the electricity fee deduction process further comprises the following steps: if the rental type is a co-rental, the electric meter type is a public area electric meter; acquiring a rented room electric meter list related to the public area electric meters, wherein the fee deducting electric meters are electric meters in the rented room electric meter list, and deducting the electric fees of the fee deducting electric meters in a sharing mode; the power control process further includes: if any deduction ammeter arrearages after deducting the apportioned electric charge and configured with arrearage power failure, the corresponding deduction ammeter is powered off;
