Description

Wire sheath assembly and device with a lead-out wire
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wire protection sleeves, in particular to a wire protection sleeve assembly and a device with a leading-out wire.
Background
The existing device with the outgoing line generally adopts a protective wire sleeve to fix the outgoing line at the outgoing line opening part of a shell of the device, the protective wire sleeve is generally made of a single hard plastic material, but the protective wire sleeve made of the hard plastic material cannot be tightly attached to the shell of the device, the outgoing line is difficult to be completely sealed with the protective wire sleeve, and the waterproof effect is poor; if the wire sheath is changed into the rubber material which is easy to deform, the wire sheath of the type has only a transverse protection function on the outgoing line of the device due to the flexibility of the rubber material, and cannot play a good tensile protection function along the length direction of the outgoing line of the device, so that the tensile strength of the outgoing line is poor, the outgoing line of the device is easily influenced by external force to fall off from a wiring part in the device, and therefore, the device is poor in function failure or burning and the like, and even safety accidents are caused.

It will be understood that the first peripheral surface of the first clip facing the peripheral wall of the outlet, i.e. the surface of the first clip intended to cooperate in contact with the peripheral wall of the outlet, is not limited to one face but may also comprise a plurality of faces; similarly, the second peripheral surface of the second wire fixing clip facing the peripheral wall of the outlet, that is, the surface of the second wire fixing clip for contact-fitting with the peripheral wall of the outlet, is not limited to one surface, and may include a plurality of surfaces; the first and second peripheral surfaces together form an outer peripheral surface of an assembly into which the first and second wire retention clips are fitted. The waterproof sealing strip realizes waterproof sealing between the first wire fixing clamp and the second wire fixing clamp and around the outgoing line, and the waterproof sealing ring realizes waterproof sealing between the peripheral surface of the assembly formed by assembling the first wire fixing clamp and the second wire fixing clamp and the peripheral wall of the outlet, so that a good waterproof sealing effect is ensured.
In the above technical solution, preferably, one of the first inner side surface and the second inner side surface is provided with an accommodating groove for accommodating the waterproof sealing strip, so as to facilitate the waterproof sealing strip to be mounted on one of the first wire fixing clip and the second wire fixing clip.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, the material of waterproof sealing strip is glue, glue coat in the holding recess, and can wrap up in the holding form waterproof sealing around the lead-out wire.
The waterproof sealing strip is made of glue, the glue is solidified to form the waterproof sealing strip, and when the outgoing line is clamped into the line fixing groove (the first line fixing groove or the second line fixing groove), the glue can be conveniently wrapped around the contained outgoing line to form sealing; when the first wire fixing clamp and the second wire fixing clamp are buckled and assembled, the glue can form good waterproof seal between the first wire fixing clamp and the second wire fixing clamp. Of course, the waterproof sealing strip may be made of soft materials such as rubber materials, and the waterproof sealing effect can be achieved.
In the above technical solution, preferably, a first peripheral groove for accommodating the waterproof sealing ring is provided on the first peripheral surface, a second peripheral groove for accommodating the waterproof sealing ring is provided on the second peripheral surface, and the waterproof sealing ring is accommodated in the first peripheral groove and the second peripheral groove.

In the above technical solution, preferably, a first flash tank is adjacently disposed at an edge of the first peripheral groove, and a second flash tank is adjacently disposed at an edge of the second peripheral groove.
The design of first flash tank and second flash tank for when the wire sheath subassembly that has assembled waterproof sealing washer assembles the wire outlet department of the device that has the lead-out wire, waterproof sealing washer's deformation takes place easily, and convenient assembly, and the waterproof sealing effect at the wire outlet position of wire sheath subassembly and device is ensured. It should be noted that, the first flash groove is disposed adjacent to the edge of the first peripheral groove, and it may also be understood that the width of the first peripheral groove near the notch portion is greater than the width of the first peripheral groove near the groove bottom portion, and a step is formed between the groove wall near the notch portion and the groove wall near the groove bottom portion, so that the groove wall on one side of the first peripheral groove is a step wall, and the groove portion near the notch portion and relatively near the groove bottom portion, where the groove width is widened, may be understood as the first flash groove. Similarly, the edge of the second peripheral groove is adjacently provided with a second flash tank, which can also be understood the same, and will not be described herein again.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the wire accommodating cavity includes a waterproof sealing section and an outgoing line fastening section, the waterproof sealing strip intersects with the waterproof sealing section, and the outgoing line fastening section is used for fixing the outgoing line.
The lead-out wire fastening section is used for realizing the fastening to the lead-out wire, and waterproof sealing strip and waterproof sealing section cooperation provide good waterproof sealing performance.
In the above technical solution, preferably, at least one section of engagement section is provided in the outgoing line fastening section, and a plurality of convex teeth for engaging the outgoing line are provided on an inner wall of the engagement section; the occlusion section is arranged at one end part of the outgoing line fastening section facing the outgoing line direction of the outgoing line outlet.

Of course, the arrangement position of the engagement section in the outgoing line fastening section is not limited to the above specific limitation, and the engagement section may be arranged in other positions in the outgoing line fastening section as required without departing from the design concept of the present invention.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the waterproof sealing section is disposed in a middle of the lead accommodating cavity in a length direction, and a cross-sectional area of the waterproof sealing section is larger than a cross-sectional area of the accommodated outgoing line; the waterproof sealing strips and the waterproof sealing sections are intersected at the middle parts of the waterproof sealing sections, and the length of the waterproof sealing sections in the length direction of the wire containing cavity is larger than the width of the cross sections of the waterproof sealing strips at the intersection parts.
It should be understood that the waterproof sealing section is disposed in the middle of the length direction of the wire accommodating cavity, and the middle is only relative to the end of the wire accommodating cavity, and is not used to limit the specific location of the waterproof sealing section in the length direction of the wire accommodating cavity. The cross section area of the waterproof sealing section is designed to be larger than that of the accommodated outgoing line, so that the waterproof sealing section is in clearance fit with the accommodated outgoing line, the waterproof sealing strip can be partially positioned in the clearance between the waterproof sealing section and the accommodated outgoing line, and the waterproof sealing strip is filled in the clearance between the waterproof sealing section and the accommodated outgoing line, so that the sealing effect is better; according to the scheme that the waterproof sealing strip is made of soft materials such as rubber, deformation of the waterproof sealing strip can easily occur when the first wire fixing clamp and the second wire fixing clamp are buckled and assembled, and therefore the sealing effect is better; the length of the waterproof sealing section is designed to be larger than the width of the cross section of the waterproof sealing strip at the intersection position, and a space for filling or deforming the waterproof sealing strip can be formed in the length direction of the waterproof sealing section after the leading-out wire is installed, so that good waterproof sealing performance is ensured.
