The contents displayed by the interface 2 and the interface 3 are switched and updated in real time according to the main scene selected by the customer. The customer selects the sub-scenes related to the self-demand scene from the sub-scenes displayed on the interface 2, and fills corresponding demand parameters in the interface 3. After the customer completes the filling of each sub-scene parameter required in the interface 3, the system derives a preferred scheme for the customer according to the preferred product configured in the background and the corresponding relation between each product parameter and the required parameter by clicking the button 4. The product list in the interface 5 can be switched and displayed in real time according to the sub-scenes selected by the customer in the interface 2, when the customer does not select one key to import the preferred scheme, the required product can be selected in the interface 5 by himself, and the button 6 is clicked to add the product set under the sub-scenes to the pre-selected pool of the interface 8. The products displayed in the preselected pool of the interface 8 are updated according to the operation of the customer, the products added to the preselected pool are selected by default, and the customer can also cancel the selection or modify the quantity of each product again. And after the customer selects the products in all the sub-scenes, clicking the button 7 to derive the product scheme. And the system background calculates solution offer according to the unit price of each product, the combined preferential scheme among the products, the customer discount and other influence conditions, provides the solution offer to market personnel, arranges a material list and provides the solution offer to production planning personnel.
The product function parameters are associated with the sub-scene parameters, and the quantity of each product is automatically configured by taking a single sub-scene as a minimum individual. If the sub-scene is a 100-meter aisle and the parameters of a single bolt a are monitoring 25-meter aisles, the number of automatic configuration is 4. When there is a strong binding between the products, one of them and its quantity is selected, and the other product and its quantity are also determined by default. If the bolt A and the support A are strongly bound, when the number of the bolt A is 4, the number of the support A is increased by 4 by default.
The data management and client type selection system is shown in the schematic diagram of fig. 5, and it should be noted that fig. 5 only lists the association relationship between part of products and part of scenes. The solution main scene, the general sub-scene and the product included in the invention include but are not limited to the contents shown in fig. 5.
The SDT data management and client type selection system based on the BOM architecture provided by the embodiment of the invention mainly has the following advantages:
(1) the data volume is small. In the embodiment of the invention, each SDT main scene is deconstructed into the general sub-scene module, so that the main scene data can be directly obtained by randomly combining the sub-scene module data, the adaptability of the main scene data under the condition of different customer requirements is improved, namely, one set of main scene data can meet the diversified requirements of different customers under the main scene, and the data storage capacity is greatly reduced.
(2) The development cycle is reduced. After the client provides the scene requirement, research personnel can deconstruct the client scene according to the general sub-scene module and provide the product combination meeting each sub-scene module, thereby forming a set of complete solution. Compared with the prior art that the whole scene is subjected to matching analysis, the research and development efficiency is greatly improved. Similarly, when a solution of a brand new main scene is developed, the solution can be obtained by combining the existing general sub-scene modules, so that the reuse rate of the sub-scene modules is improved, and the research and development efficiency is improved.
(3) The iteration updating speed is high. Because the direct upper layer of the product is the universal sub-scene module, when the product is updated and iterated, only the data of a single universal sub-scene module needs to be analyzed and updated, the whole SDT main scene does not need to be analyzed, the number of personnel in the approval process is reduced, and the iterative updating speed of the scheme is improved.
(4) The freedom degree of customer selection is large, and the use is easy. The invention can set the selection of the preferred product recommending client, and the client can obtain the product proposal recommended by the company only by knowing the basic parameters of the scene of the client. The customer can also freely select products which meet the requirements of the customer in the product pool under the sub-scenes.

fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a data management and client type selection process according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the process includes the following steps:

The embodiment of the invention provides a data management and client type selection method, which is applied to a client type selection module in a data management and client type selection system. The data management and customer type selection system comprises a data management module, a general sub-scene module and a customer type selection module.
The product data management module is used for dividing functions of various products of a company, and products with the same function are arranged in the same first product pool in a product life cycle management PLM system. As shown in fig. 2, first, the function type and parameters of each product are determined, products with the same or similar functions are classified into the same product pool, and according to the requirements of the sub-scenario, the product pool suitable for the sub-scenario can be determined, and a product data management module is generated.
The general sub-scene module subdivides the functions of the SDT main scene, divides each main scene into a plurality of sub-scenes, and can reconstruct the main scene through any combination of the sub-scenes. When the main scene is divided into the sub-scenes, the existing SDT main scene can be completely deconstructed into the independent general sub-scenes according to the reasonable granularity; the granularity refers to a division unit of the sub-scenes, for example, the main scene is a school, and the granularity can be a teaching building, a dormitory building, a classroom, a dormitory and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the granularity of the sub-scene is determined according to the production and living environment, the class of the main scene to which the general sub-scene can be applied is determined, a BOM framework is introduced, the main scene is reconstructed through the general sub-scene, and the general sub-scene module is produced. And the general sub-scene module determines the association relationship between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool.
The client selection module is used as an application module for the client to use and operate. The client inputs the functional parameters of a second main scene and a product required by the client through a developed system interface, the system matches the existing main scene with the client, selects each second sub-scene under the second main scene, determines a corresponding target product in each second product pool having an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displays a list and a quotation of the target product.
The general sub-scene module is used as the intermediate module of the system, so that the problem that a plurality of main scenes are similar in total but different in local to generate a large amount of redundant data can be effectively solved, the multiplexing rate of the general sub-scenes is improved, and the SDT data management amount is reduced. Meanwhile, the universal sub-scene module is arranged, so that the expansibility of the main scene can be greatly improved, the data of the existing universal sub-scene can be directly used when a brand new main scene is developed, and the working efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the product data management module performs function division on various products of a company, the products with the same function are arranged in the same first product pool, the function parameters of each product are recorded, the general sub-scene module divides each first main scene into first sub-scenes, and the association relationship between each first sub-scene and each first product pool is determined according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool. According to the invention, each main scene is deconstructed into the universal sub-scenes, so that the main scene can be directly obtained by randomly combining the sub-scenes, the adaptability of the main scene under the condition of different customer requirements is improved, namely the universal sub-scenes can meet the diversified requirements of different customers, the data storage capacity is greatly reduced, and the difficulty of data management is reduced. The client only needs to input the main scene of the product application and the requirements for the product, namely the functional parameters of the product, into the client type selection module, the client type selection module determines each second sub-scene according to the second main scene, determines the corresponding target product in each second product pool which has an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displays the list and the quotation of the target product. The product type selection meeting the requirements of customers can be realized without the need of being fully familiar with the product performance of the customers, the difficulty of the product type selection is reduced, and the efficiency of the product type selection is improved.
The determining each second sub-scene under the second main scene comprises:
and displaying all third sub-scenes belonging to the second main scene, and taking the third sub-scenes selected by the customer as the second sub-scenes.
In the embodiment of the invention, a customer inputs a second main scene in a customer type selection module, the customer type selection module determines and displays all third sub-scenes belonging to the second main scene according to the pre-stored sub-scenes contained in each main scene, the customer can select the third sub-scenes on a display interface of the customer type selection module, and the customer type selection module takes the third sub-scenes selected by the customer as the second sub-scenes.
In addition, the customer type selection module is specifically configured to, for each second sub-scenario, determine, according to the functional parameter of the second sub-scenario, a corresponding target product in a second product pool corresponding to the second sub-scenario.
After determining each second sub-scene, the client type selection module generates a function parameter input box of the second sub-scene for each second sub-scene, and the client inputs a function parameter in each function parameter input box, so that the function parameter corresponding to each second sub-scene can be determined, and then for each second sub-scene, according to the function parameter corresponding to the second sub-scene, a corresponding target product is determined in a second product pool corresponding to the second sub-scene.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the functional parameters are obtained, the functional parameters do not need to be matched with the functional parameters of the products in all the product pools, different second sub-scenes correspond to different functional parameters, and for each second sub-scene, a corresponding target product is determined in the second product pool corresponding to the second sub-scene according to the functional parameters corresponding to the second sub-scene. The efficiency of product selection type has been improved.
The determining, according to the function parameter, a target product corresponding to each second product pool having an association relationship with each second sub-scenario includes:
and receiving the functional parameters of the products input by the customer, displaying all the products of the functional parameters, and taking the products selected by the customer as target products.
The client type selection module is further used for adding the product selected by the client to a product pre-selection pool, deleting the product with the product identification from the product pre-selection pool according to the product identification carried by the deletion instruction input by the client, and taking the product reserved in the product pre-selection pool as a target product.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the functional parameters, the client model selection module matches the functional parameters of the products in the second product pool, displays the matched products on the interface, and selects the products by the client. The method comprises the steps that products selected by a customer are added into a product pre-selection pool, the customer can delete the unwanted products in the pre-selection pool, specifically, the customer can input a deletion instruction, the deletion instruction carries a product identifier, and the products with the product identifier are deleted from the product pre-selection pool. And taking the product reserved in the product pre-selection pool as a target product.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving the product quantity input by the customer, and generating and displaying a target product combination scheme according to the product quantity and the quotation of each target product.
In order to facilitate the selection of the client, in the embodiment of the invention, the client can also input the number of the required products into the client selection module, and after the client selection module selects the target products, the optimal target product combination scheme is determined and displayed according to the product number input by the client and the quotation of each target product, so that the workload of client selection is reduced, and the selection efficiency is further improved.

fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a data management and client type selection device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the device includes:
a receiving module 81, configured to receive the second main scene and the functional parameters of the product input by the client;
a determining and displaying module 82, configured to determine each second sub-scene under the second main scene, determine, according to the functional parameter, a corresponding target product in each second product pool having an association relationship with each second sub-scene, and display a list and a price quote of the target product;
the incidence relation is obtained by dividing each first main scene into first sub-scenes through a general sub-scene module, and determining the incidence relation between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool; the product data management module is used for carrying out function division on various products of a company, setting the products with the same function in the same first product pool, and recording the function parameters of each product.
The determining and displaying module 82 is specifically configured to display all third sub-scenes that belong to the second main scene, and use the third sub-scene selected by the customer as the second sub-scene.
The determining and displaying module 82 is specifically configured to determine, for each second sub-scene, a corresponding target product in a second product pool corresponding to the second sub-scene according to the functional parameters of the second sub-scene.
The determining and displaying module 82 is specifically configured to receive the functional parameters of the products input by the customer, display all the products of the functional parameters, and take the product selected by the customer as a target product.

The embodiment of the invention provides a system, a method and a device for data management and client type selection, wherein the system comprises: the system comprises a product data management module, a general sub-scene module and a client type selection module; the product data management module is used for carrying out function division on various products of a company, arranging the products with the same function in the same first product pool, and recording the function parameters of each product; the general sub-scene module is used for dividing each first main scene into first sub-scenes and determining the association relation between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool; the client model selection module is used for receiving a second main scene and functional parameters of products input by a client, determining each second sub-scene according to the second main scene, determining a corresponding target product in each second product pool which has an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displaying a list and a quotation of the target product.
In the embodiment of the invention, the product data management module performs function division on various products of a company, the products with the same function are arranged in the same first product pool, the function parameters of each product are recorded, the general sub-scene module divides each first main scene into first sub-scenes, and the association relationship between each first sub-scene and each first product pool is determined according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool. The client only needs to input the main scene of the product application and the requirements for the product, namely the functional parameters of the product, into the client type selection module, the client type selection module determines each second sub-scene according to the second main scene, determines the corresponding target product in each second product pool which has an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displays the list and the quotation of the target product. The product type selection meeting the requirements of customers can be realized without the need of being fully familiar with the product performance of the customers, the difficulty of the product type selection is reduced, and the efficiency of the product type selection is improved.

Claims (13)

1. A data management and client type selection system, said system comprising: the system comprises a product data management module, a general sub-scene module and a client type selection module;
the product data management module is used for carrying out function division on various products of a company, arranging the products with the same function in the same first product pool, and recording the function parameters of each product;
the general sub-scene module is used for dividing each first main scene into first sub-scenes and determining the association relation between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool;
the client model selection module is used for receiving a second main scene and functional parameters of products input by a client, determining each second sub-scene according to the second main scene, determining a corresponding target product in each second product pool which has an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displaying a list and a quotation of the target product.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the client-selection module is specifically configured to receive a second main scene input by a client, display all third sub-scenes belonging to the second main scene, and use the third sub-scene selected by the client as the second sub-scene.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the customer selection module is specifically configured to receive functional parameters of products input by a customer, display all products of the functional parameters, and take the products selected by the customer as target products.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the client selection module is further configured to add a product selected by a client to a product pre-selection pool, delete the product identified by the product from the product pre-selection pool according to a product identifier carried by a deletion instruction input by the client, and take the product retained in the product pre-selection pool as a target product.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the client-selection module is specifically configured to receive scene feature information input by a client, and determine the second main scene according to the scene feature information.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the customer selection module is further configured to receive a product quantity entered by a customer, generate and display a target product portfolio scenario based on the product quantity and a bid price for each target product.
7. A method for data management and client type selection, the method comprising:
the client type selection module receives the second main scene and the functional parameters of the product input by the client;
determining each second sub-scene under the second main scene, determining a corresponding target product in each second product pool having an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displaying a list and a price of the target product;
the incidence relation is obtained by dividing each first main scene into first sub-scenes through a general sub-scene module, and determining the incidence relation between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool; the product data management module is used for carrying out function division on various products of a company, setting the products with the same function in the same first product pool, and recording the function parameters of each product.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said determining each second sub-scene under which the second main scene belongs comprises:
and displaying all third sub-scenes belonging to the second main scene, and taking the third sub-scenes selected by the customer as the second sub-scenes.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining, according to the function parameter, a corresponding target product in each second product pool associated with each second sub-scene comprises:
and aiming at each second sub-scene, determining a corresponding target product in a second product pool corresponding to the second sub-scene according to the functional parameters of the second sub-scene.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining, according to the function parameter, a corresponding target product in each second product pool associated with each second sub-scene comprises:
and receiving the functional parameters of the products input by the customer, displaying all the products of the functional parameters, and taking the products selected by the customer as target products.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein targeting the customer selected product comprises:
adding a product selected by a customer into a product pre-selection pool, deleting the product with the product identification from the product pre-selection pool according to the product identification carried by a deletion instruction input by the customer, and taking the product reserved in the product pre-selection pool as a target product.
12. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving the product quantity input by the customer, and generating and displaying a target product combination scheme according to the product quantity and the quotation of each target product.
13. A data management and client type selection apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the second main scene and the functional parameters of the product input by the client;
the determining and displaying unit is used for determining each second sub-scene subordinate to the second main scene, determining a corresponding target product in each second product pool having an association relation with each second sub-scene according to the functional parameters, and displaying a list and a quotation of the target product;
the incidence relation is obtained by dividing each first main scene into first sub-scenes through a general sub-scene module, and determining the incidence relation between each first sub-scene and each first product pool according to the applicability of each first sub-scene and the product in each first product pool; the product data management module is used for carrying out function division on various products of a company, setting the products with the same function in the same first product pool, and recording the function parameters of each product.
