The processor 40, when executing the computer program 42, implements the steps in the above-described method embodiment for extending an internet of things, such as the steps S101 to S104 shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the processor 40 implements the functions of the modules/units in the above device embodiments when executing the computer program 42; the memory is stored with a computer program that is executable on the processor, as shown in fig. 4 at 201 and 205 of the unit module.
Optionally, the terminal device 400 further includes an interface 43, where the interface is any one of a USB interface, a TYPE-C interface, a Lighting interface, or a Dock interface; the gateway 400 establishes a physical communication connection with the device 300 to be expanded through the interface 43.
Optionally, the terminal device further includes a wireless connection module 44, and the terminal device is in communication connection with the server and/or the terminal device through the wireless connection module.
Optionally, the wireless connection module 44 is any one or more of bluetooth, NFC, Zigbee, or Wifi.
The terminal device 400 may be a gateway or other form that can interface with the device to be expanded. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 40, a memory 41. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 5 is merely an example of a terminal device 400 and does not constitute a limitation of terminal device 400 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may also include input-output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
Illustratively, the computer program 42 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 41 and executed by the processor 40 to implement the present invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 42 in the gateway 400.
The Processor 40 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 41 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 400, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 6. The memory 41 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 6, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the terminal device 400. Further, the memory 41 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 400. The memory 41 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 41 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of augmenting an internet of things system, comprising:
establishing communication connection with the equipment to be expanded through physical connection;
acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be expanded;
judging whether the IoT platform to which the equipment to be expanded belongs and the IoT platform of the IoT system are the same or not based on the equipment information;
if the IOT platform to which the equipment to be expanded belongs and the IOT platform of the IOT system do not belong to the same platform, acquiring and installing a driving program corresponding to the IOT platform of the equipment to be expanded so as to convert a control instruction into a control instruction which can be responded by the equipment to be expanded when the equipment to be expanded receives the control instruction for controlling the equipment to be expanded, wherein the control instruction is sent by the IOT platform of the IOT system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: acquiring the device information of the device to be expanded, comprising: and sending an instruction for acquiring the equipment information to the equipment to be expanded so that the equipment to be expanded returns the equipment information of the equipment to be expanded after receiving the instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: and acquiring and installing a driver corresponding to the Internet of things platform of the equipment to be expanded, wherein the driver is configured with a dictionary table corresponding to the equipment in the driver according to the equipment information.
4. An apparatus for extending an internet of things system, comprising:
the connection execution unit is used for establishing communication connection with the equipment to be expanded through physical connection;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be expanded;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the internet of things platform to which the equipment to be expanded belongs and the internet of things platform of the internet of things system are the same platform equipment to be expanded or not based on the equipment information;
the driving unit is used for acquiring and installing a driving program corresponding to the internet of things platform of the equipment to be expanded if the internet of things platform to which the equipment to be expanded belongs and the internet of things platform of the internet of things system do not belong to the same platform, so that when the equipment to be expanded receives a control instruction for controlling the equipment to be expanded, which is sent by the internet of things platform of the internet of things system, the control instruction is converted into the control instruction which can be responded by the equipment to be expanded, and the equipment to be expanded is arranged on the equipment to be expanded.
5. A gateway, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. The gateway of claim 5, wherein the gateway further comprises any one of a USB interface, a TYPE-C interface, a Lighting interface, or a Dock interface; and the gateway establishes physical communication connection with the equipment to be expanded through the interface.
7. The gateway of claim 5, further comprising a wireless connection module through which the communication connection is made with the server and/or the terminal device.
8. The gateway of claim 7, wherein the wireless connection module is any one or more of Bluetooth, NFC, Zigbee, or Wifi.
9. An internet of things system, characterized by comprising terminal equipment, a server, equipment to be expanded and a gateway according to claims 5-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
