Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a police intelligence cloud platform according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the police intelligence cloud platform includes a client and a server. The client may be an electronic device with communication capability, and specifically may include various handheld devices, vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, computer devices or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem with wireless communication function, and various forms of User Equipment (UE), Mobile Station (MS), terminal device (terminal device), and the like; for example, the client may be a mobile police terminal, a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book, or other electronic devices capable of running an application program. The server may include a block link point server, a legacy server, a large storage system, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a smart phone, a portable digital player, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and the like.
The server is provided with an intermediate layer, a data layer, a middleware, a data connector middleware and a communication agent middleware of the police service information platform. The data connector middleware is used for connecting the data layer and a third party platform and transmitting the first user data acquired by the third party platform to the data layer. And the communication agent middleware is used for connecting the data layer and the sensing equipment and transmitting the second user data acquired by the sensing equipment to the data layer. The data layer is configured to perform data standardization processing on user data to obtain standardized data, and the data layer specifically includes: an origin repository for storing the first user data and/or the second user data; a standard library for storing the normalized data; a data interface for transmitting the standardized data stored in the standard library to the middle layer. The middle layer is used for performing data dimension reduction processing on the standardized data to obtain a plurality of data sets, wherein the plurality of data sets specifically comprise unified identities, personnel files, case files, article files, place files, relationship files, personnel tracks, article tracks, monitoring entity lists, economic files, organizations, group files, IP address libraries, event files and address libraries. The middleware is configured to provide an algorithm for data normalization for the data layer, and the middleware specifically includes: the data asset module is used for displaying the data of the standard library; the uniform identity middleware is used for providing an algorithm for classifying the user data according to the identity for the data layer; and the view library middleware is used for providing an algorithm for carrying out data standardization on the video and/or image data for the data layer.
The client is provided with a service layer and a basic service of the police service information platform, and the client realizes a preset police service function through the service layer and the basic service. The business layer is a value application for a target client packaged by the server, and comprises a plurality of functional modules for realizing a plurality of preset police service functions, and specifically comprises a priori search module, a figure portrait module, a situation management and control module, a relation analysis module, a study and judgment analysis module, an image investigation module, a map study and judgment module, a comprehensive track module, a set operation module, a study and judgment tool set module, a distribution and control management module, an early warning management module, a management and control module, a high-risk personnel management and control module and a file management module. The basic service module is configured to provide an algorithm for implementing a preset police service function for each function module of the service layer, where the algorithm for implementing the preset police service function includes: organization architecture, user management, role management, rights management, log management, message management, configuration management, data dictionary, data lineage.
The method includes the steps that each function module in a service layer in a client has a first corresponding relationship with each algorithm in a basic service module, each function module in the service layer in the client has a second corresponding relationship with each data set in an intermediate layer in a server, when the client achieves a preset police service function, the client obtains the algorithm from the basic service module according to the second corresponding relationship to process target user data so as to achieve the preset police service function, and the data of the target user is obtained from the intermediate layer of the server or the data of the target user according to the first corresponding relationship.
For example, in a specific personnel management and control application scenario, it is assumed that police personnel acquire the most basic information of a target user, such as a name and an identification number, and need to confirm whether the target user needs to perform personnel management and control. Police officers input names and identification numbers of target users in a staff management and control module of a client, the staff management and control module acquires data of the target users from corresponding data sets (such as staff archives, staff tracks and case libraries) in an intermediate layer according to second corresponding relations with the data sets in the intermediate layer, then the intermediate layer transmits the acquired data of the target users to a staff management and control module of a business layer of the client, the staff management and control module acquires corresponding algorithms (such as user management and authority management) from a basic service module according to the first corresponding relations, and then the acquired algorithms are adopted to study and judge the target users according to the acquired data of the target users to determine whether the target users need to be managed and controlled.

1. A police affairs information cloud platform is characterized by comprising a data connector middleware, a communication agent middleware, a data layer, a middle layer and a service layer,
the data connector middleware is used for connecting the data layer and a third party platform and transmitting the first user data acquired by the third party platform to the data layer;
the communication agent middleware is used for connecting the data layer and the sensing equipment and transmitting second user data acquired by the sensing equipment to the data layer;
the data layer is used for carrying out data standardization processing on user data to obtain standardized data;
the intermediate layer is used for performing data dimension reduction processing on the standardized data to obtain a plurality of data sets;
and the service layer is used for realizing a preset police service function according to the plurality of data sets.
2. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the business layer comprises at least one of:
the first-knowledge searching module is used for providing the full-text retrieval capability for the data layer;
the figure image module is used for describing figures according to the police service through basic attributes or labels, motion tracks, economic conditions and behavior interests of people to construct figure images;
the situation management and control module is used for carrying out statistical analysis, comparative analysis and trend prediction according to the situation of people, the situation of objects and the situation of places;
the relation analysis module is used for carrying out relation analysis through six dimensions of blood margin, school margin, geography margin, accident margin, customer margin and random margin according to the police service;
the studying and judging analysis module is used for providing analysis of the same row, collision and association based on multiple data sources and carrying out data set operation through a user-defined rule;
the image detection module is used for providing a function of searching images by images;
the map studying and judging module is used for providing two-dimensional studying and judging based on multi-source data sources and taking a map as a support;
the comprehensive track module is used for presenting a multi-dimensional track according to the multi-source data source;
the set operation module is used for providing a user-defined rule and calculating the rule through a rule engine;
the study and judgment tool set module is used for providing a specialized analysis tool for case serial-parallel, call bill analysis and tourism analysis;
the control deployment management module is used for controlling the determined suspect and realizing early warning and notification through the early warning management module;
the early warning management module is used for receiving, processing, forwarding and pushing the discovery of each module of the platform;
the management and control module is used for providing rule customization service according to data standardization and the blood relationship of the data, and realizing management and control, early warning and prediction of various personnel, places and articles;
the high-risk personnel management and control module is used for managing and controlling high-risk personnel;
and the file management module is used for managing basic files of personnel, places, articles, events and cases.
3. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 2, further comprising:
the basic service module is used for providing an algorithm for realizing a preset police service function for each functional module of the service layer;
the algorithm for realizing the preset police service function comprises the following steps: organization architecture, user management, role management, rights management, log management, message management, configuration management, data dictionary, data lineage.
4. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the data layer is specifically configured to perform data standardization processing on user data through a data dictionary, data resource registration, and data consanguinity relationship, so as to obtain the standardized data.
5. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 4, wherein the data layer comprises:
an origin repository for storing the first user data and/or the second user data;
a standard library for storing the normalized data;
a data interface for transmitting the standardized data stored in the standard library to the middle layer.
6. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 5, wherein the data layer further comprises:
a view library for storing video and/or image data in the standardized data.
7. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 5, wherein the data layer further comprises:
a private repository to store third user data, the third user data referring to user data that is transmitted to the data layer through the data connector middleware or the communication agent middleware.
8. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 1, further comprising:
and the middleware is used for providing an algorithm for data standardization for the data layer.
9. The police intelligence cloud platform of claim 8, wherein the middleware comprises:
the data asset module is used for displaying the data of the standard library;
the uniform identity middleware is used for providing an algorithm for classifying the user data according to the identity for the data layer;
and the view library middleware is used for providing an algorithm for carrying out data standardization on the video and/or image data for the data layer.

The police intelligence cloud platform of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the middle layer is specifically configured to perform data dimension reduction processing according to at least one of the following dimensions to obtain a plurality of data sets: unifying identity, personnel files, case files, item files, location files, relationship files, personnel tracks, item tracks, monitoring entity lists, economic files, organizations, group files, IP address repositories, event files, address repositories.
