Optionally, after the second function button 702 is added to the end of the existing button queue formed by the second function button 703, the user may also drag the second function button in the second display area to adjust the position of the second function button in the second display area. That is, the user can edit the second function button in the second display region and adjust the position of the second function button. For example, please refer to fig. 8, which illustrates an interface diagram of a second display area displaying a second function button according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, a second function button 801 and a target function button 802 are included, and the user can move the target button 802 from the solid line position to the broken line position by a drag operation or the like in the second display area, thereby making it possible to autonomously sort the second function buttons in the second display area.
Optionally, if the first operation is a touch sliding operation performed from a position where the first function button is located, and the terminal is located in the second display area at an end position of the touch sliding operation, in this possible implementation manner, the preset addition manner may be: and additionally displaying a second function button at the end position of the corresponding touch sliding operation. That is, as in the interface shown in fig. 4, the terminal may add the corresponding second function button at the slide operation end position 406 of the first operation corresponding to the first function button by the user.
In a possible implementation manner, before the terminal additionally displays the second function button in the second display area according to the first operation, the terminal may further detect the number of function buttons included in the second display area, determine whether the number of function buttons included in the second display area has reached a preset number threshold, and when the number of function buttons included in the second display area is not less than the preset number threshold, that is, the number has reached the preset number threshold, the terminal may display a prompt message, where the prompt message may be used to prompt the user to remove a part of the existing function buttons from the second display area.
Please refer to fig. 9, which illustrates an interface diagram of a terminal display prompt information interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the prompt information interface 90 includes a function button selection control 901, a confirmation control 902, and a cancel control 903, and a user can select a corresponding function button by clicking the function selection control 901, and then click the confirmation control 902 to complete removing the corresponding function button, so that the terminal can add and display a second function button in the second display area.
In a possible implementation manner, when the number of function buttons included in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold, that is, the number has reached the preset number threshold, the terminal may remove the function button added with the earliest time from among the function buttons existing in the second display area. Optionally, the terminal may record the time node of adding the function button in the second display area, to obtain the adding time of each function button in the second display area, and when the number of the function buttons in the second display area has reached the preset number threshold, the terminal may select the function button with the earliest adding time according to the recorded adding time to remove, so that the terminal may add and display the second function button in the second display area. The preset number threshold may be set in the terminal in advance by a program developer or an operation and maintenance person. Optionally, the number of the function buttons added in the second display area may not be limited by the number threshold, and the user may add any number of function buttons in the second display area.
In another possible implementation manner, when the number of the function buttons included in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold, that is, the number has reached the preset number threshold, the terminal may further merge and collect the corresponding function buttons with similar functions in the second display area.
Alternatively, the function similarity may be the same function type, that is, the terminal may classify the function buttons added to the second display area according to functions, such as: when the number of the function buttons contained in the second display area reaches a preset number threshold value, and a user adds second function buttons to the second display area, the terminal can select one function button with the same function type as the second function button added by the user from the existing function buttons in the second display area, establish a combined collection frame by the two function buttons, and add the combined collection frame to the position of the function button selected by the terminal and with the same function type as the second function button. Or, the terminal may also establish a merged collection frame for the second function button and function buttons of the same type in the existing function buttons in the second display area, and add the function buttons of the same type to the corresponding merged collection frame.
Refer to fig. 10, which illustrates an interface diagram after the function buttons of the same type are merged and collected according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 10, a first display area 1001, a second display area 1002, a first function button 1003, a second function button 1004, and a merge collection box 1005 are included. The user may add the first function button 1003 of the first display area 1001 to the second display area 1002 for display through the above steps, but the number of function buttons included in the second display area 1002 has reached the preset number threshold, at this time, the terminal may determine one function button of the same function type as the first function button 1002 in the second display area 1002, create a merged collection frame 1005 for the two, and add and display the second function button 1004 and the function button of the same function type to the merged collection frame 1005.
Optionally, the terminal may also select two function buttons with the same function type from existing function buttons in the second display area to establish a merged storing frame, and add the function buttons with the same function type to the corresponding merged storing frame, so that the number of the function buttons included in the second display area is reduced to be less than the preset number, and then add the second function button to the second display area, where the manner of adding and displaying the function buttons to the second display area is similar to that in the above steps.
The present disclosure does not limit the manner in which the function buttons of the second display area are divided by function type by the terminal, and how to select one function button having the same function type as the second function button added by the user. And the various preset adding modes can be preset in the terminal by a program developer or an operation and maintenance person.
In summary, the display screen of the terminal includes a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is disposed on the front side or the back side of the terminal, and when the second display area is disposed on the side of the terminal, the first display area receives a first operation executed for a first function button, and according to the first operation, the second function button is additionally displayed in the second display area; the first function button and the second function button are used for triggering the same function, and the function buttons in the terminal side display area can be added independently, so that the utilization rate of the terminal side display area is expanded.
In a possible implementation manner, the first display area of the terminal is arranged on the front surface, the second display area is arranged on the side surface of the front surface, and the third display area is arranged on the other side surface. Referring to fig. 11, a flowchart of a method for displaying function buttons according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. The method may be performed by a terminal as shown in fig. 1 above, and as shown in fig. 11, the method may include the steps of:
in step 1101, a first operation performed with respect to a first function button is received in a first display area.
In step 1102, a second function button is added to the second display area in a preset addition manner according to the first operation.
Wherein the first function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
Here, the execution details of steps 1101 to 1102 are similar to the execution details of steps 301 to 302 in the above embodiment, and are not repeated here.
In step 1103, when the third function button is present within the third display area, the third function button is removed from within the third display area.
Wherein the third function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
In a possible implementation manner, the third function button may be a function button added to the third display area by the user through steps 301 to 302 in the foregoing embodiment, please refer to fig. 12, which shows an interface diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure for additionally displaying the second function button in the second display area. As shown in fig. 12(a), a first display area 1201, a second display area 1202, a third display area 1203, and a third function button 1204 are included. As shown in fig. 12(b), a dashed line 1205, a second functionality control 1206, is included. The user may add the first function button in the setting interface shown in the first display area 1201 to the second display area 1202 through the steps of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, at this time, when the third function button 1204 exists in the third display area, the terminal may remove the third function button 1204 in the third display area 1203 (as shown by a dotted line 1205 in fig. 12 (b)), and in the second display area 1202, add and display the second function button 1206. The dotted line 1205 in this embodiment merely represents that the terminal has removed the third function button 1204 from the third display area 1203, and the display area of the actual terminal does not exist.
Optionally, in response to the triggering operation of the second function button, the function corresponding to the second function button is started.
The terminal can respond to the triggering operation of the user on the second function button and start the function corresponding to the second function button. For example, the second function button is a photographing button, and when the user uses the terminal, the photographing function of the terminal can be started by clicking the photographing button in the second display area.
In a possible implementation manner, a merged favorite frame exists in a second display area in the terminal, the terminal may respond to a click operation of a user on the merged favorite frame and display a merged favorite frame interface, the merged favorite frame interface includes at least two function buttons with similar functions, and the terminal may further respond to a trigger operation of the user on a corresponding second function button in the merged favorite frame and start a function corresponding to the second function button. Please refer to fig. 13, which illustrates an interface diagram of a merge favorites box interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 13, a second display interface 1301, a combined collection frame interface 1302, and a second function button 1303 are included, and a user may click the corresponding second function button 1303, and start a function corresponding to the second function button 1303 in the terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, the first display area in the terminal is not activated, and the user may separately activate the second display area and perform a corresponding trigger operation in the second display area, so that the terminal may respond to the trigger operation of the second function button and may also start the function corresponding to the second function button. Alternatively, the user may separately activate the third display area, execute the triggering operation on the third function button in the third display area, and enable the terminal to start the function corresponding to the third function button in response to the triggering operation on the third function button.
In step 1104, a second operation performed with respect to a second function button is received in a second display area.
In step 1105, the second function button is removed from the second display area according to the second operation.
In one possible implementation, the second operation may be: the touch sliding operation is executed from the position of the second function button, and the sliding distance of the touch sliding operation in the first display area is larger than a second distance threshold;
for example, please refer to fig. 14, which shows an interface schematic diagram of a sliding operation interface according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 14, a first display area 1401, a second display area 1402, a third display area 1403, a second function button 1404, a slide operation start position 1405 and a slide operation end position 1406 are included, wherein the slide operation start position 1405 is located at the second function button, and the slide operation end position 1406 is located in the first display area 1402. The user may touch-slide the second function button 1404 from the slide operation start position 1405 to the slide operation end position 1406, at which point the terminal may acquire that the second operation is a touch-slide operation that is started to be performed at a position where the second function button is located, and acquire a slide distance of the touch-slide operation within the first display area, and the slide distance is greater than the first distance threshold, and such a touch-slide operation may belong to one of the first operations. The second distance threshold may be set in the terminal in advance by a program developer or an operation and maintenance person.
In one possible implementation, the second operation may be: and the touch operation is executed at the position of the second function button, and the continuous touch time length of the second operation is longer than the second time length. For example, the second duration is 4 seconds, when the user continuously touches the location of the second function button for 5 seconds, the terminal may obtain that the duration of the continuous touch is 5 seconds, compare the duration with the second duration, and determine that the duration of the continuous touch is greater than the second duration. The second time length may be set in the terminal in advance by a program developer or an operation and maintenance person.
In the above steps, the series of operations performed on the second function button in the second display area may correspond to the operation of the second function button in the collection box in the second display area. In addition, the operation of the third function button in the third display area may be corresponded. For example, the operation of adding the third function button in the third display area may be similar to the operation of adding the second function button in the second display area, and so on, and the execution details in the third display area may refer to the execution details of this embodiment, and are not described here again.
Optionally, in the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the display screen may further include a fourth display area, and the fourth display area may be disposed on the back side of the terminal. Similarly, the user may perform an operation similar to the first display area in the fourth display area, for example, a setting interface is displayed in the fourth display area, and a second function button is added to the second display area through the setting interface of the fourth display area, and the execution details thereof may also refer to the execution details of this embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In summary, the display screen of the terminal includes a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is disposed on the front side or the back side of the terminal, and when the second display area is disposed on the side of the terminal, the first display area receives a first operation executed for a first function button, and according to the first operation, the second function button is additionally displayed in the second display area; the first function button and the second function button are used for triggering the same function, and the function buttons in the terminal side display area can be added independently, so that the utilization rate of the terminal side display area is expanded.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 15, a block diagram of a function button display device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, as shown in fig. 15, the function button display device may implement part or all of the terminal in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1 through software, hardware or a combination of the two, so as to execute the steps executed by the terminal in any one of the embodiments shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 or fig. 11. The function button display device may include:
a first receiving module 1501, configured to receive, in the first display area, a first operation performed on a first function button;
an adding module 1502, configured to add and display a second function button in the second display area according to the first operation; the first function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
Optionally, the first operation includes at least one of:
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the first function button, wherein the end position of the touch sliding operation is in the second display area;

It should be noted that, when the apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment implements the functions thereof, only the division of the above functional modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to actual needs, that is, the content structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a function button display device, which can implement all or part of the steps executed by the terminal in the above embodiments shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, or fig. 11 of the present disclosure, and the function button display device includes: a processor, a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;

The above mainly takes the terminal as an example, and introduces the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. It is understood that the terminal includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions in order to implement the above-described functions. The disclosed embodiments can be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software, in conjunction with the exemplary modules and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed in the disclosure. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram illustrating a display apparatus for function buttons according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1600 may be provided as a terminal. Referring to fig. 16, device 1600 includes processing component 1622, which further includes one or more processors and memory resources represented by memory 1632 for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by processing component 1622. The application programs stored in memory 1632 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1622 is configured to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps performed by the terminal in the functional button display method described above.
The apparatus 1600 may also include a power component 1626 configured to perform power management for the apparatus 1600, a wired or wireless network interface 1650 configured to connect the apparatus 1600 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1638. The apparatus 1600 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 1632, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that, in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described in embodiments of the disclosure may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for the terminal, which includes a program designed to execute the method for displaying the function buttons.

Claims (16)

1. A method for displaying function buttons is characterized in that the method is applied to a terminal comprising a display screen, the display screen comprises a first display area, a second display area and a third display area, the first display area is arranged on the front surface or the back surface of the terminal, the second display area is arranged on the side surface of the terminal, and the third display area is arranged on the other side surface of the terminal; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first operation for a first function button in the first display area;
detecting the number of function buttons contained in the second display area;
responding to the fact that the number of the function buttons is smaller than a preset number threshold value, and according to the first operation, adding and displaying second function buttons in the second display area; the first function button and the second function button are used for triggering the same function;
when the first operation is received and a third function button exists in the third display area, removing the third function button from the third display area; wherein the third function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first operation comprises at least one of:
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the first function button, wherein the end position of the touch sliding operation is in the second display area;
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the first function button, wherein the sliding direction of the touch sliding operation is a direction pointing to the second display area, and the sliding distance of the touch sliding operation is greater than a first distance threshold;
the touch operation is executed at the position of the first function button, and the continuous touch duration of the touch operation is longer than a first duration;
and clicking an adding control corresponding to the first function button.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the additionally displaying a second function button in the second display area according to the first operation comprises:
and adding the second function button to the second display area according to the first operation in a preset adding mode.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
when the number of the function buttons contained in the second display area is not less than the preset number threshold, displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that part of the existing function buttons are removed from the second display area;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the number of the function buttons contained in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold, removing the function button with the earliest adding time from the existing function buttons in the second display area;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the number of the function buttons contained in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold, merging and collecting the corresponding function buttons with similar functions in the second display area.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and responding to the triggering operation of the second function button, and starting the function corresponding to the second function button.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
receiving a second operation performed for the second function button in the second display area;
removing the second function button from the second display area according to the second operation.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the second operation comprises at least one of:
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the second function button, wherein the sliding distance of the touch sliding operation in the first display area is greater than a second distance threshold;
and touch operation is executed at the position of the second function button, and the continuous touch duration of the touch operation is longer than a second duration.
8. A function button display device is characterized in that the device is used in a terminal comprising a display screen, wherein the display screen comprises a first display area, a second display area and a third display area, the first display area is arranged on the front surface or the back surface of the terminal, the second display area is arranged on the side surface of the terminal, and the third display area is arranged on the other side surface of the terminal; the device comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first operation executed aiming at a first function button in the first display area;
the adding module is used for detecting the number of the function buttons contained in the second display area; responding to the fact that the number of the function buttons is smaller than a preset number threshold value, and according to the first operation, adding and displaying second function buttons in the second display area; the first function button and the second function button are used for triggering the same function;
a second removing module, configured to remove a third function button from the third display area when the first receiving module receives the first operation and the third display area has the third function button; wherein the third function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first operation comprises at least one of:
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the first function button, wherein the end position of the touch sliding operation is in the second display area;
starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the first function button, wherein the sliding direction of the touch sliding operation is a direction pointing to the second display area, and the sliding distance of the touch sliding operation is greater than a first distance threshold;
the touch operation is executed at the position of the first function button, and the continuous touch duration of the touch operation is longer than a first duration;
and clicking an adding control corresponding to the first function button.
10. The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the adding module, in particular for,
and adding the second function button to the second display area according to the first operation in a preset adding mode.
11. The apparatus of any one of claims 8 to 10, further comprising: the second display module, the first removal module or the combined collection module;
the second display module is configured to, before the adding module adds and displays a second function button in the second display area, display prompt information when the number of the function buttons included in the second display area is not less than the preset number threshold, where the prompt information is used to prompt that part of existing function buttons are removed from the second display area;
the first removing module is configured to, before the adding module additionally displays the second function button in the second display area, remove, when the number of function buttons included in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold, a function button with the earliest adding time from among function buttons existing in the second display area;
the merging and collecting module is configured to merge and collect corresponding function buttons with similar functions in the second display area when the number of the function buttons included in the second display area is not less than a preset number threshold before the adding module additionally displays the second function button in the second display area.
12. The apparatus of any one of claims 8 to 10, further comprising:

starting to execute touch sliding operation from the position of the second function button, wherein the sliding distance of the touch sliding operation in the first display area is greater than a second distance threshold;

when the first operation is received and a third function button exists in the third display area, removing the third function button from the third display area; wherein the third function button and the second function button are used to trigger the same function.
