Referring to fig. 8, in the operating state, the roller 424 is pushed toward the inside of the limiting opening 411 by the gravity of the fan system 3, so that the fan system 3 cannot descend by being pulled down directly. To pull down the fan system 3, it is necessary to push the fan system 3 up by about 5 mm and pull the pull rod 43 downward, at this time, the connecting rod 423 changes with the corresponding inclination angle of the bracket connected thereto, and the end of the connecting rod 423 where the roller 424 is disposed rotates downward, thereby rotating out of the limiting opening 411 on the guide rail 41, so that the bracket assembly 42 is in a moving state, and at the same time, the bearing block 412 is disengaged from the mounting hole 21, and the roller 424 can roll up and down along the guide rail 41. The design of the total thickness of the two sealing gaskets reaches more than 24 millimeters, and the sealing structure is guaranteed except that the two sealing gaskets are compressed by about 5 millimeters under the action of a hand push in order to guarantee the soft rubber material.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, when the fan system 3 needs to be cleaned, a hand of a user passes through the air inlet 11 upwards to contact the handle 431 of the pull rod 43, so as to pull down the pull rod 43, so that the roller 424 is separated from the limiting opening 411, at this time, the roller 424 can roll downwards along the guide rail 41 until the roller 424 located above is clamped into the limiting opening 411 located at the lowest position, the fan system 3 passes through the air inlet 11 of the fume collecting hood 1 downwards and then is positioned again, and in this process, because the fan system 3 loses the support of the limiting opening 411 of the guide rail 41, the volute housing 31 needs to be manually supported to avoid falling. When the fan system 3 is positioned again, cleaning liquid is sprayed on the impeller 32, then the air inlet ring 35 can be removed, the brush 5 is installed on the extension piece 352, see fig. 11, then the air inlet ring 35 is installed back on the volute housing 31, and the brush 5 is inserted into the volute housing 31, and at least a part of the brush hairs of the brush 5 can contact with the blade 321 of the impeller 32, so that the blade 321 of the impeller 32 can be cleaned.
The cleaning mode of the fan system 3 is started to drive the impeller 32 to run at an ultra-low speed, so that semi-automatic cleaning of the impeller 32 is performed. Of course, the impeller 32 may be directly removed in a cleaning state and manually cleaned.
In order to avoid the dripping of the waste liquid after the cleaning of the impeller 32, the waste liquid collecting cup 6 can be installed at the lowest position of the bottom of the flow guide structure 34, the top of the waste liquid collecting cup 6 is open, and the waste liquid collecting cup is detachably connected with the flow guide structure 34 through the fasteners 61 on the front side and the rear side. The top of the waste liquid collecting cup 6 extends at least partly outside the flow guiding structure 34, in this embodiment to the left, so that the cleaning waste liquid flowing down the fan system 3 can be collected. Alternatively, the diversion structure 34 may be perforated at a position open to the waste collection cup 6 so that waste can pass through to be collected by the waste collection cup 6.
The range hood of the invention realizes the great improvement of the cleaning convenience of the fan system through the movable fan system 3. Since the fan system 3 needs to be lifted, the electric wire of the motor of the fan system 3 needs to be longer in the cleaning state than in the working state. In the working state, the part of the electric wire which is grown out can be stored in the fan frame 2 in a folding way in a cavity above the volute casing frame 31. In order to prevent the electric wire from being caught by the gasket, a wire hook, an elastic cord, and the like may be provided. The above features may employ conventional wire receiving and telescoping structures.
