According to a general inventive concept of the present application, according to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a mobile operation and maintenance client is provided, where the mobile operation and maintenance client communicates with a full life cycle management and control platform of any one of the information communication terminals, and the full life cycle management and control platform is deployed in a private cloud environment. The mobile operation and maintenance client enables operation and maintenance personnel to realize mobile office through the handheld terminal, processes the work order in real time, identifies the terminal through scanning a code image (such as a two-dimensional code) on the target terminal, and maintains the information record of the life cycle of the terminal through the handheld terminal.
Further, the mobile operation and maintenance application program is installed on the mobile terminal based on a cross-platform mobile application rapid construction technology. The method comprises the steps that a cross-platform fast mobile application is quickly built and comprises a program generator, a client program frame and an Html analysis class, wherein the Html analysis class is generated aiming at an operating system of the intelligent mobile terminal and used for analyzing an intelligent mobile terminal program template imported into the system to generate an Html page seen by a user, and the intelligent mobile terminal program template is an initial form of a finally generated intelligent mobile terminal program and is a document in the form of Html; a client program framework is developed aiming at an operating system of the intelligent mobile terminal and is used for loading the Html parsing class; and the program generator calls a selected client program frame, a selected Html parsing class and the intelligent mobile terminal program template, puts the intelligent mobile terminal program template into a specified directory of the selected client program frame, and loads the selected Html parsing class at a specified position of the selected client program frame, so that the intelligent mobile terminal program is automatically generated.
Fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a mobile operation and maintenance client according to a preferred embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the mobile operation and maintenance client includes:
the work order receiving module 301 is configured to receive work order information sent by the full life cycle management and control platform, where the work order information includes warranty issues, equipment information to be maintained, and/or corresponding user information;
the work order processing information input module 302 is used for inputting and sending work order processing results to the full life cycle management and control platform;
and the work order processing module 303 is configured to perform processing operation on the work order displayed on the mobile operation and maintenance client, where the processing operation includes closing the work order.
Optionally, a knowledge base is embedded in the mobile operation and maintenance client, and the knowledge base includes operation and maintenance problems related to work orders and corresponding processing methods.
Specifically, based on this embodiment, the operation and maintenance personnel utilize the embedded knowledge base of removal operation and maintenance instrument, and the operation and maintenance personnel can also inquire the problem processing method at any time, and when the problem processing finishes, the operation and maintenance personnel will handle result and work relevant record entering system through intelligent operation and maintenance customer end (APP), close the work order.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the mobile operation and maintenance client further includes at least one of the following modules:
and a code image identification module 401, configured to identify a code image of the target device, and acquire data information associated with the code image. The code image includes, but is not limited to, a two-dimensional code, multiple types of information in the target device may be collected into the same two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code of each target device uniquely corresponds to the device. The code image recognition technique can be implemented using existing techniques. The code image recognition module 401 recognizes the two-dimensional code pasted on the device, obtains the device information through the two-dimensional code, and establishes connection with the device information routing module 403.
The service system interface 402 is configured to communicate with a preset service system or/and a preset mobile platform to obtain target device information in the preset service system or/and the preset mobile platform. Specifically, the service system interface 402 can be established with the I6000, the consumable approval system and the mobile platform, so as to obtain the equipment information from the relevant system and support the bidirectional transmission of data.
And the device information routing module 403 is configured to, when the code image identification module 401 identifies a code image, match a route according to the ID based on the acquired ID of the device associated with the code image, and acquire corresponding detailed information of the target device from the matched route to the corresponding service system interface 402.
Specifically, for information systems in the electric power or other fields, the information systems are generally divided into an intranet and an extranet, and as a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone frequently used by operation and maintenance personnel outside, it is impossible to connect to the intranet without taking any measures when connecting to wifi, and the device information routing module 403 of the present application identifies information in the intranet through ID matching routing of the device. Therefore, the embodiment of the application identifies the equipment information storage path by introducing the two-dimension code identification technology, establishes the equipment information directory system, and routes the contract, the standing book and the running state information from the terminal system to the mobile terminal through the equipment information directory, so that the equipment information acquisition efficiency is improved.
Based on the mobile operation and maintenance client (app), operation and maintenance personnel can use the mobile operation and maintenance client to carry out mobile office work, process work orders in real time and maintain life cycle information records of the information communication terminal. The mobile operation and maintenance client can be installed on an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch and the like.
According to a third aspect of the present general inventive concept, there is provided a terminal, in which a terminal asset management module is embedded, and the terminal asset management module is configured to automatically collect a plurality of pieces of information, and send and synchronize the collected information to a full lifecycle management and control platform of the information communication terminal, where the full lifecycle management and control platform is deployed in a private cloud environment, and the plurality of pieces of information include a plurality of pieces of hardware information in a CPU, a memory, a hard disk partition sum, a device identifier, a board, an optical drive, a floppy drive, a video card, a keyboard, a mouse, a monitor, an infrared device, and a keyboard of the terminal.
The terminal embedded with the terminal asset management module based on the embodiment can dynamically master the safety condition and the use condition of the terminal and carry out all-around management and control on the whole life cycle of the terminal. A brand-new technical means and a management mode are provided for the full life cycle management and control of the information communication terminal.

Claims (10)

1. the information communication terminal full life cycle management system is used for storing and analyzing the full life cycle information of the information communication terminal or/and executing preset operation based on the analysis result;
the mobile operation and maintenance system is used for receiving the work order processing information of the information communication terminal uploaded by the mobile application terminal;
and the desktop terminal management and control system is used for acquiring the desktop asset information and the operation performance data information of the target information communication terminal.
2. The full-lifecycle management and control platform of claim 1, wherein the full-lifecycle management and control platform implements an operation and maintenance management and control flow based on an ITIL architecture.
3. The full-lifecycle management and control platform according to claim 1, wherein the information communication terminal full-lifecycle management system comprises at least one of the following modules:
the asset management module is used for managing at least one of the category and the asset code of the asset;
the warehouse entry and exit management module is used for managing at least one of warehouse entry, warehouse exit and warehouse storage;
the information maintenance module is used for managing at least one of asset maintenance, asset upgrading and asset allocation;
the information query module is used for receiving a request of a user for querying at least one of basic information, maintenance records and upgrading records and returning a corresponding query result;
a data analysis module to analyze at least one of the asset data and the maintenance data.

The full life cycle management and control platform according to claim 1, wherein the desktop terminal management and control system manages and controls behaviors and information of the information communication terminal based on an embedded technology, and the desktop terminal management and control system includes at least one of the following units:
the safety access unit is used for controlling the behavior of the information communication terminal accessing the full life cycle management and control platform or the information communication terminal based on the preset terminal safety interface specification, or/and authenticating the identity information of the user of the information communication terminal;
the behavior control unit is used for managing preset behavior information of the information communication terminal, wherein the preset behavior comprises one or more of an internet behavior, an instant messaging behavior, a file operation behavior and an operating system slave operation behavior;
the vulnerability scanning unit is used for scanning the vulnerability of the information communication terminal and executing corresponding preset operation based on the vulnerability scanning result;
the desktop security management unit is used for connecting software of the information communication terminal with a process or/and an external device and reading and controlling data;
and the data security management unit is used for carrying out encryption and data leakage prevention or/and erasure management on the document or/and the mobile medium of the information communication terminal.
5. The full lifecycle management and control platform of claim 1, further comprising:
the multi-dimensional equipment information analysis unit is used for performing correlation analysis according to multi-dimensional information of the information communication terminal, which is acquired from at least one of the information communication terminal full life cycle management system, the mobile operation and maintenance system and the desktop terminal management and control system, and determining plan information corresponding to the information communication terminal; the information of the plurality of dimensions comprises configuration data, operation data or/and maintenance records of the information communication terminal.
6. The full-lifecycle management and control platform according to claim 5, wherein the multi-dimensional device information analysis unit performs management analysis on the information of the plurality of dimensions based on storm flow.
7. A mobile operation and maintenance client, the mobile operation and maintenance client communicating with the full-life-cycle management and control platform of the information communication terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the full-life-cycle management and control platform being deployed in a private cloud environment, the mobile operation and maintenance client comprising:
the work order receiving module is used for receiving work order information sent by the full life cycle management and control platform, and the work order information comprises warranty problems, equipment information needing to be maintained or/and corresponding user information;
the work order processing information input module is used for inputting and sending work order processing results to the full life cycle management and control platform;
and the work order processing module is used for processing the work orders displayed on the mobile operation and maintenance client, and the processing operation comprises closing the work orders.
8. The mobile operation and maintenance client according to claim 7, wherein a knowledge base is embedded in the mobile operation and maintenance client, and the knowledge base comprises work order related operation and maintenance problems and corresponding processing methods.
9. The mobile operation and maintenance client according to claim 7, further comprising at least one of the following modules:
the code image identification module is used for identifying a code image of the target equipment and acquiring data information associated with the code image;
the service system interface is used for communicating with a preset service system or/and a preset mobile platform so as to acquire target equipment information in the preset service system or/and the preset mobile platform;
and the equipment information routing module is used for matching the route according to the ID based on the obtained ID of the equipment associated with the code image under the condition that the code image is identified by the code image identification module, and obtaining the corresponding detailed information of the target equipment from the matched route to the corresponding service system interface.

A terminal is characterized in that a terminal asset management module is embedded in the terminal and used for automatically collecting a plurality of pieces of information and sending and synchronizing the collected information to a full life cycle management and control platform of the information communication terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the full life cycle management and control platform is deployed in a private cloud environment, and the plurality of pieces of information comprise a plurality of pieces of hardware information in a CPU, a memory, a hard disk partition sum, a device identifier, a board, an optical drive, a floppy drive, a display card, a keyboard, a mouse, a monitor, an infrared device and a keyboard of the terminal.
