In the related art, after a user sets a tomato clock task in a tomato clock application program, in order to reduce the electricity consumption of a terminal, a display screen of the terminal can be extinguished, and meanwhile, the background is timed, and when the timing reaches a preset period (such as 25 minutes), the user is reminded of rest in a vibration or sound reminding mode and the like.
However, in the scheme shown in the related art, since the display screen of the terminal is in the off state during the timing process, before the terminal counts one period and sends out a reminder, the user cannot know the timing progress in the current timing period, which is not beneficial to the user to reasonably arrange the working time, resulting in poor display effect of the timing information of the tomato clock application.
The subsequent embodiments of the present disclosure provide a timing information display method by means of side setting in a terminal, which can display a pattern capable of prompting a timing progress in a current timing period in a side display area of the terminal, so that a user can accurately know the timing progress in a single timing period, and a display effect of timing information can be remarkably improved.

Optionally, obtaining a timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task includes:
acquiring task content of a reminding type task, wherein the task content comprises timing duration;
or displaying a timing duration setting interface and acquiring the timing duration set in the timing duration setting interface;
alternatively, the default time length is acquired as the time length.
In summary, according to the scheme shown in the embodiment of the present disclosure, for the terminal having a display area on the front or back and a display area on the side, after the terminal obtains a timing task including at least one cycle timing period, a pattern for indicating the timing progress of the current cycle timing period is displayed in the second display area on the side.
In the scheme shown in fig. 4, the progress indication pattern may be a pattern capable of dynamically indicating the timing progress of the current cycle timing period, that is, the progress indication pattern may be changed along with the timing progress change of the current cycle timing period, for example, the progress indication pattern may be an hourglass pattern, and "sand" in the hourglass pattern may continuously leak from the upper half of the hourglass to the lower half of the hourglass, and when the timing of the current cycle timing period is completed, "sand" may leak from the upper half to the lower half of the hourglass; alternatively, the progress indicator pattern may be a container, and the "liquid" in the container may be continuously increased or decreased according to the change of the timing progress of the current cycle timing period, and the "liquid" in the container may be from no to full container or from full to empty when the current cycle timing period is completed. The embodiment shown in fig. 4 is not limited to the form of the progress indication pattern.
Since the display area on the side of the terminal is usually a long and narrow display area, in order to more efficiently use the display area on the side to display the timing progress of the current cycle timing period, the progress indication pattern may be a bar pattern; in addition, in order to facilitate the user to know the number of periods that have been counted, a pattern related to the period count may also be displayed in the display area of the side. The implementation can as shown in fig. 5 below.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a timing information presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the interface content switching method is applied to a terminal, a display screen of the terminal includes a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is disposed on a front or rear surface of the terminal, and the second display area is disposed on a side surface of the terminal; for example, the terminal may be any of the terminals shown in fig. 1 to 3 described above. The method may comprise the following steps.
In step 501, a timing task is acquired, the timing task comprising at least one cyclical timing period.
In one implementation, the terminal may obtain the task set by the user in the tomato clock application when obtaining the timing task.
For example, a user opens a tomato clock application program in the terminal, adds a timing task in an application program interface, sets the duration of a cyclic timing period, and after the user finishes setting and clicks to determine, the terminal acquires the timing task.
Optionally, the number of cycles of the cyclic timing period of the timing task may be set by a user, that is, when the user adds the timing task in the application program interface, the user may set the number of timing periods corresponding to the timing task, for example, the user actively sets the number of timing periods corresponding to the timing task to be 10.
Alternatively, the number of cycles of the cyclic timing period of the timing task may be set by the application program, for example, when the user does not actively set the number of timing periods, the tomato clock application program may set the number of timing periods of the timing task to a default value, such as 5.
Or, the number of cycles of the cycle period of the timing task may not be limited, and the terminal may continue to perform cycle timing until the user cancels the timing task in the subsequent cycle timing process according to the timing task.
In step 502, a timing initiation instruction is obtained, the timing start instruction is used for triggering and starting the timing task.
After the user sets the timing task, the user can click to determine to start executing the timing task, and at this time, the terminal acquires a timing starting instruction and starts the timing task.
In the step of 503 the process of the present invention, and acquiring the length of the second bar pattern according to the timing progress of the current cycle timing period.
Wherein the timing progress of the current cycle timing period is positively correlated with the length of the second bar pattern, or the timing progress of the current cycle timing period is negatively correlated with the length of the second bar pattern.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the progress indication pattern includes a first bar pattern of a fixed length and a second bar pattern of an unfixed length, and the length of the second bar pattern is changed according to a change in the timing progress of the current cycle timing period.
For example, in one possible implementation, the length of the second bar pattern may be increased continuously with the timing progress of the current cycle timing period until the length of the first bar pattern is reached.
Alternatively, in another possible implementation, the length of the second bar pattern may start from the length of the first bar pattern and continuously shorten with the timing progress of the current cycle timing period until shortening to 0.
In step 504, a first bar pattern is displayed in a second display area, and the second bar pattern is displayed superimposed on the first bar pattern according to the length of the second bar pattern.
In order to facilitate the user to know the timing progress of the current cycle timing period by observing the second bar pattern and the first bar pattern, the first bar pattern and the second bar pattern may be displayed with different display effects, for example, the first bar pattern may be displayed with a first color value, and the second bar pattern may be displayed with a second color value, where a contrast between the first color value and the second color value is sufficiently large, for example, the first bar pattern is displayed with a lighter color (for example, light blue), and the second bar pattern is displayed with a darker color (for example, dark green).
For example, please refer to fig. 6, which illustrates a progress indication pattern change diagram according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, a first bar pattern 61a and a second bar pattern 61b are displayed in the side display area 61 of the terminal 60, the length of the second bar pattern 61b is L1 at a first time point shown in part (a) of fig. 6, the length of the first bar pattern is L2, the length of the second bar pattern 61b is continuously increased with the progress of the current cycle timing period, the length of the second bar pattern 61b is L3 at a second time point shown in part (b) of fig. 6 (the second time point is after the first time point), the length of the second bar pattern 61b is greater than L1 and less than L3 before the end of the current cycle timing period, and l2=l3 at the end of the current cycle timing period.
Optionally, one cycle timing period includes a first time period and a second time period which are sequentially timed; when the progress indication pattern is displayed in the second display area, the terminal can display the progress indication pattern according to different display effects in a first time period in the current cycle timing period and a second time period in the current cycle timing period.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a cycle time period may be divided into two connected time periods, for example, 30 minutes in a cycle time period, wherein the first 25 minutes is a first time period and the second 5 minutes is a second time period, and when a user arranges for operation through the cycle time period, the user can concentrate on working in the first time period and rest in the second time period. In order to facilitate the user to accurately distinguish between the working and resting time periods in one cycle timing period, the progress indication patterns may be displayed according to different display effects in the first time period and the second time period.
For example, taking the example that the progress indication pattern is two bar patterns shown in fig. 6, please refer to fig. 7, which illustrates another progress indication pattern change schematic diagram according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in part (a) of fig. 7, the boundary of the second bar pattern may be displayed at the same brightness as the inside of the second bar pattern during the first period of time within one cycle timer period; as shown in part (b) of fig. 7, the boundary of the second bar pattern may be highlighted for a second period of time within one cycle timing period, i.e., the brightness of the inner area of the second bar pattern is maintained while the brightness of the boundary of the second bar pattern is increased.
The scheme shown in fig. 7 only takes the change of the border brightness of the second bar pattern as an example to illustrate that the progress indication pattern can be displayed according to different display effects in the first time period and the second time period. In addition to the display manner shown in fig. 7, the progress indication pattern may be displayed according to other different display effects in the first period of time and the second period of time, for example, the second bar pattern may be displayed according to different color values in the first period of time and the second period of time, and the display effect of the progress indication pattern in the first period of time and the second period of time is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step 505, a cycle count pattern is displayed in the second display area, the cycle count pattern being used to indicate the number of complete cycle timing cycles in the timing task that have completed timing.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to facilitate the user to accurately know how many cycle periods have been currently counted, the terminal may also display a cycle count pattern in the side display area. For example, the number of complete cycle timing cycles that have been completed in the timing task may be indicated by the number of cycle count patterns, i.e. one complete cycle timing cycle is not completed in the timing task, and one cycle count pattern (such as a tomato pattern) is added in the side display area of the terminal.
Alternatively, the cycle count pattern may be displayed simultaneously with the progress indication pattern. For example, please refer to fig. 8, which illustrates a schematic diagram showing a cycle count pattern and a progress indication pattern according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 8, a progress indication pattern 81a and a cycle count pattern 81b are displayed in a side display area 81 of the terminal 80, wherein the number of circular patterns in the cycle count pattern 81b indicates the number of completed complete cycle timer periods. For example, in fig. 8, the number of circular patterns in the cycle count pattern 81b is 3, indicating that 3 complete cycle timing cycles have been completed.
Alternatively, the cycle count pattern may be displayed in a time-sharing manner with the progress indication pattern. For example, please refer to fig. 9, which illustrates a schematic diagram showing a cycle count pattern and a progress indication pattern according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in part (a) of fig. 9, at time a, a progress indication pattern 91a is displayed in a side display area 91 of the terminal 90; as shown in part (b) of fig. 9, at another time b, a cycle count pattern 91b is displayed in the side display area 91 of the terminal 90, wherein the number of circular patterns in the cycle count pattern 91b indicates the number of completed complete cycle timer periods.
In addition, according to the scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the cycle counting pattern is displayed in the side display area of the terminal so as to indicate the number of completed complete cycle timing cycles, so that a user can know the total progress of the current timing task conveniently, and the display effect of timing information is further improved.
Based on the scheme shown in fig. 4, when the terminal counts time according to the cyclic timing period and displays the progress indication pattern in the side display area, the terminal can also mask the reminding operation related to the timing task under a specific condition, so as to avoid the interference of the reminding notification in the terminal to the work of the user. In addition, the user may set the timing task directly in other applications (such as other applications for improving the working efficiency or performing the working reminding) without entering the tomato clock application, besides setting the timing task for timing according to the cyclic timing period through the tomato clock application. This implementation may be as shown in fig. 10 below.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a timing information presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 10, the interface content switching method is applied to a terminal, a display screen of the terminal includes a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is disposed on a front or rear surface of the terminal, and the second display area is disposed on a side surface of the terminal; for example, the terminal may be any of the terminals shown in fig. 1 to 3 described above. The method may comprise the following steps.
In step 1001, a timing task is acquired, the timing task comprising at least one cyclical timing period.
In one implementation, the implementation of this step is similar to the implementation under step 501 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and is not described herein.
In another implementation manner, when the terminal acquires the timing task, the terminal can also acquire a reminding type task set in the terminal, wherein the reminding type task comprises at least one of a note task, a schedule task or a random record task; acquiring timing time length corresponding to the reminding type task; and generating the timing task according to the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user sets a reminding type task by means of an efficiency tool in the terminal, for example, a note task reminding the user to finish a certain task is set by a note tool, or a schedule task reminding the user to execute at a preset time is set by a calendar tool, or a random task reminding the user to finish a certain task is set by a random tool, etc., the terminal is triggered to acquire a timing task corresponding to the reminding type task, at this time, the terminal can acquire a timing duration corresponding to the corresponding reminding type task, and the timing task is generated according to the timing duration.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the clock component for executing the timing task can interact with various different application programs in the terminal, so that the extraction and global implantation of the clock component are realized, and various different application programs and the clock component are integrated, so that the integrity of the system is further improved.
Optionally, after the terminal obtains the reminding type task, before obtaining the timing duration of the reminding type task, the terminal may display prompt information first, where the prompt information is used to prompt whether to set the timing task corresponding to the reminding type task, and when the user selects and determines to set the timing task corresponding to the reminding type task according to the prompt information, the terminal may obtain the timing duration corresponding to the corresponding reminding type task, and generate the timing task according to the timing duration.
When the terminal obtains the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task, the terminal can obtain the timing duration contained in the task content of the reminding type task.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user sets a reminding type task, if the reminding type task has a more urgent time limit requirement, the reminding time of the reminding type task can be set, and the terminal can acquire the timing time corresponding to the reminding type task according to the time between the current time point and the reminding time point of the reminding type task; for example, the terminal may directly acquire the duration between the current time point and the reminding time point of the reminding type task as the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task.
For example, assuming that the reminding task is a handy task, the task content of the handy task is "4 pm forward client feedback material", and the current time point is 3 pm, at this time, the terminal may directly set the timing duration of the handy task to 1 hour.
Or when the terminal obtains the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task, the timing duration setting interface can be displayed, and the timing duration set in the timing duration setting interface is obtained.
In another possible implementation scheme, when the user sets the reminding type task, if the reminding type task has no explicit time limit requirement, for example, the terminal analyzes the task content of the reminding type task and extracts keywords, and analyzes and determines that the keywords of the task content do not contain keywords of a time type, after the user determines to set the reminding type task, the terminal can display a timing duration setting interface to prompt the user to set the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task in the timing duration setting interface. For example, assuming that the reminding task is a random task, the task content of the random task is "feed back material to the client", and the terminal analyzes that the task content does not include a keyword of a time type, a timing duration setting interface may be displayed to prompt the user to set the timing duration.
Or, when the terminal obtains the timing duration corresponding to the reminding type task, the default duration can be obtained as the timing duration.
In one possible implementation, when the user sets the reminding type task, if the reminding type task has no explicit time limit requirement, the terminal may set a default time duration for the reminding type task, where the default time duration may be preset by a developer, or the default time duration may also be preset in the terminal by the user.
In a possible implementation scheme, when a user sets a reminding type task, if the reminding type task has no explicit time limit requirement, the terminal can also acquire information such as a task type or task content of the reminding type task, and set a timing duration which is matched with the task type or task content of the reminding type task for the reminding type task.
For example, assuming that the reminding type task is a hand-held record task, and the task content of the hand-held record task is "write a speaking manuscript and 8000 words", the terminal can set a time duration of 4 hours for the hand-held record task; or if the task content of the hand-held record task is "read today xx evening report", the terminal may set a time duration for the hand-held record task to be 1 hour.
In step 1002, a timing initiation instruction is obtained, the timing initiation instruction being used to trigger initiation of the timing task.
In step 1003, the length of the second bar pattern is obtained according to the timing progress of the current cycle timing period.
In step 1004, a first bar pattern is displayed in a second display area, and the second bar pattern is displayed superimposed on the first bar pattern according to the length of the second bar pattern.
In step 1005, a cycle count pattern is displayed in the second display area, the cycle count pattern indicating a number of complete cycle timing cycles in the timing task for which timing has been completed.
The implementation process of the foregoing steps 1002 to 1005 may refer to the descriptions below in the foregoing steps 502 to 505 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, which are not repeated herein.
In step 1006, when the terminal is in the preset operation mode and a reminder operation performed in a specific reminder mode is received, the reminder operation is masked.
The appointed reminding mode comprises at least one of sound reminding and vibration reminding.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to avoid interruption of the user's work by an incoming call, a short message, or other application notification messages, a no-disturbance mode (i.e., the preset working mode) may be set for the timing task, and the terminal may enter the no-disturbance mode in the process of executing the timing task and displaying the progress indication pattern in the second display area, where the terminal may shield the sound alert and/or the vibration alert in the no-disturbance mode. For example, when a terminal receives a short message, an incoming call or an instant communication message, a ringing and/or vibration needs to be triggered, and if the terminal is in the above-mentioned no-disturbance mode at this time, the ringing and/or vibration can be shielded, so that interference to the work of a user is avoided.
Optionally, before shielding the reminding operation, when the front face of the terminal faces directly downwards, determining that the terminal is in the preset working mode.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of executing the timing task by the terminal, if the terminal faces downward, it may be that the user does not use the terminal and concentrates on working at present, and at this time, the terminal may enter a preset working mode (i.e. the above-mentioned no-disturbance mode).
In another implementation, before shielding the reminding operation, when the front face of the terminal faces directly downwards and the distance between the front face of the terminal and the obstacle is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, the terminal is determined to be in the preset working mode.
Because the front of the terminal faces downwards, the user does not need to concentrate on working, and may also lie down to use the terminal, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve the accuracy of judging the preset working mode, the judging condition may be further increased on the basis that the front of the terminal faces directly downwards, that is, when the front of the terminal faces directly downwards, and meanwhile, when the distance between the front of the terminal and the obstacle is smaller than the preset distance threshold, it may be determined that the front of the terminal faces downwards at this time and is buckled on the desktop or other planes, at this time, the user may be considered to need to concentrate on working, and at this time, the terminal may enter the preset working mode.
Besides actively judging whether to enter a preset working mode through the gesture of the terminal, whether to enter the preset working mode can also be judged through touch operation of a user. For example, when the terminal performs a timer task, the user may click a specific button on the display screen (the first display area or the second display area) of the terminal to trigger the terminal to enter a preset operation mode.
In step 1007, a notification pattern corresponding to the alert operation is displayed in the second display region.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to avoid the user missing the notification message caused by shielding sound and/or vibration reminding, in the preset working mode, the terminal may display the notification pattern corresponding to the shielded reminding operation in the side display area of the terminal.
For example, please refer to fig. 11, which illustrates a schematic diagram of a notification pattern display according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 11, when the terminal 1100 is placed on the desktop with the front face down, notification patterns 1102 and 1103 corresponding to reminder operations masked when the terminal 1100 enters the no-disturb mode are displayed in a side display area 1101 of the terminal 1100. The notification pattern 1102 indicates that the reminding operation of the instant messaging message is shielded, and 99 instant messaging messages exist; and notification pattern 1203 indicates that 2 incoming call alert operations were masked.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the terminal performs the above-mentioned timing task, in order to improve the concentration of the user, white noise may also be played during the process of displaying the progress indication pattern in the second display area.
White noise, also known as white noise, is a random signal or random process with a constant power spectral density. The white noise can blur other background noise, and lighten the interference caused by other noise to the user, thereby being beneficial to improving the attention of the user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the white noise may be actively played by the terminal in the process of executing the timing task, or the white noise may be triggered to play by the user through a trigger operation.
In addition, according to the scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can automatically set the timing task according to the reminding type task set by the user, so that the timing task can be created without the need of the user to enter a tomato clock application program sister specially setting the timing task, and the effect of expanding the setting scene of the timing task is achieved.
In addition, according to the scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can enter a disturbance-free mode in the process of executing the timing task, and in the mode, the terminal shields sound and/or vibration reminding, so that the interference to the working process of the user is reduced.
