技术领域
本发明涉及一种笔型鼠标,特别是有关一种无论使用者如何握持笔型鼠标都能输出正确坐标信息的笔型鼠标。
背景技术
传统光学笔型鼠标利用设置在笔头的光学导航芯片读取笔头在参考平面的移动轨迹,然后将移动轨迹传送到外部电子装置进行运算并显示在屏幕上。光学导航芯片通常以正规朝外的方式设置在笔头;光学笔型鼠标被操作用来写字或划线时,光学笔型鼠标的笔管并非垂直指向参考平面,因此光学导航芯片会相对参考平面产生些微歪斜。如用户操作光学笔型鼠标在参考平面划设水平直线,在屏幕上会显示偏斜的线条,不会是完全对应的水平线条。
为了解决此问题,传统光学笔型鼠标便将光学导航芯片以偏斜方式设置在笔头内,企图克服上述实际绘制线条与数字显示图像不一致的缺点。但是,握持光学笔型鼠标的姿势与角度会随不同使用者的手掌大小及书写习惯、环境而有所变化,以硬件设计来修正笔迹歪斜(意即实际划设线条与屏幕显示数字线条不一致)的传统解决方式并不能有效地克服此缺点。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种无论使用者如何握持笔型鼠标都能输出正确坐标信息的笔型鼠标。
本发明进一步公开一种笔型鼠标,该笔型鼠标包括壳体、可旋转致动器、光传感器以及处理器。该可旋转致动器沿着该壳体的结构纵向方向与结构横向方向以可活动方式设置在该壳体内。该光传感器用来侦测该可旋转致动器的表面反射。该处理器电连接该光传感器,该处理器分析该表面反射以运算出该可旋转致动器的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化。
本发明进一步公开当外力施加于该可旋转致动器时,该可旋转致动器沿着该结构纵向方向移动,当该笔型鼠标沿着参考平面移动时,该可旋转致动器沿着该结构横向方向移动。该可旋转致动器包括承载件以及滚动件,该承载件固定在该壳体内,该滚动件以松配合方式设置在该承载件内。该滚动件以可活动方式在该承载件的第一位置以及第二位置之间移动,并且该滚动件以可旋转方式定位在该第一位置。该滚动件以可旋转方式定位在该第二位置。
本发明进一步公开该可旋转致动器进一步包括弹性组件,设置在该承载件以及该滚动件之间,该弹性组件的弹性恢复力用来驱动该滚动件从该第二位置移到该第一位置。该光传感器侦测该滚动件的位置变化,该处理器根据该位置变化的分析结果以非连续方式调整该笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。或者,该光传感器侦测该光传感器与该滚动件之间的距离,该处理器根据该距离的分析结果以连续方式调整该笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。
本发明进一步公开该笔型鼠标进一步包括记忆模块,电连接该处理器,该记忆模块储存该可旋转致动器的预设轨迹信息。该预设轨迹信息为该可旋转致动器的该转动方向、该转动角度与该深度变化。该处理器将该可旋转致动器产生的实时轨迹相比于该预设轨迹信息,进行生物特征辨识。
本发明的笔型鼠标利用可旋转致动器侦测笔型鼠标相对于参考平面的移动。使用者操作笔型鼠标时,笔型鼠标常会因握持姿势而倾斜,但无论笔型鼠标的倾斜角度为何,本发明笔型鼠标的可旋转致动器侦测所得的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化皆能正确反映使用者操作笔型鼠标绘制出的真实轨迹信息。转动方向与转动角度的信息可转换为笔型鼠标的移动轨迹,深度变化的信息可转换为笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。因此,本发明分析可旋转致动器的特征变动以生成鼠标轨迹的坐标信息,并且利用搭配弹性组件的活动式滚动件提供压力侦测功能,不需配置额外的压力传感器。本发明的光传感器用来侦测可旋转致动器的表面反射,而非侦测参考平面上的特征点变化。可旋转致动器的转动信息能够直接且正确地转换为笔型鼠标的真实移动轨迹,不需额外的补偿或修正运算,因此本发明的笔型鼠标具有握持方便及操作简单的优点。

请参阅图1与图2。图1为本发明实施例的笔型鼠标10的功能方块图,图2为本发明实施例的笔型鼠标10的示意图。笔型鼠标10可包括壳体12、可旋转致动器14、光传感器16、记忆模块18以及处理器20。壳体12用来容置笔型鼠标10的各式结构组件。可旋转致动器14能够沿着壳体12的结构纵向方向D1以及结构横向方向D2相对壳体12移动。处理器20可电连接光传感器16以及记忆模块18。光传感器16可侦测可旋转致动器14的表面反射,而处理器20可分析表面反射,并且相应运算可旋转致动器14的特征变动以决定笔型鼠标10的轨迹。记忆模块18能够储存可旋转致动器14的预设轨迹信息,用来比对于实际侦测轨迹。
可旋转致动器14可包括承载件22、滚动件24以及弹性组件26。承载件22可固定在壳体12内。滚动件24可为球体或类似形状的结构体,并且以松配合方式设置在承载件22。弹性组件26可设置在承载件22与滚动件24之间,弹性组件26的弹性恢复力用来驱使滚动件24得以相对承载件22移动。承载件22可能部份突出于壳体12,滚动件24可活动地设置在承载件22以作为笔型鼠标10的笔尖。或者,承载件22也可能隐藏在壳体12内,滚动件24活动设置在承载件22内并且部份突出于壳体12,作为笔型鼠标10的笔尖。
请参阅图2与图3。图3为图2所示笔型鼠标10在另一操作状况下的示意图。可旋转致动器14能够沿着壳体12的结构纵向方向D1与结构横向方向D2进行移动。当笔型鼠标10接触参考平面(没有绘制在附图)时,滚动件24沿着结构纵向方向D1相对于承载件22移动的行为能反映出外力施加在可旋转致动器14的使用状态。举例来说,如图2所示,使用者手持笔型鼠标10轻微地绘制线条时,滚动件24的大部分结构会突出于壳体12;如图3所示,使用者手持笔型鼠标10用力绘制线条时,虽然仍有部份的滚动件24突出壳体12外,但大部分的滚动件24会因受压而沿着结构纵向方向D1移动,隐藏进入壳体12内。
请参阅图2与图4。图4为图2所示笔型鼠标10在又一操作状况下的示意图。当笔型鼠标10沿着参考平面来回移动时,滚动件24因摩擦力而沿着结构横向方向D2相对参考平面滚动。举例来说,当笔型鼠标从参考平面的左方移到右方,滚动件24上的特征点A或图纹可沿着顺时针方向旋转,意即得解读为滚动件24沿着结构横向方向D2在参考平面上滚动,故光传感器16可侦测表面反射(例如滚动件24上特征点A或图纹的移动)以运算出可旋转致动器14的特征变动,进而取得笔型鼠标10的轨迹。
特征变动通常为可旋转致动器14的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化等信息,然实际应用不限于此。可旋转致动器14的转动方向可用来表示笔型鼠标10相对于参考平面的移动方向,可旋转致动器14的转动角度可用来表示笔型鼠标10相对于参考平面的移动距离,可旋转致动器14的深度变化可用来表示施加在笔型鼠标10的外力量值。滚动件24可在承载件22的第一位置(如图2所示)与第二位置(如图3所示)之间来回移动。位于第一位置的滚动件24可相对承载件22旋转以生成转动方向和转动角度的变化,意即使用者可操作笔型鼠标10清柔地绘制线条或书写文字。位于第一位置与第二位置之间的滚动件24也能相对承载件22旋转,意即使用者能以略重手法绘制线条或书写文字。位于第二位置的滚动件24则为可旋转状态或不可旋转状态,意即使用者重压笔型鼠标10可能表示为加粗线条或进行点击、或是以粗体书写文字。
当施加在笔型鼠标10的外力减弱或移除、或是笔型鼠标10分离于参考平面时,弹性组件26的弹性恢复力可驱使滚动件24从第二位置回复到第一位置。弹性组件26优选地可设计为压缩弹簧或扭转弹簧(没有绘制在附图)。在本发明的可能实施态样中,只要能帮助滚动件24进行复位的任意机构或构件都能用来作为弹性组件26。本发明的其它实施态样进一步还能移除弹性组件,笔型鼠标10不具有弹性组件时,滚动件24能够利用自身重力而从第二位置回复到第一位置。
在本发明的设计中,滚动件24的位置改变可用来表示施加在笔型鼠标10的压力变化量。笔型鼠标10可判断滚动件24停留在那一个特定位置而对应调整笔型鼠标10的轨迹宽度,此特定位置可为前述的第一位置与第二位置、或是第一位置与第二位置之间的任意位置。举例来说,光传感器16侦测到滚动件24位于第一位置时,处理器20可将笔型鼠标10的轨迹宽度调整为第一宽度;光传感器16侦测到滚动件24位于第二位置时,处理器20则将笔型鼠标10的轨迹宽度调整为大于第一宽度的第二宽度。因此,处理器20可分析滚动件24的位置切换,以非连续方式调整笔型鼠标10的轨迹宽度,意即预设的第一宽度及第二宽度、或第一宽度与第二宽度之间的预设宽度值。除此之外,光传感器16还可以侦测并且运算光传感器16与滚动件24之间的距离,处理器20分析距离并将其直接转换为轨迹宽度的变化,意即处理器20以连续方式调整笔型鼠标10的轨迹宽度,如第一宽度与第二宽度、及其之间的任意宽度值。特别一提的是,笔型鼠标10可根据特征点A的尺寸改变、或光传感器16所输出光信号的反射时间长度来判断滚动件24的位置变化以及光传感器16与滚动件24之间的距离。
记忆模块18能够储存可旋转致动器14的预设轨迹信息,例如预设轨迹信息可能是使用者签名笔迹所对应各线条的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化。当使用者操作笔型鼠标10绘制出实时轨迹,处理器20可将可旋转致动器14产生的实时轨迹相比于预设轨迹信息,进行生物特征辨识。若实时轨迹符合预设轨迹信息,使用者被认为是经授权的操作者,笔型鼠标10可解锁其应用程序供经授权操作者使用;若实时轨迹不符预设轨迹信息,使用者被认为是不具授权资格的操作者,笔型鼠标10锁住应用程序或输出警告信息,避免遭到盗用。
综上所述,本发明的笔型鼠标利用可旋转致动器侦测笔型鼠标相对于参考平面的移动。使用者操作笔型鼠标时,笔型鼠标常会因握持姿势而倾斜,但无论笔型鼠标的倾斜角度为何,本发明笔型鼠标的可旋转致动器侦测所得的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化皆能正确反映使用者操作笔型鼠标绘制出的真实轨迹信息。转动方向与转动角度的信息可转换为笔型鼠标的移动轨迹,深度变化的信息可转换为笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。因此,本发明分析可旋转致动器的特征变动以生成鼠标轨迹的坐标信息,并且利用搭配弹性组件的活动式滚动件提供压力侦测功能,不需配置额外的压力传感器。相比于先前技术,本发明的光传感器用来侦测可旋转致动器的表面反射,而非侦测参考平面上的特征点变化;可旋转致动器的转动信息能够直接且正确地转换为笔型鼠标的真实移动轨迹,不需额外的补偿或修正运算,因此本发明的笔型鼠标具有握持方便及操作简单的优点。

1.一种笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该笔型鼠标包括:
壳体;
可旋转致动器,沿着该壳体的结构纵向方向与结构横向方向以可活动方式设置在该壳体内;
光传感器,用来侦测该可旋转致动器的表面反射;以及
处理器,电连接该光传感器,该处理器分析该表面反射以运算出该可旋转致动器的转动方向、转动角度与深度变化。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,当外力施加于该可旋转致动器时,该可旋转致动器沿着该结构纵向方向移动,当该笔型鼠标沿着参考平面移动时,该可旋转致动器沿着该结构横向方向移动。

7.如权利要求3所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该光传感器侦测该滚动件的位置变化,该处理器根据该位置变化的分析结果以非连续方式调整该笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。
8.如权利要求3所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该光传感器侦测该光传感器与该滚动件之间的距离,该处理器根据该距离的分析结果以连续方式调整该笔型鼠标的轨迹宽度。
9.如权利要求1所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该笔型鼠标进一步包括记忆模块,电连接该处理器,该记忆模块储存该可旋转致动器的预设轨迹信息。
10.如权利要求9所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该预设轨迹信息为该可旋转致动器的该转动方向、该转动角度与该深度变化。
11.如权利要求9所述的笔型鼠标,其特征在于,该处理器将该可旋转致动器产生的实时轨迹相比于该预设轨迹信息,进行生物特征辨识。
