Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for managing needle tubes of a sewing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes steps S101 to S103:
step S101, when judging that a user enters a node area, acquiring identity information of the user and needle information of a sewing needle to be returned, and opening a corresponding management cabinet, wherein the needle information comprises the sewing needle and a needle dial.
And step S102, identifying the integrity of the sewing machine needles placed in the management cabinet by the user to obtain the return information of the user, wherein the integrity of the sewing machine needles comprises the types, the numbers and the damage degree of the sewing machine needles.
And step S103, generating a corresponding return record according to the return information of the user, and forwarding the return record to the sink node server while displaying the return record through the management cabinet.
In order to improve the reliability of implementation of the method, the management range of the sewing machine needle can be divided into a plurality of node areas according to the type, the position, the distance or the working area of each sewing machine management cabinet during implementation, and each node area can be provided with a plurality of management cabinets for managing the sewing machine needle. The management cabinet comprises a man-machine interaction module, a visual technology module, a control module, a cabinet platform, a communication module and an identity recognition module. The man-machine interaction module has the functions of human body perception, video monitoring, identity recognition, switch cabinet door and data display; the vision technology module is provided with a CCD camera, and can identify a standard dial and a machine needle through machine vision image identification; the control module is stored with a database and can generate control signals to control the corresponding module to operate; the cabinet module comprises a cabinet structure, a power supply module and a heat dissipation module; the communication module is used for communication inside the cabinet and communication between the communication module and the sink node server; the identity recognition module has an IC card or fingerprint recognition function, can recognize the identity of a user so as to determine the legitimacy and authority of an operator, and can only open the cabinet door when the identity of the operator is legal.
Referring to fig. 2, the method for identifying the integrity of the sewing machine needle placed in the management cabinet by the user comprises the following steps:
step S1011, obtaining the image information of the sewing machine needle, and carrying out noise reduction processing on the image information of the sewing machine needle through a bilateral filtering algorithm to obtain a preprocessed image. Noise is removed by using a bilateral filtering algorithm, so that the image definition is high.
Further, the image information of the sewing machine needle is converted into a gray level image, and Gaussian blur processing is carried out, so that the complexity of image processing is reduced, the image processing efficiency is improved, and the Gaussian blur processing can further reduce the noise of the image and the detail level of the image; calculating the gradient of the gray level image subjected to Gaussian blurring, calculating the edge amplitude and angle of the gray level image according to the gradient, and performing compression processing on a non-maximum signal to reduce distortion, so that an intermediate image is obtained; and performing binarization processing on the intermediate image subjected to the dual-threshold edge connection processing to obtain the preprocessing image.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the photo is clearly identifiable, the lamplight compensation is required to be performed on the object to be photographed by adopting the lamplight auxiliary device. The photographing height of the CCD camera for photographing is fixed, so that the ratio of the length of the machine needle to the pixel is unchanged in the same environment. In this embodiment, an openCV library is used to read in an image of a sewing machine needle to be processed.
Step S1012, detecting, dividing, counting and comparing the edges of the preprocessed image to obtain the return information of the user.
Further, detecting and edge outlining the preprocessed image through a machine vision shape recognition algorithm, so that a complete image of the sewing machine needle is obtained; image segmentation is carried out on the complete image of the sewing machine needle through an image gray histogram algorithm, an effective area is reserved, noise is removed through corrosion and expansion, and the area is communicated; and determining the number of the machine needles by carrying out edge detection on the communication area, drawing out the shape outline of the machine needles, and comparing the machine needles with the machine needles stored in the database.
Specifically, a Canny edge detection algorithm is used to detect edges and contours are obtained from the edges. The number of contours corresponds to the number of needle discs. If the dial is inclined, the picture is righted by using a transformation function, so that the comparison of the contours is convenient. Because the pictures are righted, the communication areas which can be framed by the same horizontal square frame all belong to the same needle, so that the influence of the middle partition on the length of the needle can be avoided, and the number of the machine needles can be known by counting the number of the square frames. And then, carrying out edge detection on the communicated areas, drawing out the shape outline of the needle, and converting the shape outline (total pixel z) of each needle into a needle handle (pixel b) and a needle head (pixel t). The length formula of the needle is z=b+t. It can be understood that by inputting needle parameters, comparing the total length, if not, comparing the next needle until all needles in the model library are compared, and if none of the needles is successfully compared, then considering the new model or broken needle; otherwise, the length of the machine needle is equal to that of a machine needle of a certain model, the coefficient ratio is compared, and if the length is equal to that of the machine needle, the machine needle model is found and the actual physical length is output; otherwise, the broken needle can be judged, at the moment, the broken needle can be conveniently identified by adopting a frame coloring method, then the machine needle model number and the quantity are listed and counted, and the borrowing and returning bill of the operation is output.
The standard dial adopts the existing dial as far as possible, but has certain requirements:
the first requirement is that the photo identification surface is transparent, each sewing machine needle can be clearly seen, the color difference between the bottom color of the needle dial and the color of the sewing machine needle is large, for example, the bottom color is black, and the sewing machine needle is silver;
the second requirement, requiring a fixed number of needles per dial, such as 10 or 20 per dial or other fixed value, ensures the standardization of the management.
Further, when the sewing machine needle placed in the management cabinet is a newly added object, warehousing processing is carried out on the sewing machine needle.
Specifically, a needle image of the sewing needle is obtained, and the needle image is subjected to marginalization processing to obtain warehousing information of the sewing needle, wherein the warehousing information comprises the type, the needle model, a needle handle pixel, a needle handle length, a needle head pixel, a needle head length and a length proportionality coefficient of the sewing needle; and displaying and storing the warehouse-in information through a management cabinet and forwarding the warehouse-in information to a sink node server.
In practical implementation, according to a single needle photograph of a sewing machine shot by a CCD camera, a Canny edge detection algorithm is utilized to outline the shape outline (represented by a pixel zx), in practical use, the shape outline of the needle is converted into two parts of a needle handle pixel (bx) and a needle head pixel (tx) because the shooting and computer costs are too high due to too high pixels, and zx=bx+tx represents the total length. The physical lengths BL and TL of the needle handle and needle tip are actually measured and correspond to pixels bx and tx, respectively. Conversion and correspondence between pixels and physical length are achieved. And the machine needle model, the needle handle pixel bx and the physical length BL, the needle head pixel tx and the physical length TL, and the ratio K (=bx/tx) of the needle handle and the needle head are stored and put in storage. It can be understood that the warehouse-in information is displayed on the management cabinet, so that an operator can check the warehouse-in information again, the warehouse-in reliability is improved, the warehouse-in information is stored and then forwarded to the sink node server, so that after the current management cabinet fails, has misoperation or malicious modification, information can be downloaded again, meanwhile, the type and the lending condition of the machine needles in each management cabinet and the management cabinet of the adjacent node area can be obtained through the sink node service, the management is facilitated, and the lending personnel can know the condition conveniently.
It should be further noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the method further includes: acquiring the return degree of a user on a borrowed sewing machine needle in a current management cabinet within a preset time period; and when judging that the returning degree of the sewing machine needle by the user is smaller than the lowest preset returning degree in the preset time period, controlling the management cabinet to be switched from the normal management mode to the forced maintenance mode.
Specifically, when the user returns the needle of the sewing machine that the user lends in the current management cabinet in a preset time period, such as three months, for example, the degree of returning the needle is small and the preset degree of returning the needle is small, the user indicates that the articles in the management cabinet are in a lending state for a long time, or the integrity degree of the needle returned by the user is low, normal lending can be affected, and therefore maintenance, such as reclassifying and putting on the shelf, of the articles is needed. In other embodiments of the present invention, the management cabinet may also display the location, number of items, reservation time, lending period, etc. of other cabinets that the user may lend or return.
According to the sewing machine needle management method provided by the invention, when the fact that a user enters a node area is judged, the identity information of the user and the needle information of the sewing machine needle to be returned are obtained, and the corresponding management cabinet is opened, so that the user can return the sewing machine needle to be returned conveniently; the method has the advantages that the completeness of the sewing machine needles placed in the management cabinets by users is identified, so that corresponding return records are generated according to the return information of the users, the return records are displayed through the management cabinets and are forwarded to the sink node server, so that the sink node server can count the distribution condition of the sewing machine needles in each management cabinet, and can adjust the cargo management progress and types according to the hot degree of the sewing machine needles in each cabinet in each node area, the problem that the prior art is not applicable to management of the sewing machine needles, the RFID coding management method is not applicable to management of the sewing machine needles by relying on manual management is solved, the problems that the quantity is usually inconvenient to count, the integrity standard is inconsistent, the warehouse entry and exit records are inaccurate, and potential risks exist due to tool loss are solved, the intelligent identification, the receiving and transmitting records and standardized management of the sewing machine needles are realized, and the practical application requirements are met.
