本发明涉及一种水轮机装置,具体涉及一种组装式水轮机装置。
背景技术
随着新兴清洁能源的开发,水利发电也成为了一大发电方式,在本设计中大胆采用了组装的方式来制作水车轮,该设计具有结构简单,结构和理,质量轻的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:发明一种组装式的水轮机,由水轮机主轴,水轮机组片,水轮机叶片和固定拉线组成。
所述的组装式水轮机:水轮机主轴为水轮机承重轴,为多棱形,用于水轮机主轴和水轮机组片链接。
所述的水轮机组片:为钢骨架结构,外层为碳布和强力胶构成,内孔为多棱形,用于水轮机主轴和水轮机叶片链接。
所述的水轮机叶片:为钢骨架结构,外层为碳布和强力胶构成,并设有螺栓孔,用于与水轮机组片链接并固定。
所述的固定环:由固定环和固定螺栓组成,用于固定水轮机组片在水轮机主轴上的位置之用。
所述的固定拉线:由钢丝线和松紧螺栓组成,用于加固水轮机叶片的拉力使其不容易被破坏。

本发明实施例提供了一种组装式水轮机,解决了在建设过程中工艺复杂等问题,其具有质量轻,安装简单的优点。
组装式水轮机由水轮机主轴,水轮机组片,水轮机叶片,固定环,固定接线组成。
水轮机主轴为承重轴,为多棱形,用于固定水轮机组片使其可以和水轮机主轴同步运转。
水轮组片为钢骨架结构,碳布和强力胶构成,钢骨架结构用于支撑,外层由碳布和强力胶胶成而成。
水轮机叶片为钢骨架结构,碳布和强力胶构成,钢骨架结构用于支撑,外层由碳布和强力胶胶成而成。
固定环用于固定水轮机组片在水轮机主轴上的位置。
固定接线用于固定和加固水轮机叶片结构。

1.组装式水轮机包括,水轮机主轴,水轮机组片和水轮机叶片,固定环,固定拉线组成。
2.根椐权利要求1所述的组装水轮机,其特置在于:水轮机主轴为多棱形用于和水轮机组片接触,使得水轮机组片可以和水轮机主轴组装成一个整体。
3.根椐权利要求1所述的组装水轮机,其特置在于:水轮机组片由水车轮组片钢骨架,碳布,强力胶水组成,内孔为多棱形,用于链接并固定水轮机主轴和水轮机叶片。
4.根椐权利要求1所述的组装水轮机,其特置在于:水轮机叶片由叶片钢骨架和碳布,强力胶水组成,并设有螺栓孔,用于和水轮机组片链接。
5.根椐权利要求1所述的组装水轮机,其特置在于:固定环由环圈和固定螺栓组成,用于固定水轮机组片在水轮机主轴上的位置。
6.根椐权利要求1所述的组装水轮机,其特置在于:固定拉线由钢线和松紧螺栓组成,用于加固水轮机叶片。
