FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an implementation of detecting contactor or relay voltage attributes.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the amplifier circuit of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the filter circuit according to the present invention.
In the figure: 1. the device comprises a low-voltage device to be tested, 2, an infrared heat sensor, 3, a signal generator, 4, an amplifying circuit, 5, a filter circuit, 6 and an amplitude discriminator.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in the method for detecting a low voltage apparatus of the present invention, an infrared thermal sensor is an infrared thermal sensor with a model number of scobo SM8700, a signal generator with a model number of a common source DG1022Z is selected as the signal generator, and a delazey JD36 is selected as the amplitude discriminator; the amplifying circuit is divided into three stages as shown in fig. 2, wherein the first stage adopts a common-collector amplifying circuit, the second stage adopts a common-emitter amplifying circuit, and the third stage adopts a common-collector amplifying circuit; the filter circuit adopts an RC filter circuit as shown in figure 3 to filter out interference signals.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, coils of a to-be-detected low-voltage device 1 which cannot be distinguished in type are connected in series into a circuit, a signal generator 3 is adopted to actively send out a detection signal with a certain frequency, the initial frequency is set to be 2Hz, the duration time of the signal is about 5s, according to different types of devices, the detection signal has different heat productivity, an infrared heat sensor 2 is selected to convert detected weak heat into an electric signal, a collected signal is amplified and filtered, an amplifying circuit 4 adopts a three-stage amplifying circuit, a low-pass filter is adopted by the filtering circuit 5 to filter noise, the processed signal is introduced into an amplitude discriminator, and the amplitude discriminator 6 mainly discriminates the amplitude of a direct current or pulse signal. When amplitude discrimination is performed on a direct current signal, detection processing is generally performed first, and then amplitude discrimination is performed. The amplitude discriminator consists of a voltage comparison link and a switch circuit, and the two parts are often in the same circuit; the amplitude detector provides a reference voltage which is substantially independent of fluctuations in the supply voltage or ambient temperature, whereby the reference voltage and the relevant part constitute the threshold voltage of the amplitude detector. The amplitude discriminator adopts a voltage comparator consisting of integrated operational amplifiers. The alternating current contactor or the relay electromagnetic core has eddy current, the heating value is large, the heat generation is fast, the judgment of the contactor and the relay voltage attribute is completed according to the level output by the output end, the output high level voltage attribute is alternating current, and the output low level voltage attribute is direct current.
The main difference between the ac contactor and the dc contactor is that the electromagnetic core of the ac contactor has eddy current on the iron core and the coil, so that the electromagnetic core is made into a sheet and is overlapped together. The zero-crossing moment prevents electromagnetic release, and the electromagnetic iron core is provided with a short-circuit ring, so that the number of turns of the coil is small, the current is large, and the wire diameter is thick. The electromagnetic iron core of the direct current contactor is an integral iron core, the coil is slender, and the number of turns is extremely large. If the AC contactor and the DC contactor are connected in a wrong way, the coil can be burnt due to overheating.
All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. While the invention has been shown and described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
