The horizontal electric push rod 5 is connected with the spray frame 3 through an intermediate connecting piece 6, the concrete structure of the intermediate connecting piece 6 is shown in figure 5, the intermediate connecting piece 6 is provided with a base plate extending along the vertical direction, one side surface of the base plate is provided with two horizontal ear plates arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, the two horizontal ear plates are respectively provided with a vertical hole 18 penetrating through the horizontal ear plates, and the vertical holes 18 form a vertical hinged structure; the other side of the base plate is provided with two vertical ear plates which are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, the two vertical ear plates are respectively provided with a horizontal hole 19 which penetrates through the vertical ear plates, and the horizontal holes 19 form a horizontal hinge structure. The two vertical holes 18 are used for being hinged with corresponding vertical hinged shafts on the spray rack 3, and the two horizontal holes 19 are used for being hinged with corresponding horizontal hinged shafts on the horizontal electric push rod 5. The horizontal electric push rod 5 can rotate around the vertical hinged shaft in the horizontal direction, so that the driving spray rack 3 can rotate around the hinged axis of the spray rack, and the normal work of the spray rack 3 is ensured; horizontal electric putter 5 can also take place the rotation of upper and lower direction around horizontal articulated shaft, can move about on the upper and lower direction when horizontal electric putter 5 receives the impact on road surface, has cushioned the impact force of upper and lower direction, has effectively avoided horizontal electric putter 5 to receive the impact force damage.
The middle connecting piece 6 is mainly arranged for releasing the rotational freedom degree of the horizontal electric push rod 5 in the horizontal direction, the rubber shock absorber 4 is arranged at one end, fixed with the spray rack mounting seat 2, of the horizontal electric push rod 5, micro elastic deformation can occur, and the horizontal hinge shaft is arranged at one end, connected with the spray rack 3, of the horizontal electric push rod 5, so that the horizontal electric push rod 5 can move up and down, the impact force in the up-and-down direction is buffered, and the lug plates and the corresponding holes are arranged on the two sides of the base plate of the middle connecting piece 6 in the embodiment to form a horizontal hinge structure and a vertical hinge structure; in other embodiments, the horizontal hinge structure of the middle connecting piece can be a horizontal hinge shaft, the axis of the horizontal hinge shaft extends along the horizontal direction, and the hinge end of the horizontal electric push rod is provided with a vertical lug plate and a horizontal hole; the vertical hinge structure of the same middle connecting piece can also be set as a vertical hinge shaft, the axis of the vertical hinge shaft extends along the vertical direction, and a horizontal lug plate and a vertical hole are arranged on the spraying frame.
