Description

Control method and control device of water heater system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water heaters, in particular to a control method and a control device of a water heater system.
Background
At present, the standard of the cross section area of the household wire of a commodity house sold in the market specified by the state is 6-10 square millimeters. According to the fact that the voltage of a service wire is generally 220-50 Hz of single-phase alternating current, calculation is carried out according to normal safety electricity utilization specifications, and the safe current-carrying capacity of a 4-square-millimeter copper power line is as follows: 35A, the maximum safe use power of which is 7.7 kw; safe current-carrying capacity of 6 square millimeter copper power cord: 48A, the maximum safe use power of which is 10kw, the safe current capacity of a 10 square millimeter copper power line: 65A, the maximum safe use power of which is 15 kw. The indoor concealed installation wire has poor heat dissipation effect, so that the actual power is reduced.
At present, a common household can use more than one high-power electric appliance, such as an air conditioner, a heater, an electric water heater, an electric rice cooker and the like, and particularly, under the environment of low weather and temperature, the phenomenon that a plurality of high-power electric appliances are used simultaneously exists, the phenomena that the electric appliances cannot be normally used, a switch trips, a circuit generates heat and the like easily occur under the condition, and the hidden danger of fire hazard and other risks easily exists.
In the prior art, the maximum power of an instant electric water heater sold in the market is generally 6-9 kw, and as the temperature of tap water is low under a low-temperature environment condition, in order to enable the output water temperature and water flow to meet the requirement of a user for bathing, the instant electric water heater usually works under the maximum power condition to meet the heating requirement, and the power supply power of a circuit basically reaches or exceeds the maximum design power load of a building under the condition. Once the maximum designed electric load is exceeded, the line loss of the power supply circuit is increased, the line generates heat, the voltage of the electric appliance end becomes low, the actual output power of the electric appliance cannot reach the designed and set power, and the output water temperature and water flow cannot meet the use requirements of users, so that the maximum problem that the instant electric water heater cannot be generally accepted by the users is solved.
In order to prevent personal injury caused by electric leakage to guarantee electricity utilization safety, the state requires that high-power electric appliances (particularly water heater type electric appliances) are connected with an electric leakage detection switch in series at a power supply end, each electric leakage switch is provided with a test electric leakage test button, and a text prompt instruction is provided on the test electric leakage test button to suggest that a user presses once a month to detect whether an electric leakage detection function normally works, but most users do not have the habit of testing the electric leakage detection function monthly or regularly, and when the electric leakage detection switch fails to realize related functions, hidden risks are easily caused or actual injury is brought to the user. Based on this, the electric water heater cannot be generally accepted by users. Meanwhile, the electric appliances have the problems of large power consumption and high use cost, and users are easy to feel frightened or worry about.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment of the present invention:
referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of a water heater system, where the water heater system (application number: 2019222069784, see the following third embodiment) is composed of a controller, a water heater heating component, a heat preservation type water storage tank, a water channel pipe arranged between the water heater heating component and the heat preservation type water storage tank, and a plurality of valves; the control method is executed by a controller and comprises the following steps:
s1, when the water heater system is started, sending a first control signal to the electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to be powered on, and acquiring an output signal of the zero sequence current transformer in real time; the zero sequence current transformer is arranged on a connecting circuit between a power supply and a power receiving circuit of the controller;
s2, judging whether the output signal meets the preset leakage protection triggering condition, if not, sending a first control signal to the electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to keep a conducting state, and if so, sending a second control signal to the electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to cut off the power supply;
in this embodiment, the leakage detection and control circuit is designed in the circuit board of the controller, and is composed of a zero sequence current transformer, a detection and electromagnetic trip circuit, a power supply loop switch, a leakage test loop, and the like, wherein the working principle is as follows:
because the live wire and the zero line in the power utilization circuit penetrate through the zero sequence current transformer in the same direction, when the current of the power utilization circuit passes through the zero sequence current transformer, no electric signal is output from a secondary coil of the zero sequence current transformer, and the detection and tripping circuit does not work, which indicates that the power supply is normal; when the current of the live wire passes through the zero sequence current transformer and the zero line (or the second and third live wires) does not pass through the zero sequence current transformer, the secondary coil of the zero sequence current transformer generates an electric signal and sends the electric signal to the detection and electromagnetic trip circuit to work, so that the power supply loop switch is disconnected, and the safety of the electric water heater and the circuit is further ensured.
In the prior art, in order to ensure that an electric leakage switch can work effectively, a path of electric leakage test loop switch is usually added in a related circuit, a power supply loop passing through a zero sequence current transformer is unbalanced by manually pressing an experimental switch, so that a secondary side of the zero sequence current transformer generates an electric signal and executes tripping action, and whether the state of the electric leakage test loop is normal or not is verified. Even electric leakage switch can normally work like this, normally works when the electric leakage takes place, all need carry out artificial operation at every turn and resume the power supply, and most personnel have fear psychology and dare not to operate, because can't carry out remote control operation, use to have a great deal of inconvenience. Based on the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention designs the following control method:
s3, in a preset interval period, sending a third control signal to the electric leakage simulation circuit to start an electric leakage simulation test function;
and S4, when the electric leakage simulation test function operates, judging whether the preset electric leakage function abnormal condition is met according to the output signal of the zero sequence current transformer and the working state of the electric control switch, and if so, controlling the electric control switch to cut off the power supply and start the electric leakage alarm function.
In this embodiment, in order to improve and ensure that the leakage switch is in an effective state in real time, even if a problem occurs, the power supply can be cut off in time, the leakage simulation test can be remotely performed, the power supply can be reset and recovered, the reliability of the leakage circuit can be verified in a certain idle time period within a specified period, and if an abnormal condition occurs, the power supply can be cut off and a user can be reminded to repair the leakage circuit.
The leakage switch in the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of an electric control switch (the electric control switch includes, but is not limited to, an electromagnetic relay, a solid-state relay, a thyristor, an electric control off-port and reset structure, etc. to implement breaking and resetting in an electric control manner), a zero-sequence current transformer, an electric control leakage test and load circuit, a power supply source not controlled by the electric control switch, a controller MCU, an input module, a remote control module, etc.
When the external power supply is connected, the power supply which is not controlled by the electric control switch supplies power to the controller MCU, at the moment, the controller MCU sends a first control signal to enable the electric control switch to work and close and conduct the power supply circuit, the live wire and the related loop supply power to the power receiving circuit after passing through the zero sequence current transformer in a balanced mode, at the moment, no electric signal is sent out from a secondary coil of the zero sequence current transformer, and the controller MCU continues to send the first control signal to enable the electric control switch to keep in a conducting state.
When the current of the power supply loop passing through the zero sequence current transformer is inconsistent, a secondary coil of the zero sequence current transformer generates an electric signal, the electric signal is processed and transmitted to the controller MCU, at the moment, the controller MCU immediately transmits a signal for disconnecting the electric control switch to the electric control switch, the power supply of the circuit passing through the zero sequence current transformer is cut off, the electric appliance and a user are protected, the electric leakage experiment circuit can be set to simulate the occurrence of electric leakage phenomenon in a certain period (the period is the time, hour, day, week, month, quarter, year and the like when being used every time) or a remote control mode can be set in a data input mode, the circuit current passing through the zero sequence current transformer is unbalanced, the electric signal generated by the secondary coil is transmitted to the controller MCU, at the moment, the controller MCU immediately transmits a second control signal for disconnecting the electric control switch to the electric control switch, and the power supply of the circuit passing through the zero sequence current transformer is cut off, the use of the electric appliance and the user are protected. It should be noted that the leakage experiment circuit is composed of a single chip microcomputer and a switch, when the leakage experiment circuit receives a control signal of the controller MCU, the single chip microcomputer controls the switch to switch on the leakage test circuit, so that the load is connected with the zero sequence current transformer, the live line and the zero line, and thus the loop current passing through the zero sequence current transformer is unbalanced, and the secondary coil generates an electrical signal to be sent to the controller MCU.
After the experiment simulation verifies that the work of the electric leakage switch is normal for a period of time, the controller MCU continues to send a control signal to keep the electric control switch on and continue to supply power to the electric appliance, and if the work of the electric leakage switch is in an abnormal state, the controller MCU stops sending a switch signal to the electric control switch and sends out an alarm sound at the same time or informs a user that the electric leakage switch is in a fault state in other modes.
The water heater system is improved based on the embodiment, the plurality of valve pieces comprise a cold and hot water mixing regulating valve, the first end of the cold and hot water mixing regulating valve is connected with the water inlet end of tap water, the second end of the cold and hot water mixing regulating valve is connected with the water outlet end of the heat preservation type water storage tank, and the third end of the cold and hot water mixing regulating valve is connected with the water inlet end of the heating component of the water heater;
correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the design method further includes:
s5, acquiring power supply voltage in real time when the hot water mode is operated;
and S6, when the power supply voltage meets the preset mixed water adjusting condition, sending a fourth control signal to the cold and hot water mixing adjusting valve so that the cold and hot water mixing adjusting valve adjusts the supply proportion between tap water and hot water of the heat preservation type water storage tank.
For example, for convenience of understanding, the present embodiment uses a related conversion formula, for example, an instantaneous electric water heater with a supply voltage AC of 220V to 8kw, in the case of 100% full power operation:
8kw by 90% (line loss etc.) 7.2kw (effective electrothermal conversion power),
7.2kw × 0.86 (electrothermal conversion rate: large card/kw) ═ 6192 large card,
6192 kcal/60 min 103.2 kcal/min,
103.2/5L (flow) 20.64 kcal (1 kcal is needed for 1 degree rise of 1L water);
based on this, the water temperature can be raised by 20 degrees at 8kw full power for a flow of 5 litres. One of the working conditions is as follows: the temperature of tap water (water inlet temperature) is 20 ℃, when the temperature of hot water outlet is set to be 40 ℃, the effective 40-degree hot water outlet temperature requirement can be met under the condition that the water heater works at full load, and when a built-in voltage detection circuit of the instant electric water heater detects that the voltage of a power supply circuit is stabilized near a calibrated voltage value in the working process, the safety of related circuits and the normal work of other electrical appliances can be ensured.
As a preferred scheme, the preset mixing water adjustment condition is that the power supply voltage is lower than a preset voltage limit value, and the corresponding fourth control signal includes:
a tap water proportion adjusting instruction for controlling the opening of the first end valve of the cold and hot water mixing adjusting valve to reduce the first opening;
and controlling the opening degree of a second end valve of the cold and hot water mixing adjusting valve to increase the hot water proportion adjusting instruction of the water storage tank with a second opening degree.
The first opening degree and the second opening degree can be the same or different, and a user can set according to the environment temperature and the power parameter of the heating assembly.
In the research of the prior art, the water temperature of tap water (water inlet temperature) is 20 ℃, and when the water temperature of hot water is set to be 40 ℃, the effective water temperature requirement of 40 ℃ can be met only when the power supply line can provide effective power of 8kw and the electric water heater works under the condition of full load. Therefore, when the line length of the power supply circuit is too long, or the wire diameter of the power supply line is too thin, the load power of the instant electric water heater cannot be met, when the instant electric water heater needs a large load or a full load to work, the voltage of the whole power supply line is directly reduced due to insufficient power supply, so that the effective power required to be output by the instant electric water heater cannot be met, and as a result, the output hot water cannot reach a set temperature value or the flow cannot reach a set flow value, meanwhile, the heating and wire loss of the whole power supply line are increased, the use of other electric appliances connected with the power supply line is also influenced, and even hidden danger of fire hazard can occur.
Based on this, the first embodiment of the present invention is improved:
the water heater system is improved based on the above embodiment, and the control method of the water heater system is as shown in fig. 3, and further includes:
s7, acquiring the hot water outlet temperature of the heating component of the water heater in real time when the heating water mode is operated;
and S8, when the hot water outlet temperature is judged to meet the preset heating power adjusting condition, sending a fifth control signal to the heating component of the water heater so as to adjust the real-time heating power of the heating component of the water heater.
As a preferred scheme, the preset heating power adjusting condition is that the hot water outlet temperature reaches a temperature value set by a user, and the corresponding fifth control signal includes:
and controlling the real-time heating power of the heating component of the water heater to be adjusted to a preset heating power adjusting instruction.
Referring to fig. 4, the working principle of the present embodiment is as follows:
when the instant electric water heater works, a voltage signal acquired by a voltage transformer in an electric loop of the heating module is processed by a related comparison circuit and is sent to a controller MCU (microprogrammed control Unit) to be compared with a stored related reference value, when the voltage is lower than a certain limit value, the controller MCU controls the water outlet proportion in a high-temperature water storage tank of a mixed water cold and hot water mixing regulating valve connected with tap water and a water outlet of the high-temperature water storage tank according to a built-in related data instruction, so that the water inlet temperature of a water inlet end of the heating module is increased according to a certain proportion, when the water inlet temperature is added with the effective heat productivity of the heating module and is higher than the set water outlet temperature, a water outlet thermocouple of the heating module is acquired and sent to the controller MCU, the controller MCU reduces the duty ratio of a heating power control circuit to reduce the heating power of the heating module so as to reduce the power supply load and reduce the power supply load, the power supply voltage automatically recovers to a safe and reasonable range.
In addition, considering that some users have a fear feeling of using the electric water heater due to the nominal maximum power consumption of the electric water heater, the embodiment of the invention adds an improvement, and the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring voltage and current data of a heating component of the water heater when the water heater system is in a hot water use mode;
and calculating power consumption according to the voltage and current data of the heating component of the water heater, and controlling a display screen to display the display content corresponding to the power consumption and/or controlling a sound reminding module to send out an audio signal corresponding to the power consumption.
According to the embodiment, the MCU calculates the power consumption generated by each use of the user according to a corresponding algorithm through data such as voltage and current acquired in the process of using hot water by the user at each time, and informs the user through forms such as sound and display, so that the fear of use caused by the nominal maximum power consumption of the electric water heater is avoided.
In summary, in the first embodiment of the present invention, by improving the leakage detection function on the basis of the water heater system, in the normal use process, the actions of current signal detection, leakage judgment and leakage protection can be performed through the zero sequence current transformer and the electric control switch, so that when the leakage phenomenon is detected, the power supply can be automatically cut off in time to realize leakage protection, thereby ensuring the power utilization safety. Meanwhile, the invention also designs an automatic periodic simulation test system for testing whether the leakage detection of the leakage detection system works normally, if the leakage detection system works normally, the system continues to work normally, otherwise, the working mode of the instant electric water heater is closed, and then the user is informed that the leakage switch is in a fault state through modes such as alarm sound and the like, so that the water heater can be prevented from working and discharging water during leakage, the life safety of the user is further ensured, and the reliability and the quality of the electric water heater product are greatly improved.
Second embodiment of the invention:
referring to fig. 5, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a control device of a water heater system, wherein the control device executes the control method of the first embodiment, and the water heater system comprises a controller, a water heater heating component, a heat preservation type water storage tank, a water channel pipe arranged between the water heater heating component and the heat preservation type water storage tank, and a plurality of valves; the controller is used for:
when a water heater system is started, sending a first control signal to an electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to be powered on, and acquiring an output signal of a zero sequence current transformer in real time; the zero sequence current transformer is arranged on a connecting circuit between a power supply and a power receiving circuit of the controller;
judging whether the output signal meets a preset leakage protection triggering condition, if not, sending a first control signal to the electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to keep a conducting state, and if so, sending a second control signal to the electric control switch to enable the electric control switch to cut off a power supply;
