared kitchen, and the cleaning difficulty of the shared kitchen is reduced.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a terminal including: the system comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus; the memory stores a computer program that can be run on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
According to the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor realizes the acquisition of the user identification of the current shared kitchen by executing the program stored in the memory; determining a consuming capacity group to which the user identification belongs; pushing a kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumer capability group; if a confirmation instruction for confirming the use of the kitchen cleaning mode is received, the kitchen cleaning mode is started, the kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumption capability group to which the user belongs is provided for different users by confirming the consumption capability group to which the user belongs, and therefore the user can use the kitchen cleaning mode conveniently for different consumption capability groups, more users can use the shared kitchen conveniently, and the cleaning difficulty of the shared kitchen is reduced.
The communication bus 1140 mentioned in the above terminal may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus 1140 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 8, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The communication interface 1120 is used for communication between the terminal and other devices.
The memory 1130 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The processor 1110 may be a general-purpose processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer readable medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor, the program code causing the processor to perform the method of the method embodiment.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. The procedures or functions according to the embodiments of the invention are brought about in whole or in part when the computer program instructions are loaded and executed on a computer. Claims (10)

1. A cleaning control method, comprising:
acquiring a user identifier of the shared kitchen which is currently used;
determining a consuming capacity group to which the user identification belongs;
pushing a kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumer capability group;
and if a confirmation instruction for confirming the use of the kitchen cleaning mode is received, starting the kitchen cleaning mode.
2. The cleaning control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
obtaining historical cleaning records of users who currently use the shared kitchen;
the step of determining the consuming capacity group to which the user identifier belongs includes:
calculating a consumer performance score for the user based on the historical cleaning record;
comparing the consumption capacity score with a plurality of preset score ranges, wherein each score range corresponds to a consumption capacity group;
and if the consumption capacity score is within any preset score range, determining the consumption capacity group corresponding to the score range as the consumption capacity group to which the user identifier belongs.
3. The cleaning control method of claim 2, wherein said calculating a consumer performance score for the user based on the historical cleaning record comprises:
calculating a consumer ability score of the user according to the last historical cleaning record;
or calculating the consumption ability score of the user according to the historical cleaning records in the latest preset time period;
alternatively, a consumer performance score is calculated for the user based on all historical cleaning records.
4. The cleaning control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the consumer capability group to which the user identifier belongs comprises:
searching the user identification in a plurality of preset user group sets, wherein each user group set corresponds to a consumption capacity group;
and if the user identifier is in any preset user group set, determining the consumption capacity group corresponding to the user group set as the consumption capacity group to which the user identifier belongs.
5. The cleaning control method of claim 1, wherein if the kitchen cleaning mode is a manual cleaning mode, the step of activating the kitchen cleaning mode comprises:
prompting a user to perform manual cleaning;
receiving a first image of a target area in the shared kitchen uploaded by a user after cleaning;
and if a second image of the target area which is not in accordance with the cleaning standard and uploaded by the maintenance personnel is received, generating a charge settlement list based on the first image and the second image.
6. The cleaning control method according to claim 1, wherein if the kitchen cleaning mode is an automatic cleaning mode, the step of activating the kitchen cleaning mode includes:
acquiring control information of a cleaning apparatus associated with the automatic cleaning mode;
controlling the cleaning device to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information;
and if a damaged article image which is uploaded by the maintenance personnel and is damaged by the articles in the shared kitchen is received, generating a charge settlement list based on the damaged article image.
7. The cleaning control method of claim 1, wherein if the kitchen cleaning mode is a custom cleaning mode, the step of activating the kitchen cleaning mode comprises:
if a selection instruction for selecting the cleaning equipment is received, acquiring control information of the selected cleaning equipment;
controlling the cleaning device to clean the shared kitchen according to the control information;
and if a damaged article image which is uploaded by the maintenance personnel and is damaged by the articles in the shared kitchen is received, generating a charge settlement list based on the damaged article image.
8. A cleaning control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the user identification of the shared kitchen currently used;
the determining module is used for determining the consumption capacity group to which the user identification belongs;
the pushing module is used for pushing a kitchen cleaning mode corresponding to the consumption capacity group;
and the starting module is used for starting the kitchen cleaning mode if a confirmation instruction for confirming the use of the kitchen cleaning mode is received.
9. A terminal, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus; stored in the memory is a computer program that can be run on the processor, wherein the steps of the method according to any of the claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
