Then, as shown in fig. 6, the worker manually controls the servo device to move, and the second slide block 303 linearly displaces along the second slide table 302, so that the first slide plate 304 approaches the yarn pressing and splicing device 5, and in the process, the first slide plate 304 is locked with the second slide plate 305 by the lock lever 306. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, after the first sliding plate 304 slides to the extreme position, the locking of the locking rod 306 is released, the second sliding plate 305 is moved to move the entire yarn clamping device 402 clamped on the second sliding plate 305 to the frame 503 (as shown in fig. 9), the worker takes off the yarn clamping device 402, then the first positioning block 4027 at the bottom of the yarn clamping base plate 4025 is inserted into the opening of the second positioning block 524, and the yarn clamping device 402 is clamped in the frame 503 under the action of the elastic top block 5241.
At this time, the worker turns off the electromagnetic chuck 202, and pushes the moving device 1 together with the servo device 3 backward, so that all the yarns horizontally and parallelly cross over the yarn splicing device 5.
Yarn pressing and pushing actions:
yarn pushing: as shown in fig. 9 to 11, when the yarn crosses over the splicer 508 in the line pressing splicer device 5, since the distance between two adjacent yarns is large and there is a possibility that two yarns do not enter the twist joint of the splicer 508, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, a worker inputs a control command in the PLC console 502, the first stepping motor 519 receives the command and controls the first lead screw 504 to rotate, the first lead screw nut 505 moves axially along the first lead screw 504 to move the movable base 506 between the two yarns, as shown in fig. 12, during which the push rod 528 contacts one of the yarns and pushes the other yarn to be close to and above the twist joint of the splicer 508.
Yarn pressing: in order to meet the requirement of twisting two yarns in the splicer 508, as shown in fig. 8 to 11, the PLC console 502 sends a command, the cylinder 512 is started to drive the piston of the cylinder to drive the movable plate 514 to move downwards relative to the vertical plate 525, the wire pressing plates 511 are fixed on the left side and the right side of the movable plate 514 respectively, so that the wire pressing plates 511 also move downwards, and the two yarns are contacted with each other in the descending process of the wire pressing plates 511 and are pressed downwards into the twisting heads of the splicer 508.
Marking color: as shown in fig. 12, in the descending process of the thread pressing plate 511, since one side of the movable plate 514 is fixedly connected with the pressing block mounting plate 529, the pressing block 530 also descends along with the movable plate 514, and the pressing block 530 descends to contact with the yarn and press the yarn into the ink box 532 for coloring, so that the sectional color marking of each section of yarn is realized, and the sectional color marking can be seen on the final whole continuous cylindrical woven belt to correspond to the spindle.
Splicing: as shown in fig. 8 to 11, after the yarn splicing is completed, the second stepping motor 520 works, and sequentially rotates and splices (knots) through the mechanical transmission of the flange coupling 518, the bearing 517 and the first elastic coupling 516, in the process, two strands of yarns are untwisted and cut off in a splicing cavity, the yarn pressing action is reset after the splicing is completed, meanwhile, the PLC console 502 controls the first lead screw nut 505 in the servo sliding table to advance for one station to prepare for next splicing, and the yarn end passes through the yarn fixing device 510 after the yarn splicing is completed, and then penetrates into the dyeing test knitting machine.
