Description

Electronic device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device with a circuit board that can be easily assembled and disassembled, which can be applied in at least wireless communication devices and storage devices (e.g., USB storage devices).
Background
With the development of technology, electronic devices have higher and higher requirements for functionality, for example, electronic devices such as smart phones, tablet computers, and notebook computers need to support functions such as Near Field Communication (NFC), GPS, 3G, WIFI, and bluetooth. Thus, circuit boards are present in almost any electronic device to perform the desired function. However, while the electronic device is designed to be small, the space available for the housing is very limited, which makes the circuit board arrangement difficult.
The existing electronic device mostly uses parts such as screws to lock the circuit board on the shell, so that the shell is also provided with a structure matched with the screws, such as screw fixing columns, and the space on the shell cannot be fully utilized; in addition, if the number of screws is large, the assembly and disassembly of the circuit board becomes time-consuming, and even some parts of the housing are deformed due to the tightening of the screws, resulting in a reduction in the aesthetic appearance.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an electronic device, which is not sufficient in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device including a housing and a circuit substrate. The shell is provided with a bearing surface, wherein the bearing surface is provided with two clamping structures and a positioning structure. The circuit substrate is arranged on the bearing surface and comprises a main body part and two wing parts which are respectively formed by extending two opposite sides of the main body part, wherein the main body part interferes with the positioning structures, and the two wing parts are respectively pressed by the two clamping structures.
Furthermore, the positive projection images of the two clamping structures and the positioning structure on the bearing surface are not overlapped.
Furthermore, the two clamping structures are oppositely arranged, and the two wing parts are oppositely arranged.
Furthermore, each clamping structure comprises a limiting part and a pressing part positioned on the limiting part.
Furthermore, the limiting parts are used for restricting the self-freedom degree of the horizontal displacement of the corresponding wing parts.
Furthermore, the limiting part has a first limiting surface and a second limiting surface perpendicular to the first limiting surface, and the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface respectively abut against two edges of the corresponding wing part.
Further, the pressing portion presses the corresponding wing portion by an elastic body.
Furthermore, the elastomer is made of foam or rubber.
Furthermore, a part of the pressing part directly presses against the corresponding wing part.
Furthermore, the positioning structure is a positioning bump, and the main body has a slot, which is in interference fit with the positioning bump.
Furthermore, a connector is disposed on the main body of the circuit board and located between the two wing portions.
Further, the connector is a USB connector.
One of the benefits of the present invention is that the electronic device provided by the present invention can achieve the fast assembly and stable combination of the housing and the circuit substrate by the technical scheme that the main body of the circuit substrate interferes with the positioning structure of the housing, and the two wing portions of the circuit substrate are respectively pressed by the two clamping structures of the housing. Compared with the fixing mode that the circuit board is locked on the shell by using parts such as screws and the like in the past, the technical scheme can save the cost of the parts and the assembly time.
Furthermore, the two clamping structures of the housing and the positioning structure are staggered, and the two clamping structures are arranged oppositely. Therefore, the space utilization rate and the use elasticity of the shell can be improved.

The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modifications and various changes in detail, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. The drawings of the present invention are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be drawn to scale. The following embodiments will further explain the related art of the present invention in detail, but the disclosure is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, the term "or," as used herein, is intended to encompass any one or combination of more of the associated listed items, as the case may be.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first embodiment of the invention provides an electronic device Z, which mainly includes a housing 1 and a circuit substrate 2, wherein the circuit substrate 2 is combined on the housing 1 to implement the functions of the electronic device Z. The electronic device Z may be a wireless communication device or a wireless storage device, but is not limited thereto.
In order to make the objects and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solution of the first embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. It is to be understood that such description is merely illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment, the casing 1 is an integrally formed plastic casing, and has a carrying surface 100, and the circuit substrate 2 is a printed circuit board and is combined on the carrying surface 100. More specifically, the carrying surface 100 is provided with two clamping structures 11 and a positioning structure 12, the circuit substrate 2 is substantially T-shaped, and includes a main body 21 and two wing portions 22 respectively formed by extending from two opposite sides of the main body 21; when the circuit substrate 2 is combined on the carrying surface 100, the main body 21 interferes with the positioning structure 12, and the two wing portions 22 are respectively pressed by the two clamping structures 21. In order to improve the space utilization rate and the use elasticity of the shell 1, the positions of the two clamping structures 11 and the positioning structure 12 are staggered, that is, the orthographic projections of the two clamping structures 11 and the positioning structure 12 on the bearing surface 100 are not overlapped; preferably, the two clamping structures 11 of the housing 1 are disposed oppositely, and the two wing portions 22 of the circuit substrate 2 are also disposed oppositely.
In practical applications, the circuit substrate 2 has a connector 212, so that the electronic device Z can be used as a wireless storage device; the connector 212 may be disposed on the main body 21 and between the two wings 22, and the connector may be a Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0/3.0/3.1 connector or a Type-C connector, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the positioning structure 12 is a positioning bump, and the main body 21 has a slot 211, which is in interference fit with the positioning structure 12 to limit the displacement of the circuit substrate 2 in the horizontal direction. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, each clamping structure 11 includes a limiting portion 111 and a pressing portion 112 located on the limiting portion 111, the limiting portion 111 can restrict the freedom of horizontal displacement of the corresponding wing portion 22 to further limit the displacement of the circuit substrate 2 in the horizontal direction, and the pressing portion 112 can apply a downward pressing force to the corresponding wing portion 22 to limit the displacement of the circuit substrate 2 in the vertical direction. Thereby, the housing 1 and the circuit substrate 2 can be securely coupled.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the position-limiting portion 111 has a first position-limiting surface 1111 and a second position-limiting surface 1112, and the first position-limiting surface 1111 is substantially perpendicular to the second position-limiting surface 1112 and is engaged with two edges of the corresponding wing portion 22 in a stop manner. As shown in fig. 5, the pressing portion 112 has a pressing surface 1121, and the pressing surface 1121 presses the corresponding wing portion 22 through an elastic body 13, the elastic body 13 may be made of foam or rubber, but is not limited thereto; in practical applications, the elastic body 13 can be adhered to the first position-limiting surface 1111, the second position-limiting surface 1112 and/or the pressing surface 1121.
It is to be noted that, in the presence of the elastic body 13, the wing portion 22 of the circuit substrate 2 is not structurally deformed or damaged by the pressing action of the pressing portion 112. In addition, the elastic body 13 can extend or contract between the pressing surface 1121 of the pressing portion 112 and the bearing surface 100 of the housing 1 to adapt to circuit substrates 2 with different thicknesses; even if the two wing portions 22 of the circuit substrate 2 are designed to have different thicknesses, they can be effectively pressed.
Referring back to fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the electronic device Z is assembled, the main body 21 of the circuit substrate 2 can move along the carrying surface 100 of the housing 1 and tilt upwards under an external force so that the positioning structure 12 is clamped into the slot 211; at this time, the two wing portions 22 of the circuit board 2 are also fixed by the two clamping structures 11. More specifically, when the slot 211 of the main body 21 is in interference fit with the positioning structure 12, the wing 22 enters a limiting slot (not numbered) of the clamping structure 11 of the housing 1, which is formed by a first limiting surface 1111 and a second limiting surface 1112 of the limiting portion 111; moreover, two edges of the wing portion 22 respectively abut against the first limiting surface 1111 and the second limiting surface 1112, and the wing portion 22 is pressed from above by the pressing portion 112 in the presence of the elastic body 13. In addition, when the circuit substrate 2 needs to be disassembled, only a proper external force needs to be applied to the main body portion 21 of the circuit substrate 2 to separate the notch 211 from the positioning structure 12, and then the main body portion 21 is moved out of the carrying surface 100, so that the wing portion 22 of the circuit substrate 2 will be separated from the clamping structure 11.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, an electronic device Z according to a second embodiment of the invention mainly includes a housing 1 and a circuit substrate 2. The housing 1 has a carrying surface 100, wherein the carrying surface 100 is provided with two clamping structures 11 and a positioning structure 12. The circuit substrate 2 is disposed on the carrying surface 100, and includes a main body 21 and two wings 22 respectively formed by extending two opposite sides of the main body 21, wherein the main body 21 interferes with the positioning structure 12, and the two wings 22 are respectively pressed by the two clamping structures 11.
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: there is no elastic body 13 between the pressing portion 112 and the wing portion 22 of the clamping structure 11, that is, a part of the pressing portion 112 directly presses against the corresponding wing portion 22, and the structure of the pressing portion 112 can have a buffering effect. More specifically, the pressing portion 112 may have an elastic pressing unit 1122, which may be an elastic protrusion protruding outward from the pressing surface 1121 as shown in fig. 6, or an integrally formed elastic hook as shown in fig. 7, but the invention is not limited thereto. For other technical details of the housing 1 and the circuit substrate 2, reference may be made to the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
Advantageous effects of the embodiments
Furthermore, in the presence of the elastic body, the wing part of the circuit substrate is not deformed or damaged due to the pressing action of the pressing part. In addition, the elastic body can stretch or contract between the pressing surface of the pressing part and the bearing surface of the shell so as to adapt to circuit substrates with different thicknesses.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, so that all equivalent technical changes made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings are included in the scope of the claims.
