Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,包括墙壁,安装在墙壁上的窗及门,其特征在于所述墙壁包括墙体真空层、依次设置在墙体真空层两侧的板状材料、及设置在板状材料外侧的装饰材料、真空泵。真空夹层设计使墙体成为高热阻、低传热系数值的结构,从而可以达到节能降耗的目的;结构设计灵活,可根据需要调整墙体的厚度,降低墙体厚度,增加使用面积;墙体可模块化生产、施工,可提高工作效率、缩短建设周期;真空结构,隔音效果好;墙体结构简单、设计合理,使用安全、实用,重量轻,制作成本低;可替代并减少红砖、轻体砖的使用,减少对土地的破坏。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑物技术领域,具体涉及一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体。
背景技术
在人类的生活和工作中,节能建筑的推广和使用可以节省大量的能源。在我国节能建筑尚没有得到广泛的应用,相关的能源浪费严重。
墙体(特别是外墙体)在建筑物的保温、中起着重要的作用。在现代建筑中应用的保温、方法,主要是增加墙壁的厚度,或者将聚氨酯、挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)、发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)、岩棉、玻璃棉等保温材料在墙面敷设。这样的建筑保温、方法存在着很多缺陷,比如施工复杂、成本高、效果差,而且存在着严重的安全隐患。
本发明主要是为了解决上述技术的不足,将建筑物的保温、方法由普遍采用加厚墙体、使用保温材料等方法,改变为采用保温、结构,通过对建筑物墙壁及门窗、层结构的独特设计,有效地提高建筑物的保温隔热性能,使建筑物的内部环境极大地减少受到外部环境的影响,以达到环保节能的目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,包括墙壁,安装在墙壁上的窗及门,其特征在于所述墙壁包括墙体真空层、依次设置在墙体真空层两侧的板状材料、及设置在板状材料外侧的装饰材料、真空泵,所述墙体真空层内均布设置有支撑结构,所述板状材料靠近墙体真空层的一侧设置有墙体反光层,所述支撑结构通过紧固连接件与板状材料及装饰材料固定连接,所述墙体真空层、板状材料及装饰材料的上下两端均设置有墙体密封板,所述真空泵通过设置在墙体密封板上的连接管道与墙体真空层相连通。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述门包括门体真空层、设置在门体真空层两侧的钢板层,所述钢板层靠近门体真空层的一侧设置有门体反光层,所述门体真空层均布设置有门体支撑结构,门体真空层及钢板层的上下两端均设置有门体密封板,门体真空层通过第一连接管与墙体真空层相连。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述窗包括窗体真空层、设置在窗体真空层两侧的玻璃板,所述窗体真空层内均布设置有窗体支撑结构,窗体真空层及玻璃板的上下两端均设置有窗体密封板,窗体真空层通过第二连接管与墙体真空层相连。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述墙壁的外层还设置有气压检测仪,所述气压检测仪与墙体真空层配合连接。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述墙体密封板上一体式设置有焊点。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述真空泵至少设置有一台。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述墙体反光层是由内表面平整的板材镀铬或镀银构成。
所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于所述门体反光层是由内表面平整的板材镀铬或镀银构成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:真空夹层设计使墙体成为高热阻、低传热系数值的结构,从而可以达到节能降耗的目的;结构设计灵活,可根据需要调整墙体的厚度,降低墙体厚度,增加使用面积;墙体可模块化生产、施工,可提高工作效率、缩短建设周期;真空结构,隔音效果好;墙体结构简单、设计合理,使用安全、实用,重量轻,制作成本低;可替代并减少红砖、轻体砖的使用,减少对土地的破坏。

以下结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步详细说明,并给出具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示,本发明公开了一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,包括墙壁1,安装在墙壁上的窗2及门3,墙壁1包括墙体真空层4、依次设置在墙体真空层两侧的板状材料5、及设置在板状材料外侧的装饰材料6、真空泵7,真空泵7可根据需要设置一台或者多台。墙体真空层4内均布设置有支撑结构8,板状材料5靠近墙体真空层4的一侧设置有墙体反光层9,墙体反光层9是由内表面平整的板材镀铬或镀银构成,支撑结构8通过紧固连接件10与板状材料5及装饰材料6固定连接,紧固连接件10是由螺栓、螺母、销钉、榫接、挂钩等一种或几种组合;墙体真空层4、板状材料5及装饰材料6的上下两端均设置有墙体密封板11,真空泵7通过设置在墙体密封板11上的连接管道12与墙体真空层4相连通,连接管道12是由具有预定强度的钢或不锈钢构成,为了检测墙体真空层的气压水平,在墙壁的外层还设置有气压检测仪24,气压检测仪24与墙体真空层4配合连接。其中,装饰材料6分为外部装饰材料和内部装饰材料,外部装饰材料可选用具有预定强度、经过处理的玻璃幕墙、陶瓷板、不锈钢板、复合板等构成,内部装饰材料可选用木板、塑料板、复合板、壁纸、壁纸胶、钛白粉等材料;板状材料5选用具有预定强度,经过处理的钢板、其他金属板、玻璃板、陶瓷板、塑料板、复合板等;支撑结构8是由热阻较高的金属或非金属材料制成;墙体密封板11可选用钢板、橡胶、塑料等密封材料制成;墙体真空层4是由金属或非金属材料围合而成的四周密闭的真空结构。
门3包括门体真空层13、设置在门体真空层两侧的钢板层14,钢板层靠近门体真空层的一侧设置有门体反光层15,门体反光层是由内表面平整的板材镀铬或镀银构成,门体真空层13均布设置有门体支撑结构16,门体真空层13及钢板层14的上下两端均设置有门体密封板17,门体真空层13通过第一连接管18与墙体真空层4相连。其中,门体真空层13是由金属或非金属材料围合而成的四周密闭的真空结构,门体支撑结构16是由热阻较高的金属或非金属材料构成,门体密封板17是由钢板、橡胶、塑料等密封材料构成。
窗2包括窗体真空层19、设置在窗体真空层两侧的玻璃板20,窗体真空层内均布设置有窗体支撑结构21,窗体真空层19及玻璃板20的上下两端均设置有窗体密封板22,窗体真空层19通过第二连接管23与墙体真空层4相连。其中,玻璃钢20是由具有预定强度、透明的双层玻璃板构成;窗体密封板22是由钢板、橡胶、塑料等密封材料构成;窗体真空层19是由玻璃、金属或非金属材料四周围合而成的密闭的真空结构,窗体支撑结构21是由具有一定强度的玻璃、陶瓷、橡胶、塑料、金属等构成。
本发明将建筑物的墙壁、门窗等构件设计为真空夹层结构,构件内部四周使用一定规格的板状材料、内部支撑结构和密封材料构成密封的夹层,夹层通过真空泵抽取其中的空气,使之成为真空层,将板材内表面处理成平面,并镀铬或镀银制成反光面,两层板材之间利用具有一定强度、热阻较高的材料制成框架结构,对板状材料进行支撑,防止其内凹。根据墙壁厚度的不同要求,框架的厚度也可以有所变化,有所不同。通过这样的设计,真空层可以有效地阻隔热量在墙体内外的相互传递。反光层也可以用于反射热能,防止热量的相互传导。墙体内外使用装饰材料,同时真空层四周的材料需要做防腐工作,以延长使用寿命。

1.一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,包括墙壁(1),安装在墙壁上的窗(2)及门(3),其特征在于:所述墙壁包括墙体真空层(4)、依次设置在墙体真空层(4)两侧的板状材料(5)、及设置在板状材料外侧的装饰材料(6)、真空泵(7),所述墙体真空层(4)内均布设置有支撑结构(8),所述板状材料(5)靠近墙体真空层(4)的一侧设置有墙体反光层(9),所述支撑结构(8)通过紧固连接件(10)与板状材料(5)及装饰材料(6)固定连接,所述墙体真空层(4)、板状材料(5)及装饰材料(6)的上下两端均设置有墙体密封板(11),所述真空泵(7)通过设置在墙体密封板(11)上的连接管道(12)与墙体真空层(4)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型渐进式阻热式墙体,其特征在于:所述门(3)包括门体真空层(13)、设置在门体真空层(13)两侧的钢板层(14),所述钢板层靠近门体真空层的一侧设置有门体反光层(15),所述门体真空层(13)均布设置有门体支撑结构(16),门体真空层(13)及钢板层(14)的上下两端均设置有门体密封板(17),门体真空层(13)通过第一连接管(18)与墙体真空层(4)相连。
