The locking nut plate 12 is provided with a locking mounting nut 123, and the locking nut plate 12 is fixed on the locking reinforcement plate 11 by welding. To ensure that the locking nut plate 12 can be trimmed to fit the locking reinforcement plate 11, the lower half of the locking nut plate 12 is die stamped with a cut edge 121 having a narrow width, as shown in FIG. 2. When in use, pre-positioning is firstly carried out, and the narrower trimming welding spot 122 positioned on the lock catch nut plate 12 is welded on the lock catch reinforcing plate 11; and by utilizing the narrower feature of the cut edge 121, it is bent to adjust the position of the nut 123 by utilizing the plastic deformation of the latch nut plate 12, thereby ensuring the door lock to be matched with the latch. However, this adjustment is time-consuming and laborious. In addition, referring to fig. 2, since the shackle nut plate 12 and the shackle reinforcing plate 11 are closely attached to each other by welding, the electrophoretic paint does not easily enter the contact surfaces of the two, and the faying surface has a risk of rusting. Moreover, the lock catch nut plate 12 with such a structure has a large overall size, and the difficulty of attaching the lock catch nut plate 12 to the lock catch reinforcing plate 11 is high, and the large-sized lock catch nut plate 12 does not conform to the lightweight design concept. Moreover, the stamping process for the snap-lock nut plate 12 is complicated and the dies are easily damaged due to the narrow cut edges.
Therefore, how to design a locking device that can solve the above problems is a technical problem to be solved in the art.

Detailed Description
The latch fixing device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. What has been described herein is merely a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention and other ways of practicing the invention will occur to those skilled in the art and are also within the scope of the invention. For convenience of explanation, in the present invention, the workpiece to be mounted is explained by taking a steering column as an example. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the jig of the present invention can be applied to any other type of workpiece to be mounted having a mounting hole.
In the following detailed description, directional terms, such as "bottom," "top," "upper," "lower," "lateral," "longitudinal," and the like, are used with reference to the orientation as illustrated in the drawings. Components of embodiments of the present invention can be positioned in a number of different orientations and the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting.
Referring to fig. 3-7, fig. 3 illustrates the overall construction of the snap-lock fastening device 2 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the latch fixture 2 of the present invention includes a latch reinforcement plate 21 and a latch nut plate 22. The shackle nut plate 22 is equipped with a shackle nut for mounting a lock, which can be secured to the upper surface of the shackle reinforcement plate 21. The latch reinforcement plate 21 includes at least two first folded portions 211 extending in the transverse direction of the latch reinforcement plate 21 and symmetrically disposed on both sides of the latch nut plate 22, and at least two limiting portions located in the longitudinal direction of the latch reinforcement plate 21 and symmetrically disposed. As shown in fig. 6, the first fold-over portion 211 is configured to be folded over from the position of the broken line shown in fig. 6 with respect to the upper surface of the latch reinforcement plate 21 in the direction indicated by the arrow to wrap around the outer edge of the latch nut plate 22, thereby restricting movement of the latch nut plate 22 in the longitudinal direction of the latch reinforcement plate 21. The stopper portion is configured to be able to restrict movement of the latch nut plate 22 in the lateral direction of the latch reinforcement plate 21.
In the present invention, the term "symmetrical" does not mean that the components are completely symmetrical in structure and position about a line or a plane, and the term "symmetrical" merely means that a certain structure or component is provided on two opposite sides or both ends of a certain component. For example, the above expression "symmetrical" in the expression "the shackle reinforcing plate 21 includes at least two first turned-over portions 211 extending in the transverse direction of the shackle reinforcing plate 21 and symmetrically provided on both sides of the shackle nut plate 22" means that the shackle reinforcing plate 21 is provided with the first turned-over portions 211 corresponding to both sides of the shackle nut plate 22. More specifically, referring to fig. 4, "symmetrical" means that the first folded-over portions 211 are provided on the latch reinforcement plate 21 corresponding to both upper and lower sides of the latch nut plate 22. The first folded portions 211 with different numbers and shapes arranged on the upper and lower sides of the snap-lock nut plate 22 also fall within the protection range of "the snap-lock reinforcement plate 21 includes at least two first folded portions 211 extending along the transverse direction of the snap-lock reinforcement plate 21 and symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the snap-lock nut plate 22".
A preferred embodiment of the present invention is further described below in conjunction with fig. 3, 4, and 6. 3-4, the locking nut plate 22 can preferably be arranged such that the width of the central portion 221 is less than the width of the end portions 222, and the first fold 211 is configured to wrap around the central portion 221 of the locking nut plate 22. Thus, a reduction in the overall weight of the latch nut plate 22 is ensured, and the first fold-over 211 can abut against the inside of the end 222 of the latch nut plate 22, limiting the range of lateral movement of the latch nut plate 22.
Further, referring to FIGS. 3-4, the two ends 222 of the locking nut plate 22 can be configured to have arcuate outer edges. In this case, preferably, the edge of the limit portion on the side facing the snap-nut plate 22 has a shape that matches the shape of the arcuate outer edge of the snap-nut plate 22. More preferably, the arc-shaped outer edge may be further provided as a circular arc-shaped outer edge. Thus, the locking nut plate 22 has the same adjustable distance in all directions in a planar space, facilitating the operator to adjust the position of the locking nut.
As for the configuration of the stopper portion, it has various forms. For example, in the example of fig. 3 and 5, the stopper portion includes a stopper rib 212 protruding from the upper surface of the striker reinforcement plate 21. Referring to fig. 7, preferably, the height H1 of the position-limiting rib 212 is higher than the distance H2 between the folded first folded part 211 and the upper surface of the latch reinforcement plate 21, so that the position-limiting rib 212 can provide effective position-limiting function.
Further, although not shown, the spacing portion may be provided in other configurations. For example, the stopper portion may also be provided to have a second folded portion configured similarly to the first folded portion 211. Specifically, the second fold-over portion is configured to be foldable with respect to the upper surface of the latch reinforcement plate 21 to wrap around the latch nut plate 22, thereby restricting movement of the latch nut plate 22 in the longitudinal direction of the latch reinforcement plate 21. Furthermore, the stopper portion may also be provided in the form of a protrusion, and specifically, the stopper portion includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from the upper surface of the catcher reinforcement plate 21, wherein the plurality of protrusions cooperate to restrict the movement of the catcher nut plate 22 in the longitudinal direction of the catcher reinforcement plate 21.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, when the first fold 211 is folded over and wrapped around the edge of the locking nut plate 22, the first fold 211 is at a first distance D1 from the upper surface of the locking nut plate 22. The first spacing D1 is preferably set to 0.8-1 mm. Therefore, after the lock nut plate 22 is pre-fixed on the lock reinforcement plate 21, the position can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the height direction, and the adjustment mode is convenient. Meanwhile, the first distance D1 can ensure that the electrophoretic fluid can pass through the space between the first folding portion 211 and the latch nut plate 22, and ensure that the latch fixing device 2 is not prone to rusting.
As a preferred embodiment, the limiting portion is configured to limit the maximum moving distance of the locker nut plate 22 in the longitudinal direction of the locker reinforcement plate 21 to 5 mm.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 and 5, according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the striker reinforcement plate 21 further includes a circular hole 213 and an elongated circular hole 214, and a longitudinal center line of the elongated circular hole 214 is located on the same line as a center of the circular hole 213. Thus, after the first positioning pin of the part is placed in the oblong hole 214, the position of the part is adjusted along the long axis direction of the oblong hole 214, so that the second positioning pin of the part is aligned with and placed in the circular hole 213, and the part can be positioned. The oblong hole in the present invention means a hole having an "oblong" cross section. By "oblong" it is understood that the two short sides of the rectangle are configured in the shape of a circular arc instead.
As can be seen from the above description, the locking nut plate 22 of the present invention is mechanically limited by the folded portion of the locking reinforcement plate, and is rigidly connected without welding points, and the locking nut plate 22 can freely move within the limited range, so that the locking adjustment is convenient and flexible. In addition, the lock catch reinforcing plate 21 can effectively prevent limit failure through double limit of the folding part and the limiting part. In addition, to the implementation mode that spacing portion is spacing rib 212, spacing rib 212 itself can also increase the face rigidity of hasp mounting hole, improves hasp installation intensity. After the folded part of the lock catch reinforcing plate 21 is bent and fixed, a certain distance is reserved between the folded part and the lock catch nut plate 22, and electrophoresis liquid can enter through the gap, so that the antirust property is improved; since the lock nut plate only needs to provide a space for accommodating the lock nut, the size of the lock nut plate can be greatly reduced, particularly, the 8-shaped nut plate shown in fig. 3-4 has a smaller size, and in addition, the folded part fixing mode of the lock reinforcement plate 21 occupies a smaller space, which is beneficial to narrow space arrangement and light part weight.
The scope of the invention is limited only by the claims. Persons of ordinary skill in the art, having benefit of the teachings of the present invention, will readily appreciate that alternative structures to the structures disclosed herein are possible alternative embodiments, and that combinations of the disclosed embodiments may be made to create new embodiments, which also fall within the scope of the appended claims.
